My wife and I were in Ravenna because our Venice-cruise ship was actually leaving from Ravenna. Ravenna seemed to be most famous for its mosaics, so we booked the UNESCO Monuments and Mosaics Tour. After a short walk from where the cruise ship's shuttle bus dropped us off, we met our tour guide Marco near a Tourist Office. Marco skillfully guided his group of about 20 people through the city, which has an interesting mix of ancient (one thousand or more years old) churches together with a relatively modern central business district. Indeed, the mosaics are amazing, still telling their stories hundreds of years later. At the end of the tour (after three hours), Marco gave us the choice of walking back to the shuttle bus or continuing to yet another monument. We were tired, so we opted for going back to the ship. Despite our weariness, we were more than satisfied with the incredible sights that we did see.
$326 down the drain...they ripped us off. We showed up on time for the Rhine Falls tour only to not be able to find the meeting point. We tried to call them 10 times and no answer. Tried to go the next day as the bus left without us and they said "sure, you will only have to pay an additional $260." What a rip-off. No signs to find them and we wandered for 45 minutes after driving 2 hours. They absolutely stole our money. NEVER use them!
I work in a museum in Quebec and there is a lot of false information about us on their site page. First, they charge more than the actual prices. They say that the cloakroom costs money, but it is free. They also refer to past exhibitions which are no longer presented, so people arrive at the museum disappointed. I tried to contact them via their website to inform them of these inconsistencies, but it seems that you need to have purchased a product and indicate the reference number of the purchase in order to write to them.
I scheduled a tour of The Last Supper and Duomo four months in advance and received a confirmation. Four days before the tour, I received an email saying that my tour had been canceled due to the provider. Customer service was rude when I called. Also, they do not allow you to write a review unless you actually get to attend it, and they reserve the right to delete any reviews that are only about their customer service or scheduling. This probably happens all the time, but is therefore not reflected in the reviews on their website.
We purchased the dinner river boat and were sat in the very end of the seating although I was not given a choice of seating when purchasing. The seats were so far back the musicians made fun of us when shouting out my boyfriend for his birthday. My recommendation is to purchase tickets directly from the boat to ensure good seating and service.

I have stage 4 Terminal Cancer and arrived at 2 minutes past the time of tour. I was told I missed the tour no refunds / would not offer an alternative time. Nothing and hung up on me. I am sending letters to the CEO - will let you know what happens- also disputing charge as I did not receive service.
As a supplier advertising our chocolate workshops on their application, I must say that it is really the worst company we ever had to deal with. Not only they take 30% of all our earnings but they manage their suppliers in a terrible way. They don't care about anything, they reply very badly to the suppliers. I can imagine easily how they treat the clients on the other side.
We bought a two-day Paris museums, plus boat ride on the Seine ticket. Our email directed us to download the app, which we did and followed the instructions to put the tickets on my phone. Two tickets arrived. Next day at the first museum we could not use them because there was no barcode. I messaged to get a refund, sent screen-shots, etc. Sorry, they replied the activity planners (of which there were none) and our reserved times (of which there were none) had already been paid and on top of that, we were really supposed to go by their office and pick up our tickets. What? You tell someone to download your app to access your tickets but, oops! I really meant go pick these same tickets at our office. They denied my refund. I will deal with them with my credit card company when I get home. Do not use GetYourGuide!

Had an excellent tour guide, full of facts and answers. Learned so much about the history of Charleston, as well as its architecture. GetYourGuide was quick to respond and answer my questions regarding billing. I highly recommend both the tour and the company.
Lots of tours with them have gone well however two tours have not gone well and there is no good resolution. In both cases the Tour Guide failed to deliver what was promised and seriously disrupted holidays. At best they refund the monies for the tour which wasn't delivered but are not interested in addressing any misrepresentation by the tour operator. Further their documentation on complaint resolution is clearly designed to make this difficult. Im still arguing over a case where a tour guide failed to deliver and GetYourGuide says 'its complicated' and wants to refund half my monies whilst ignoring that what the tour said they would do and what they did are totally different. Very disappointed in their customer service whom let you hope from agent to agent, none of whom seem to have read the issue so it is like starting again and again.

Answer: Answer is very simple, they overcharge the local company with a huge comission. They are sucking bloods of local suppliers! You can buy tours way cheaper if you buy directly from suppliers, for sure.
