We enjoyed the mini bus tour of LA. David, our guide, was very knowledgeable and wanted to ensure that we had a great experience.

Booked Escorial Monastery Tour in Madrid for 21 Dec 2022.
First they changed it to 22 Dec 2022.
The meeting point was Commercial Gallery with meeting at 0830 for 0900
Was there at 0800 but wasn't there.
Didn't had live Google as I am visiting 10 countries with average 2 days each.
So I am not buying SIM everywhere.
Kept asking people. Most of them helped except we couldn't find the meeting point. One lady, with live Google even walked with me.
If you are not tech Savoy stay away from this company.
In Korea Japan USA & most of the Europe when you book a tour they give you street directions along with photo of a monument that is the meeting point. We have the experience pre Covid.
At 0833 & 0852 even asked a lady to call the number that changed the booking +34 672 63 41 95 without luck.
Missed my tour.
Thank goodness it was my 1st booking with this company & Spain is our first country of holiday.
Will stay away from them especially in the next 20 days.
Not so much worried about the money, but after travelling *******+km, wasted 1 of the 2 days.
How can you have a meeting point which 6 locals can't find on Google map.

It was an amazing tour! Our guide Jim was really entertaining and knowledgeable, you will have great view from the Chicago skyline.

Getyourguide has stolen 12€ to me selling 22€ a ticket at 16€ so 6€ per ticket and 2 tickeyts are 12€ it is peur theft. I want to be no meore contacted by this awfull website

I wanted one ticket. They Charged for two tickets, said I could get a refund and then backtracked. Avoid

We booked to go on a tour of the Roman catacombes by hotel pick up. We were told to wait outside between 1pm and 1.15pm as the tour was starting at 2pm. We sat outside the hotel at 12.50pm waiting and nobody arrived. By 1.30pm we called to ask where they were and was told it would be 5minutes. By 2.10pm we called to say we still had not been picked up, to which the woman told us they'd been and gone! She was extremely rude and very unhelpful. So we missed our tour and £138! Disgusting. Absolute scam.

Ruth was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and had great props for her monolog about the Mayan history and culture. The bus was a large commercial bus with good AC. No wifi but I had Tmobile service for most of the way. They're were a few 5 min or less dead zones. The expenses for Chichén Itza were $30 fee (disclosed on the site) and a $2 gopro or prof camera fee. (Phones and tablets no fee.) At lunch drinks were an extra charge. Any drinks. I don't recall if those were disclosed. The bus driver gave out a cold bottle of water before entering park and upon return. That was great and not advertised so I don't know if that is common. The lunch was called a buffet but it was table service. The food was ok but not best except for the lime chicken soup. It and the pico were the best. Some others in our group had the regular and frozen margaritas and all agreed they were both good but the frozen were the best. The service at our table was not so great. I asked for pico 4 times before he brought any.) I think all wait staff was overwhelmed as our guide gave us 30 extra minutes at lunch. The Cenote itself was beautiful. If you choose to swim in the Cenote, there was an extra mandatory fee of $2 for a life jacket and an optional fee of $2 if you wanted a locker. Be prepared, the water is cold but very refreshing after a day at the temple. We'll wish the trip!

Used two different tours and both were exceptional.The descriptions were spot on. The app was easy to use.

I am very honest and I'm very easy going and don't like to complain but heck this company ruined my day trip! Myself and my bf arrived at the wrong meeting point. We were 15 mins late but while walking to the right meeting point I tried calling the number provided which didn't seem to answer. I paid 78 euro for 2 tickets and we didn't receive them. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT REFUND YOU! BE CAREFUL! I have booked through websites before when abroad but honestly no tickets in and no refund. I found the "help" number did not help nor did they answer on time. You will be left waiting. Please be careful I feel as I got proper scammed with this company. Had an awful experience and if I am traveling again it will be local for tours as this is not guaranteed or NOT REFUNDABLE! AVOID! I hope this helps someone and I wish I had read reviews before wasting 78 euro and no refund is provided whatsoever and there email back was basically its your fault for being at the wrong meeting point even though it was a genuine mistake and they also said they have a blue flag. Incorrect they had an orange umbrella! So yes highly disappointed and if I could give it zero stars I would just because they ruined our day trip I'm Rome!

It was a very nice tour over the City of Wrocław. Our guide was very professional, very knowledgeable and very pleasant guy, so the sightseeing with GYG was truly a time well spent.

Booked a taxi for 1 pm and told me i had 45 min from my scehdule time and left before i got there cause they said my flight was early but i was waitin for my luggage and womt refund me now and arguing with me whontold me i had 45 minit was on thier app and i disnt use the taxi whybwould theyvkeep my money

This is the best support for travelers. You avoid lines at place, the access is easy and fast. You'll fell VIP. Great! I recommend
