You did not answer my questions about how the bak element is protected during shipping. It is a very delicate part. If the manufacturer puts it loosely in a large box it will come to me damaged. I am taking a chance. I am assuming the manufacturer packs the baking element properly to protect it from damage during shipping. I am also assuming the parts are tested for restive continuity before shipping.
I was very happy to see the package arrive the next day. The baking element was packed with protective material to protect the support legs. Both legs arrived in tact. The resistance of the baking element measured 23.4 ohms. I installed the baking element into my oven. I set the oven for 400 degrees. I let it run for about 20 minutes to burn off the protective oil on the baking element. I then made a batch of oatmeal raisin cookies. I am very happy I ordered from Genuine Replacement Parts! The part arrived on time and without any damage.
Would have liked to see a little more information about each part (better image, ability to zoom, dimensions, etc) so I can verify I am, in fact, ordering the correct part. I am a handyman, not a professional appliance pro, so I need a little extra help when ordering.:)
Update: turns out I didn't order the correct part. What I received was shipped in great condition, delivered quickly & was exactly what I ordered, but I didn't realize the screw holes weren't part of this unit. Satisfied with the price & delivery!
Bought repair part for my washer. Delivered when promised. Able to use PayPal. Now I bought a repair part for my dryer.
Dryer timer arrived when estimated. Installed after seeing YouTube videos. Dryer works great.

The freezer gasket I ordered was not the exact duplicate of the old gasket even though the fridge model number was specified by you to be the correct gasket. The old gasket has a raised area that inserts into a groove in the freezer door. The new replacement gasket is flat and doesn't stay in place. Please send the right gasket. As of now I have to use the old gasket. The new gasket does not work.
This was not a direct change for my ice maker. I had to change the wiring harness. I left it in for four days and it still does not work. I was told that it needs to be in for 24 to 48 hours before it will make ice and it still not working. I also checked to see if the water intake was frozen and it was not. I will be returning this ice maker this week!
The model number matched but the picture did not. I received the correct item that matched the model number I needed but a picture of a different item is what was shown on your site. I chose it because it matched model numbers anyway, and only continued to buy it because of your disclaimer to not buy items off of their pictures alone (and instead match model numbers). Everything looked great when I got it, the picture was just slightly deceiving.
Best prices I could find, and looking for parts is the easiest I've found, just type in the model number and all the parts are listed by location and name and shown by number in the diagrams, so easy, thanks.
The ONLY reason I chose your company was because it showed me a 2 day delivery window. I didn't get it for 11 days! It went from down south (Georgia I believe) to Illinois and then come back to southern Missouri again because you chose to use FEDEX! I will never use your company again. I paid $20 more than amazon and with amazon I could have received it in 3 days instead of 11!
I ordered from Dappz because your site said I would receive it by 5/28, because it was supposed to ship out of the nearest warehouse in California. However, when it actually shipping it was instead shipped from New York and received several days later than specified when the order was originally placed.
Once received, however, the product was exactly what I ordered.

Replacement parts were easy to find for my grill. I just typed the model number of the grill and all of the replacement parts for that model appeared. I then selected the grill grates and heat shields, proceeded to checkout and completed the transaction. It was that simple.
The part was exactly what was needed, I did not expect the bolt to be delivered with the washplate, however, a nice touch, and it already had been treated with the loctite. Washer works as if new again.

Thanks for asking. The refrigerator gasket I purchased works fine. The problem I have is you charged me $75 for a carton that is (approximately) 18" x 18" x 2" weighing 4lbs. Going UPS ground? A little excessive in my opinion.
