I booked 2 excursions in Marrakech with Get your Guide. One to Ouzoud Waterfalls and another to the Agafay desert - camel ride with dinner and entertainment. Booking was simple and our guide met us on time from our hotel. Enjoyable and affordable experience. I would use get your guide again.
I booked an activity on GetYourGuide which was clearly listed as "pantheon audio tour with fast track ticket". However in the fine print in the "add to cart" area, it said "without entry ticket" so essentially I was buying the rental of an audio headset but could not enter the Pantheon. This was despite the giant title which said "WITH FAST TRACK TICKET". GetYourGuide was nice about it but would not stand up to the deceitful listing. Essentially they are only a middleman and do not offer the sort of guarantee you'd expect from Expedia or TripAdvisor other reputable companies."
GetYourGuide ruined my Roman Holiday. Book a tour for Domus Aurea in Rome for 3:30. Starting a few days before the tour Getyourguide sent almost daily emails saying the start time was 3:30. At 3:25 I and 7 others were waiting at the designated meeting place but no guide showed up. After desperate calls we learned that the time had been changed to 2:00 and that the emails GetYourGuide send had the wrong time. Getyourguide said they would refund the $52 for the tour but could not rebook us for another tour for at least a week. Getting $52 back is noting when it cost $1500 to fly to Rome. DON'T USE GETYOURGUIDE. They are unreliable.
First trip to Norway. Getyourguide made it easy to plan excursions online. All the excursion companies were very professional and we enjoyed our trips!
Booked the tour knowing only a small number in it. Sarah our guide was tremendous, full of interesting detail and facts, Tour lasted about an 1 hr 50 mins, would highly recommend.
Booked Boston foliage tour 3 mths ago. Few days bef tour received email claiming my credit card failed. I tried paying wth 6 diff cards, all activated for overseas use, payments declined. Tour cant be rebooked as full so thy cannot help. After 2 days of chats with virtual agents, thy cancelld my tour even tho i informe thm i am travelling fr Singapore to Boston and really want to tak this tour. Very unreliable and poor service. Much talk no action or solution. STAY AWAY

Our guides Sumo and Ali were simply amazing. Sumo is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Everything you want in a guide. The trip was excellent value for money. I would highly recommend them.
Booked to go into the story on Tuesday at 11am, no problems, wore a mask, there are hand sanitizers around. Once again found it to be very interesting, you don't have to take your own earphones, as they do issue them to you. After the story section, you come into the cafe or go upstairs to the shop, teashirts were expensive we thought, at £20 or some are £35 for 2. If you visit the Beatles museum opposite the Caven Club on Mathew street, teashirts are £15, so you could save a bit going there. That entrance fee is £15.

Our guide for Auschwitz/Birkenau was excellent. So passionate and informative as well as being from the local area.
We had to wait around for 2 hours (1 and a half hours for "lunch break") and then when we was supposed to enter there were more queues so we were taken to Birkenau 1st and came back to Auschwitz after which was then 5pm.
We had started at the Salt Mine where again we had to wait around for 45 minutes to enter. The guide there was very good too.
Have used in Iceland and crete and would highly recommend. Have never let me down. Excellent communication. Travelling alone they are a great backup for seeing places safely
My family and I visited Seattle for vacation and wanted to see the space Needle, so went on line looking for tickets. I found this website and they were advertising views from space needle so I ordered three tickets on this website. Later that evening when it was time to go up in the Space Needle I presented my tickets to the ticket booth attendant and she informed me that that space needle tickets are not sold on line and that I had been scammed as many other people have with space needle tickets. I was so upset so I called, emailed, requested a refund, and left voice messages with this company and all I got was a run around. This company has horrible customer service, false/misleading advertisement, and not a very good business model. It is sad that this company makes it money from scamming hardworking people.
They are awful, no one came to pick us up for a tour despite it being booked. We received no warning. Customer service refused to help us, I tried by virtual chat and call.

I found a fraudulent charge from these folks the same day it was posted. I called the company that day hoping to get it refunded. I believe I called within their cancellation policy and hoped I would be successful. They very nicely told me that they preferred to cooperate with authorities in such matters. I paid for a "tour" should I not be able to cancel it? They would rather the hassle of dealing with the "authorities". Okay, I filed a report with the FTC and my credit card provider. I made one more attempt to get my money back. If you decide to purchase a tour with this company, be very careful that you are absolutely certain that you won't cancel (even within their own policy). They will nicely tell you to forget it. Meantime, they were sending me lots of emails that I was unable to unsubscribe from (isn't that illegal?) and ended up blocking them. I know nothing of the tours from this German company, but they have an iron fist when it comes to holding on to your money. While they had my email, they did not send me a confirmation of this transaction. I saw reviews from purposeful, rather than reluctant, customers who have refund woes. I only found it when reviewing my credit card statement. That seems like bad business. Be very careful--I question their integrity.

My husband and I just got back from the Kelpies, loch lomond and Stirling Castle tour it was excellent. The only thing we said we would change is to have longer at the Kelpies 35 minutes wasn't enough. Then lunch at Aberfoyle for 45 mins would have been better if longer. Maybe this time was cut short as 4 of tshe party were 30 mins late getting back to the bus after seeing the Kelpies. Our driver Ian was very knowledgeable and very enjoyable to listen to. We would recommend Rabbies tours 100%, this is our 2nd this week and more to come.
We had a very enjoyable day on the rabbies outlander day trip from glasgow. Our guide alistair was excellent, very informative and a good laugh. He went to great lengths to make sure our trip was as safe and comfortable as possible. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable day and would not hesitate to book another bus trip.
One of my highlights in Mikono was to visit and eat in Christiana's house.
She is a wonderful host! Her food was incredible and abundant.
I loved to get to know her, her beautiful and traditional house, eat her great food and learn about Greek culture.
When I come back to Mykono I will visit her no one but I least twice, she really knows how to made you feel welcome.

I've been dying to visit CDMX and had to wait for my passport renewal during covid. Although the pandemic did hinder our trip we took two tours and they were both AMAZING. The first was the balloon over Teotihuacan. Awesome service and we continued on the foot tour. Our driver received us with bottled water and smiles. Our second package was Xochilmco and Cuoyacan. Our driver and tour guide Julio was so passionate. Such a fantastic experience... and all during covid. My husband and I befriended our tour mates from Puerto Rico and ended up hanging out with them later that night. I highly recommend both ventures. Awesome experience!
I used many times through this site and I never had a problem. The only problem I found in Lisbon is the stop that I couldn't find in Torre de Belem and the time to catch the bus was every 1 hour. But is a very good price, and this include trams, buses and that is a good value for money. I recommend.
