I recommend every one to stay away from this compagny. By from vistor istead. Very bad customerservice and imposible to cancel even If you get sick. I just list close to 200 euro, because My daughter Got sick. Impossible to cancel.
Don't always believe online negative reviews…. I booked this tour before I read any reviews and afterwards all the reviews I read created a worry doubt in my mind. Would they cancel? Would I be denied a refund is something went wrong? Would they not show up?… My experience couldn't be further from my worries. After I booked the tour company provided excellent communication, sharing all the relevant information and arrangements regarding pick up times. Everything was fantastic and I felt it was necessary to write a review to provide feedback that won't inject worry into your tour experience. Anna who picked up was wonderful and she really made our tour better. Teresa who was our tour guide was incredible - mountains of knowledge and truly passionate about auschwitz.
From booking this tour to being dropped off at the end it was all such a positive experience.
When booking with this company don't be effected by all reviews - trust your own experience and I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time.
I will given a meeting location when I booked the boat tour. When we arrived the location seemed suspicious so we called the toll free number. They gave us a different location and we had to run across Seville Spain but arrived in time. No one ever came to meet us at thee specified location and we did not know which boat as there were several in the area. They refused to refund us. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE LOSERS.
We booked our tours from Krakow (Auschwitz and Birkenau as 1 trip and a tour of the Wieliczka salt mines) before we left the UK via Get Your Guide as we were unsure of ticket limitations due to the COVID 19 pandemic. The website was easy to use, trips were easy to book, good value and had clear instructions on where to meet etc. Both the tours we booked had a change in time to meet (earlier on each day) and we had a telephone call to let us know plus an email. This ensured we knew about the change in time and did not miss our pick ups. Very good service.

Get your guide company use an discrimination on the supplier application not allowing new and best company saling on this company. On my local area there is to elegal company's saling on the web site, but my legal company they do not accept saying that there is already to many company's salling the same product when there is only 2 and 2 month ago I try to become a supplier and on this time was only 1 elegal company saling a similar product.
This discrimination is unacceptable, clients should be the ones to avaliade the service and if this is not got, then they can expluce this company's. I will complain in every single site that I can.

DO NOT BOOK UNTIL U ARE IN TOWN. My airlines were late all day. This company refused to give me a refund on missed tour. They told me to cancel 24 in advance. If I was psychic and knew the airlines were going to ruin my day I would have cancelled
I really wanted to love this company. But their cancellation policy isn't fair at all. I had to cancel my Italy trip due to my passport being lost in the mail. I cannot leave the US. I even asked to reschedule or a credit and they did absolutely nothing. I would have been happy with a credit and would have certainly used that credit with them. But they kept saying "there is nothing we can do". I find that hard to believe because I received a complete credit from my airline and every other thing I booked for this trip.
This company has zero compassion and just takes your money. Terrible. I suggest not to use them.

After a lot of begging and me sending emails and chatting with customer service, I was able to get a gift code to rebook my excursion. It is a gift code for the total price I paid for the excursion they initially would not refund me. I have updated my rating to 2 stars only because they eventually helped me. Although I do not recommend booking with this company because of the hassle.
The website is very tricky. It says "free cancelation up to 24hs prior" and UT IS NOT TRUE. There is a fee in order to make it real free cancelation. At the moment to book the tour it is necesary to crowl down to see the option. If not, forget it. Also I had to cancel and I can't even give to somebody else, they don't let transfer.

CALLED CUSTOMERS SERVICE EXPLAINED THE WHOLE SITUATION AND RECEIVED A PLAIN ANSWER THAT IS THIS SITUATION THE POLICY SAYS NO TO A REFUND.

My daughter and I booked a cooking class in Florence through Get Your Guide. As anyone could imagine, we were very excited about it.
We drove all the way from the Chianti region and arrived early to Florence because we were not familiar with the area. We walked for 10 minutes trying to find the meeting place and asking everyone that worked around there. The local phone number was not working and kept going to answering machine.Finally, after many attempts someone answered and when we asked for the right directions, they asked several questions and had us on the phone for a while. After several minutes of talking to them, they said we were late and we could not join the group. Of course we were late because of their bad directions and because they kept us on the phone asking unnecessary information instead of giving us instructions to get to the right place.
When I explained what happened and that we were not able to find the place because of the lack of information on the directions and that they did not answer their phone earlier, they said that there was nothing they could do about it. Our money was taken with no cooking class. Do not use this website. They will take your money and give you no service. Beware of this fraudulent company which does not care about customers.

Booked 3 activities with this company for a family trip so that life would be easier but when we wanted to use our first booking for Dubai Atlantis Lost Chambers, they did not accept our QR codes. Contacyed GetYourGuide's customer service they gave me our QR codes to try - still not working. Lined up the third time to provide Reference Numbers - still not working. Wasted a good 30 minutes lining up 3X only to get rejected and they didn't want to fix the issue. It said voided on every QR. They just wanted to refund instead when it defeats the whole purpose as we were already at the venue and my younger siblings were looking forward to our activity. It made me extremely furious because they didn't want to give a new QR code. Praying our other 2 activities won't ruin our trip because of them. It'll be the first and last time I'm booking with them. Proceed with caution if you don't want to ruin your trip.
I'm giving 2 stars because my first 2 inquiry before this madness went smooth with their agents days before the activity - sadly on the activity day itself, plans got ruined.

I book a lot of tours with Get your Gite and it works (some bookings were canceled due to wether, but was no information about it, so we were driven to the appointment without need)
A really good and informative tour with a pleasant and knowledgeable guide ( Dennis I think) his knowledge of The Forum, Palletine Hill and the Collesseum was good although the audio system used to communicate to the tour group of 17 was poor quality and intermittent when the group were walking. Whole tour took close on 4 hours, it was hot it was tiring but was necessary to squeeze everything in
We booked a couple of months ago to go on a tour of the Alhambra palace. This is our second year to try and get to see it and we were travelling to Spain just to see this in Granada. The booking was successful and the payment was successful for two days ago your company Contacted one of us and said that they're cancelling the booking.
May I remind you of the time of booking when we paid you for this booking we entered into a legal contract that is binding within the European Union, and no by cancelling our booking for whatever reason you're in breach of contract. I would make sure never to use this company again as they have no cost to us;
A Airfare from Ireland to Spain.
B hotel, accommodation in Granada.
C transport to and from the airport.
All the company offered us was an audio trip of a place that we can't get into.
The problem with this cancellation is, I can never trust your company again to book us into a tourist facility because I don't know when or where you would cancel it.
This is appalling customer service and as it comes at a time when it's not even on peak season so I am deeply suspicious about the reasons this was cancelled.

Booked a 5-day trip to Niagara Falls, Philadelphia and Washington
Good: Easy to book & pay for. Sent alerts to my phone. The guides showed up on time. The cars were clean and comfortable. The communication via What's App was a great help. The Burj Khaifa and the Dubai Frame are not to be missed!
Bad: The descriptions were lacking, causing us to book an evening our which was identical to the day tour. Need better descriptions. The audio instruction on the night tour repeated itself several times. With so much a tourist could learn about UAE/Dubai it seemed sad that they filled the time by repeating the same information instead of providing new information. The combo ticket for the Burj Khalifa and the Aquarium, description did not explain this did not have a guide. This could be more clear. Also explain the Metro has a stop there. The driver/guide for our night tour spoke poor English which caused several problems. The day tour started too early, as the stores were closed and the fountain at the Palm was not running. Frustrating. The photo stop for the Burj Al Arab hotel was at the guard gate. It would have been better from the beach side.
