I've never been to this site before. They had the balls to steal $600 from me. Scam Artists. Here's a negative review for your efforts.
Very good, links their website to the paying side an let's you print off your tickets. Alternatively you can download a scannable square code.
We booked lower antílope canyon for 2 at $210 but the price with the tour provider was $129,32. Is a 62% charge legal?

I've a bad experience using GetYourGuide. I booked a tour in Cairo through GetYourGuide with an operator called Ramassise Tours. I also made payment through the GetYourGuide. The tour operator contacted me directly for an add-on lunch and I paid them directly for it. The tour operator knew that this is against the rules. My tour was cancelled by GetYourGuide at the last minute and I had to spend so my time during my holiday fighting with them to get my refund so I could rebook the tour. I almost didn't get to do the tour I had travelled for. Eventually I did get my refund and the reason for the cancellation. Ramasside is still refusing to refund me for the lunch that I paid to them directly.
Ramasside knew that the agency would likely cancel the tour and continued to harass me on WhatsApp to rebook the tour with them directly. I refused and I'm still waiting for my refund for the lunch.
GetYourGuide should remove these scammers called Ramasside from their App. I booked through them hoping I could be assured that I'm booking with legit tour operators who would not misuse their access to my personal information.
The entire process was well detailed, very easy to enjoy our trip safe and at a very good price. I stongly recommend!
They stole our money. The taxi ordered and paid for never arrived. They haven't responded since. Everyone, beware of these scammers!

I've used GetYourGuide a few times and I always had a great experience. Very simple system to use with interesting tours.
A stressful day! Horrible! Lousy company! Disorganized. They say they pick you up at the hotel. At the last minute, they scored in a cafe. They arrived late at the cafe. We bought tour in English, but they put us in the last minute Spanish. Tour to Pompeii and Vesuvius. Worst experience I ever had on a trip! Group with more than 40 people. The guide Marisol was very polite and attentive, but we could not hear his explanations. The restaurant that took us there has the worst service in the world! Lucullus Ristorante and Pizzeria. I've never been so badly treated in one place. They shout to sit on the tables. They scream to talk the menu. They shout every minute. Waitresses yelled at everyone. Terrible! Rude! Do not speak English. They did not understand us. At Vesuvio, my friend lost her cell phone. She has diabetes. He needed his cell phone to measure his blood glucose. She had to go back alone with the danger of going bad. Giuse's guide gave no support. So we stayed with our friend to help. They did not explain how to get back. They did not even catch our contact. It's a lousy business. Only worries about the payment. He does not care about people. They treat us like a bunch of tourists and not like people.
We had a wonderful trip to Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, and Belfast. Our driver was very knowledgeable and fun.
I have used the application many times in Europe and abroad and it is more than perfect for successful holidays.

I booked a ride through get your guide from Charles DeGaulle airport in Paris to our hotel. They use a travel partner Parigi travel in Paris car service did not pick us up did not contact us to tell us they weren't going to pick us up. When I disputed the charge get your guide accused me of fraud. Their travel partner did not contact us did not pick us up I paid for a service I did not get. How is that fraud Get your guide uses unreliable travel services get your guide is unresponsive if you have a problem. I would avoid this service at all costs unless you want to spend lots of time trying to settle the matter
My daughter used the same travel partner and get your guide for an earlier flight when they picked her up they told her she owed them an extra €30 or they would just leave her at CDG because they had to wait. The flight was not late she had to go through customs and pick up her baggage. Any reputable travel agency would know you cannot pick somebody up on an international flight at the time that their plane lands you have to allow some time for them to pick up their luggage and go through customs. Get your guide and Parigi travel agency get a big fat zero AVOID Save yourself a big headache!
