Bought this, installed as advised. Unable to activate because of "This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid" Had since bought a new one from another vendor, installed and activate sucessfuly on 20240124 Please advise, if I can get a a refund from you. Regards I wishing to inform all concerned the, immediately after my email on the same subject was sent to Getmsoffice, The vendar has just refunded me for the product purchased. I paid for Office 2010 Home student download version. I was emailed a product key that is INVALID at Microsoft.com. They replied to my first two emails with delaying tactics - and then total silence. They do not answer the UK phone support line *******538. Notice how new all the positive reviews are here. This is a pop-up scam. By the time Amazon and Trading Standards act they will be gone. Make sure they dont have your money.

The company sells legit software and easy to download. The link they provided is Microsoft download portal that proves Microsoft direct software with all the updates.
I chat with one of the support and I ask to reset my password so I can download the software. They immediately responded with new password and send my software via email.

I needed a key for Office Home and Business 2013, purchased it from this website, they sent me a confirmation email which had no key, i then spent an hour on live chat where a person called Melvin apologised as their systems were broken. He then manually sent me a key which when i tried on the office setup site it said:
Sorry we cant find this product key in our database.

Then the company would not refund me saying they need proof the key is not working. Quite frankly this is something they should have checked and verified before sending me the key and asking for payment. I spent then next 6 hours trying to get a refund which still hasnt arrived.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - FRAUDULENT.

Took weeks to get a refund. Key not delivered correctly and it was impossible to access my account. Just a ton of lies and crap spelling.
