I plaid poker and online Casino. In Asia GGPoker is Natural8 but it's actually the same.
You cannot deposit by credit card directly. They work with several kind of vendors where you need an account. There charges are minimum 8 US$ per transfer to GGPoker or Natural8. Additional fees are at least 2 times very bad currency exchange rate.
You can make deposit with Crypto currency which is the worst if you don't have a wallet. If you have one the fees are horrible high.
They have a local deposit way without any charges depend on the country but they block this possibility every day for at least 6 hours.
Then there maintenance time is horrible and almost every second day.
There bonus program is the worst and it will never allow the players to turnover in real money.
If you don't have cash you cannot play bonus money.
If you receive any bonus or you will win a Casino tournament they will give you bonus money but you must deposit cash before you can play the bonus.
You will lose the bonus and a lot of cash.
On other Casino sites it is very realistic to turnover bonus money into cash but on GGPoker/Natural8 there is something wrong. You play almost 2 weeks non-stop to turnover any bonus but it is not possible without losing several thousand of $.
The rake back is the worst. You never get real cash back.
There freeroll are ridiculous small.
During the week there are only 10 $ MTT's.
On 888Poker I plaid up to 500'000 US$ freeroll depend on my statues level.
Also I got many free tickets and won sometimes MTT up to 2730 $.
They give me sometimes cash up to 10% back to my account (not bonus money).
If I plaid 1000 $ I received 100$ back which I could cash out if I want.
The slot machines are mostly very high volatility games and sometimes you will not get a bonus game in 2000 spins or more.
I lost in total straight 5000 $. Never get anything back.
I won 500$ bonus which I turnover at least 40 times but the line was always around 31% it seems it was never increasing also when I won 3000 $ on slot machine.
Actually they say I only need to turnover 20 times which is not so much but after 5k winnings and 5k it shows still only 31% which is maybe around 6.5 times.
The curious thing was when I won the bonus increased more then my cash money.
They do everything against the players.
