Dolmabahce palace

I am very much disapointed of your service. You charged my money for Dolmabahce tour, and 15min later send me mail of cancelation of my booking.
I am still waiting to refund my money. Shame of you. I can't recommand you to nobody.

Exceptional Guide

Went on the Glencoe tour with Paul and his encyclopaedic knowledge of Scotland was the highlight. Enjoyed the tour mainly because of him. His singing was amazing too.

The tour guide for my fashion tour was 25 min late, and he was not very informative. He wasn't prepared at all.
The climb to the duomo was at 4:30, but I scheduled the 3:35 climb of the duomo.

WARNING: I booked this and was left to my own devices when no one showed up.

I booked the Tokyo: Private Transfer to/from Haneda Airport. They are supposed to provide a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. I booked this for my parents who were coming to Japan for the first time. Unfortunately, no driver arrived which was very stressful for my family. I had to then try and sort it out. Get your Guide outsources this service to another company. The number that is provided is one from China and no one answers when you call that number. I managed to chat with someone from GYG on their chat function on the website. After explaining the situation, they said they will look into it. They were very dismissive of the stressful situation and offered no solutions. No alternative methods of travel to replace their lack of services that was booked was also very appalling as it just showed that they did not want to take any responsibility for what happened. The main disappointment is the lack responsibility taken by GYG to deal with the lack of services provided. Whilst i understand that the service is to be provided by an outsourced company, there should at least be compassionate communication to the guests who contact you which did not occur.

I booked other tours with GYG which did not have any issues, but i really do just want to send a warning to others that this particular service is atrocious.

Stay away from GetyourGuide. Don't book or list your tours. Our account was cancelled without notice and we still have USD 9555 to receive since Feb 2019.

Awesome cruise, with Finsa, very nice hosts. We had a great time and even saw the dolphins. On our way back we got some delicious watermelon.

Double charged

I attempted to book a tour with GYG on my phone. Website declined my card so I used a different device and booked the same tour with the same card which was accepted. Then I found in my email that the first tour had been charged to my card. GYG REFUSES TO ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE AND INSISTS ON DOUBLE CHARGING ME.

DO NOT USE GYG! THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

In May 2023 I purchased a full-day tour for two people of Mycenae, Nafplion and Epidaurus in Greece from Get Your Guide, which I went on in October 2023 while staying in Athens. I also purchased tickets from Get Your Guide for the two archaeological sites at Epidaurus and Mycenae, which for my wife and I were the highlights of the tour. The tour operator in Athens did nothing wrong and their guide was very helpful. The tickets to Mycenae failed and we were refused admittance to the site. By the time the source of the problem was established, it was too late for us to purchase replacement tickets and to join our guide and fellow tour members. It was frustrating and embarrassing. Get Your Guide apparently sourced to entry tickets from a third party who was either dodgy or incompetent. It turned out that the same ticket numbers had been issued to other people who used them in September 2023. After several emails dealing with different people from Get Your Guide, each time asking the same questions over and over, we received a refund for the tickets, but that was inadequate compensation for wasting half a tour and sitting on a bus waiting for our fellow travellers to return. Get Your Guide failed to take responsibility for their key part in this fiasco, their response was disappointing and we'll now never get to see Mycenae. There are numerous online travel providers and I would not recommend using Get Your Guide.

I purchased two tickets from GetYourGuide for a visit to Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur. Specifically, the tickets were for SKIP-THE-LINE: PETRONAS TOWERS E-TICKETS We arrived 40 minutes prior to our scheduled time. However, the staff could not scan the QR code provided by GetYourGuide. Thus, we need to buy replacement tickets. Also, we were told that there is no such thing as skipping the line. So, we paid for something that was worth nothing. I have repeatedly asked GetYourGuide to reimburse me, but they have not done so. The $65 loss is not going to change my life; it is going to change my attitude about GetYourGuide. Perhaps my one star is too generous?

Yesterday (10. 03. 20) the GetYourGuide makes my worst day!

Yesterday I had dayoff (lost $200 of my day)

I bought a dinner cruise for Celebrate with my with one year of Married with my Wife!

We was so excited for the cruise yesterday and we wait more than one hour.

The cruise was locked, no have anyone in the ship.

After I discover the cruise was a Lie for purchase, my wife was crying and I'm very very disappointed and upset, and the support make a joke asking me "I don't know what you feeling!"

In addition I can't believe what happens with me and the situation, the support gave a "solution " will send a email...

I need go to the first restaurant but I don't have reservation table, I spend -$300 for a dinner.

To be honest your company is the worst.

I never want buy anything of your company!

You kidding me again try give a lie of cruise?

The minimum is give my money back.

But I will talk with a lawyer because this company never still selling packs to steal money and trick the customers.

I promise will put in review and all pages complaints for everyone know your worst services.

I'm still very very upset.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK. I BOOKED A BOAT CRUISE AND THERE WAS POOR INSTRUCTIONS ON THE MEETING LOCATION, I AM VERY WELLED TRAVLED AND ALWAYS BOOK TOURS ETC. TRIED CALLING, I HAVE ARRIVAL RECEIPTS TO SHOW I WAS ON TIME AND THIS COMPANT REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND.

I bought 6 tickets a couple hours before the trip and had to cancel due to a family emergency. I asked for a refund nicely and they wouldn't give me my money back.

Terrible customer service

We had booked a New Year's Eve cruise in Miami through GetYourGuide, but we weren't able to get to Miami from Seattle as our flight was cancelled, rebooked, and cancelled a second time due to snowstorms and ice conditions at SeaTac Airport. Although we were able to cancel and get a refund on non-refundable hotel, rental car, and dinner reservations, GetYourGuide refused to make any exceptions for our situation and didn't cancel the booking. They completely lied to us; they told us they can't cancel because they contacted the activity provider and the activity provider didn't approve the cancellation, but when we called to activity provider they said they didn't get contacted by GetYourGuide at all. So we keep calling GetYourGuide customer support and they claim that they contact the activity provider, and we keep going back and forth between them in the same conversation. Terrible company to deal with, stay away.
