I paid for Office 2010 Home student download version.

I was emailed a product key that is INVALID at Microsoft.com.

They replied to my first two emails with delaying tactics - and then total silence.

They do not answer the UK phone support line *******538.

Notice how new all the positive reviews are here.

This is a pop-up scam.

By the time Amazon and Trading Standards act they will be gone.

Make sure they dont have your money.

It took more than 5 mins for an "instant download" to arrive in my email. When it did, I started to download, installed, then activated Access 2013 without any issues at all! If it was instant I'd rate this 5 stars!

I downloaded MS Office for MAC and had some difficulty with the activation key. Thanks to Don, my problems were solved. The support staff is very responsive and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this website for your software needs. Again, thank you Don!

Bought MS Office, download etc was reasonable (about 24 hours to access the key code) but the found that the version of Office I had bought would not be updated by Microsoft anymore. Double-checked the getmsoffice site to see if this was noted anywhere and I had missed it but it wasnt noted. Many emails sent to getmsoffice but basically said tough because I had already used the key code and then they stopped responding. Will have to take up the matter with my bank. No problems. About £40. Not the end of the world for me but at least I can play some games with getmsoffice and see who wins in the long term. Wish them luck!

Everything went very smoothly. I received the Product Key, downloaded and installed with no problems whatsoever, got a security code from Microsoft, and the program is working fine. All at a bargain price. I can only recommend highly.

Still in the middle of dealing with this company - but service is awful and they sent the wrong product under the guise of a "free upgrade".

I'm guessing that I'll be another review where it takes two weeks to get the refund. The phone line doesn't work and the "chat" assistant has stopped replying to my questions.

This is a total scam.

You get a product that really works and guaranteed at a very affordable price. I thought at first it was a scam because the license key did not come through immediately as advertised, I chatted with one of their representative and got the key in a few minutes! Great value for money.

This website is a scam, the positive reviews are clearly all fake. Purchased this as seemed legitimate and was the first link to appear on google. Clearly a scam - link didn't come through as stated, so I began to do a little research. The company address is fake, contact number outsourced. Received a phone call from them asking to confirm details prior to sending out the product key - no legitimate company would do this, asking for my name, address - I put the phone down before getting to the final questions. Had to contact the bank and get my card cancelled due to fraudulent concerns. Please avoid falling victim to these scammers!

Awesome service. If you have a large order with complicated licensing, they will figure it all out for you. Everyone is really professional. If you need to call they answer the phone quickly. Never been on hold for more than a few seconds.

I ordered a piece of MS Office for my daughter and I had no idea what I was doing until I decided to contact them by chat. Tim was very professional and even gave me an idea what my daughter was looking for. He assisted me during the installation a few mins later and now all is ready for my princess so she can do all her school work! Just brilliant!

I had issues installing MS Office 2010 and was close to giving up when I decided to call. I spoke with Don, and he immediately helped me via remote assist. He said my old Office 2007 was what was causing the problem. He removed them with ease and continued installing Office 2010. Amazing customer service! I ordered Access 2016 and paid extra to have it installed within 2 hours. When I called to get the install going, I talked to Joe. He installed it right away, called me to make sure everything worked, and even sent a follow up email. WOW! Just when I thought no one cared about customer service anymore. WAY TO GO!

My friend referred me to this website. I initially thought it was a scam "too good to be true" prices but they proved me wrong. Excellent support! I had problems activating my software and Jay was there to help me through it! Turns out I had a trial preinstalled which caused the activation to go south. Now everything is working thanks to Jay!
