They will not honor their communicated pricing. Total Scam! Worked with Chris, one of their sales reps, who couldn't be any less helpful. I had to source the tile samples myself and when I did, he quoted me a proce $550 more than online. My wife and I decided to order direclty online even though I would absolutely pay a premium for greta service which we did not recieve. The online total was $550 less than what Chris said it would cost (phot attached). Chris canceled my order without speaking to me. The Sales Manager, Greg Thompson, has not returned my phone calls and ignored the 2 emails I sent.

Gave card details but they can't charge my card. After taking card details 1 week pass by no emails. After that they called me and ask for wiring money or zelle. No legitimate buisness will do that. I lost 1 week of important time. Don't fall for these low life's.
This customer attempted to defraud our company. Despite accepting credit cards from all customers and investing in robust fraud protection, the customer's information was flagged as fraudulent. The details provided did not match those on file with the credit card's issuing bank. We offered alternative solutions, such as submitting correct information or using wire transfer or Zelle. When the customer refused, they left a negative review because their scam attempt failed. We hope this individual ceases such activities in the future. Unfortunately, we couldn't report them due to their overseas IP address.
Was hesitant to order as much tile as we did online, but they were super helpful throughout the process and our tile arrived perfectly. So happy we gave them a try!

Horrible experience on $6800 order. Very deceptive firm. First, flooring price appeared a savings versus Lowes and salesmen inputted the items only then announcing a $670 shipping fee, which wiped out savings vs. Lowes free or $79 delivery fee. Second, got told item was backordered unlike Lowes. Third, and most important, delivery did not include all items AND pallets were overloaded and crushed to the point the shipper could not unload product. Individual boxes were twisted and spilled out. We luckily had manpower and manually unloaded over 50 boxes at 66 lbs each. We immediately submitted a claim (on Thursday) for the missing and damaged items but were told we'd have to photograph each individual piece by Monday or the claim would be denied. That was impossible for us. The claim was denied. We we're even denied the missing items. Last, we realized the salesman asked us to pay via an echeck. Of course, that limits our ability to dispute the charge. Overall, a cunning sleazy firm. Lowes would have returned, replaced and cost the same in the end.
Tip for consumers:
Watch out. Insist to pay via credit card, not e-check, so that you can later dispute if needed. Insist to know shipping charges before ordering.
We ordered about 15k worth of flooring on 3/6 and it was promptly delivered on 3/12. The material was packaged nicely. We finally installed the flooring at the end of March and it looks beautiful. Getfloorsonline.com - also the Catalfamo Gallery out of Ft. Lauderdale will seem to be a good deal--- until they overcharge you for shipping, deliver damaged goods, give you 15 minutes to inspect it (it takes at least 40 to get through all the wrapping) and then tell they tell you they will not honor broken tiles. I finally received all my tiles piece meal. My contractor was able to start the project about 2.5 weeks after that. After breaking the old tile and prepping and laying the drywall, he was finally able to start laying tile. When he got to the last 2 boxes, he saw they were all broken. I advised GetFloorsonline and received nasty emails from Marcia telling me I had waited 2 months and they wouldn't honor it. I let her know she had a problem counting days, and it was barely a month later. She said she STILL wouldn't honor it. Thank goodness, after explaining everything and sending pictures to my credit card company, they said they would take care of it. Horrible company to deal with if a problem arises.
This customer was charged for the shipping they agreed upon. Furthermore, we ask the customer to inspect the material at the time of delivery and notate any damage. If the customer notices damage after delivery we ask that the customer contact us within 5 days of delivery to let us know of any concealed damage. 5 days is a reasonable time for customers to inspect. 5 days is the time the carrier allows up to file a claim with them. In this case, the customer only needed to inspect 13 boxes. The customer did not notify us of any damage until 36 days after delivery. That is well past a reasonable time to report the damage. The customer disputed their credit twice as they stated above. Both credit card disputes were closed in our favor. There is nothing horrible about our company, we will work with any customer if they are reasonable.
I ordered an in stock tile on Sept 6 and was told my shipment would arrive in 10 days from Florida.
The order wasn't even processed in 10 days. The person who takes your order has no authority to follow up on that order and can not help you regarding anything as you have to speak to order processing.
The person I ordered from quit the very next day and I was shuffled over to someone else who said I cant help you. Of course order processing is a message machine that you can only leave information. (you never get to speak directly to a live body.)
After emailing and calling every day to get my order acknowledgement I finally had someone assigned to my order who said they would get it processed ASAP. That took another week of calling asking for the shipping and tracking info.
While they have a 3 page order review process to tell you about your delivery, returns, freight notes etc., they send an additional 2 page email about how to accept an order which basically says if you have damage in shipping too bad because we charge you $500 dollars for a "pre claim inspection"
My tile was delivered on a pallet that looked like an elephant had sat on all of the boxes. The fact that they were taped first and then shrink wrapped on the pallet tells me they were already in this condition when leaving the warehouse.

BTW my tile just showed up on October 6.20 days after they said I would have it. In light of many deliveries I deal with I suppose 20 days is not bad but I switched my spec to an in stock tile so I could keep my project moving. 30 days from order to delivery was not what I was told it would be.
Don't trust them, they are a middle man that has no control over what they are selling you. I contacted them about some flooring that was specified for a project, they told me that had the material in the quantity i needed. I specifically asked the guy multiple times, "is it all the same lot number, i can't have different dye lots", he swore he had the material quantity i needed all in the same dye lot. I placed the order than got a phone call from an "order processor" who i again reminded that I needed all of the material in the same dye lot, she said she understood and then called me back the next day to tell me that her supplier was asking her if this was multiple rooms and the size of each room. I told her i know what they are trying to do, they are trying to sell me multiple dye lots and I explained that I needed all the same dye lot. This went back and forth for about 2 days before they admitted they didn't have enough in stock for my order because it wasn't all the same dye lot (again, nothing more than middlemen). She then told me it would be about 10 weeks to get the material because it had to be made, again lying middlemen. I get a follow up email on August 11th that says my material will be ready on October 17th. While on vacation the week of September 25th, they send me an email that says my material is ready and is shipping and i need to be available to receive it on September 27th. Which is great except i'm out of the country on vacation with limited access to email and my "order processor" received an return email notifying her i was out of town with limited access to email but hey they don't care they already got their money now it's my problem and they don't have any control over the freight company. So they ship the material anyway, even though they know i'm not there to receive it, and suggests I find someone to make sure i accept delivery or i will have to pay additional charges from the trucking company.

We gave the customer a significantly lower price than what we had advertised but it wasn't what the customer wanted so they decided to bash us instead. It's a shame this customer bashes a company that went above and beyond to earn this customer's business.
