I was merely deciding on what I wanted to order and am usually given an opportunity to review the order before it locks in the order. NOT SO WITH GENIE BRA. I ended up with an order for $377.53 when I only truly wanted 2 packages of 3. ALSO THEY ADVERTISED BUY 1 PACKAGE (3 BRAS) AND GET ONE FREE... NOT SO... ONE PACKAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN 59.95 AND THEY CHARGED ME $143.82. THEN I WANTED TO ORDER ONE PACKAGE FOR MY NIECE AND THE CHARGE WAS ANOTHER 71.91, SAME THING WITH OTHER ITEMS I ADDED. I HAD NO OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE THE ORDER AND WHEN I PHONED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, A VERY RUDE PERSON SINCE I HAD JUST ORDERED SNAPPED..."YOU'LL HAVE TO CALL BACK TOMORROW TO CANCEL THE ORDER". HATEFUL AND NOT HELPFUL. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE BANK AND STOP THE DEBIT CARD CHARGE. THE WORST THING IS THEY CHARGED A "PROCESSING FEE" OF $89.92... WHAT!? NO WARNING OF THIS ANYWHERE AND IT ISN'T SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY INCLUDE THAT IN THE INDIVIDUAL ITEMS CHARGES. HOW DO I STOP THIS CHEATING THE PUBLIC!
