Did not receive download right away. Had to chase them down for it. When it did come 3 days later, it was # 1 from UK.? #2 it came in. ISO format which MICROSOFT windows cannot open. They then persistently tried to remote access my computer. (OH I should trust them now?) Then they indicated that I needed to write this file to DVD, and then read the DVD to change. ISO to. EXE- which took a DVD rewrite program and WinRAR to achieve. I am fairly tech savvy, but this is ridiculous. Why not just send a CD? I spent 4 hours doing that, and then when I finally got there, their authentication code was invalid. How was Joe from support supposed to do that remotely? How would I ever get money back from UK if they accessed my bank accounts? I paid through Paypal. They would not refund my money-they told me to go to my bank and it would take 90 days. I have been looking for MS Office online and lured by very cheap prices. I have realised there are a lot of scams out there and this looks like another.

Look at the positive reviews. Why so many animals and fruit - they are not real and neither are the reviews - except the negative ones from people who have been scammed.

Don't be another to buy an illegal key and lose money.

I bought my Office 2016 product key back in October 2016 and few months late my office stopped working. I consulted Microsoft Support and they said that the Key they sent me should not be sold (it's a developer key) and therefore it was blocked by them.
I contacted the getmsoffice.com few times, explained the problem, but they don't give a hand to solve the problem, neither offer a refund.

What is not made clear is that if you upgrade your PC or have a problem, you cannot switch the software over. So having had a very expensive piece of software for 2 weeks and then upgraded my PC i was stunned to find out that I am not able to transfer it over. All other software I have ever bought allows you a sinlge user licence that you can transfer under genuine circumstances. This is just a scam.

They keep sending the same link that doesnt work claiming that it does however when you try it the connection is not private meaning that hackers are able to get to you a lot easier dont trust them no matter how appealing the site may be.

Very impressed! I had problems with my PC and I lost everything but Don was very helpful and helped me put back my purchased Office software. He was patient working with my slow PC. I truly am thankful!

I was looking for an upgrade for my Windows 7 and I'm glad I stumbled here as Windows 10 was on sale. Bought it, installed it, and it was activated successfully. I even had the Windows 10th anniversary update installed successfully!

Our company bought Office for our new computer setup. After order i received all the download and got to work with my IT guy. Really working software's.

My company purchased a Windows Pro 10 license yesterday. The key issued was incorrect. After numerous conversations the service centre has now just gone cold on me and is no longer responding.

I had issues with activating the key at first so I contact technical support. They provided me the Confirmation ID to activate via phone. Office is now activated and working perfectly. Cheers!

I wonder who is posting all the positive reviews? Don't believe them. This company stole £50.00 from me. The moral of the tale is if an offer looks too good to be true it probably is.
