This company is a sham! I ordered what was described as a Cute Happy Birthday bouquet which was supposedly to contain 6 Mylar balloons & 6 helium with happy birthday printed on them then I added a large plush bear to the presentation. So what actually arrived to my daughter for her 21st birthday at college was 6 star shaped balloons which were under inflated and a small bear attached - unbelievable! Such a sad bouquet - I was definitely scammed & when I submitted my complaint they thought a $20 refund was enough! Not sure who runs this company but for sure do not order anything from them - move along & look for another site - gift loons couldn't care less than they already do - they should be ashamed, I know they are not & clearly they never will be…… put your energy elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.
I'm their most recent prey... I ordered some flowers and a teddy bear for my fiancé's birthday and scheduled the delivery for 2/10 but nothing has arrived! It's sad that these kind of people still exist... but it's ok cos dirty money brings you no good and doesn't last long! The best of wishes for whoever did this
I think this company is a scam. Ordered on the website and never got the delivery. Tracking number was invalid. Repeated calls to service were answered with "we'll get back to you". Eventually had to open a dispute with the payment company to receive the money back. Seriously - Do not order from them!
I asked my daughter who lives in Florida to order a basket with toys for my granddaughter first birthday! Arrived 4 days later! 20$ for delivery! Impossible to reach them! Bought a basket for 100$ worth 30$ Asked for my name embroidered on a toy not done! I live in France and couldn't do it from there! I would not recommend this site and it is way overpriced for the products they delivered! I saw the picture and was very angry at myself to have spent that much money on such terrible gift! Next time I will send money instead of throwing 100$ in the garbage

Ordered a Birthday Cake and Singing Bear 29 days ahead of time but did not arrive. Said its beyond their control as they shipped out on time. Problem was UPS missorted to a different load. I'll see if they will deliver 2 days later. The cake arrived bit the bear is missing. Supposedly a surprise for my bf. It was a horrible Experience and very unreliable service. Of you're going to order and chatted with the representative, they are very nice and accommodating, once problems arise and you complain they are rude. Also said I will not get refund since its not in their end.
Horrendous service and fraudulent behaviour. No contact info, slow response time on email, 3 bottles of wine apparently delivered 2KM away. Apparently, I provided an incorrect contact number?
Funnily enough, as I write this email it was actually delivered to the local parcel centre?!

I ordered a stuffed animal to be sent to my grandson. In Brazil. He never received it. A bogus signature on the delivery receipt. The company would not offer to replace it or refund my money. I paid over $98 for nothing. I will never ever use their service again.
I ordered balloons for my elderly aunt who had just moved into assisted living. All I got were delays and excuses. Communication from them was disjointed and confusing. They finally canceled the order and, fortunately, refunded my money.
BTW - they sent me emails asking for my review but the links did not work. What a joke!
Delivery was late which ruined the purpose of the gift. When I enquired about the late delivery they *lied* to me, blaming it on delivery company when they had actually not made the item available for delivery until the day after they said it would be delivered. They have not responded to my request for a refund in respect of the failure to provide what I paid for. The operation is fraudulent. I hope it goes out of business soon. I should have checked here first.
First of all, I had really wanted this service to work. I ordered a cake for my father in a small town in Malaysia. The Gift Bloom site boasts of delivering within 24 hours and catering to the location I had in mind. I even chatted with an agent first to make sure it was doable. I was given a confident "yes". But since putting my order in, it has been a disaster. They obviously do not have a handle on their local vendors so the email correspondence was Gift Bloom pushing out the delivery date from the initial Thursday to Friday, then Saturday, then the following Monday. And even then, they were not able to say for sure if the cake can be delivered as promised. In the end, they canceled the order, which speaks volumes since no business would initiate this unless absolutely necessary. I am disappointed and would not be try them again.
I clicked on - CLICKED ON - two balloon bouquets, without ordering anything. A few days later I get a charge to my credit card (without ever giving them the number!) for $72.94 from "YaYa E Favormart". They also have horrible reviews. Best we can figure, this was the source of the charge. There must be a connection somehow. Stay away from both companies!
Ordered a bonsai gift and it was just a poorly cut back shrub stuck in a pot. Picture included of website offer and that received (look at the size of the leaves). At least it arrived and on time- hence the two stars instead of one.
It looks (and grows) like it comes from the Dollar Store. I bought five of them, four to give as stocking stuffers. I tried to grow one myself. Needless to say, they won't be given as gifts.
I work abroad and as such send gifts to my elderly Mum who resides in a care home. I have never paid 80 pounds for a few biscuits. Gift Blooms have charged me 80 pounds for biscuits. Honestly never again! Thieves
Stay away from them! They don't deliver!
I ordered one week in advance flowers to be send to Costa Rica. On the day of the expected delivery nothing happened. The next day they come up with shady explanations and at the end say this "Its too costly to deliver the flowers as I tried to place the order through vendors site".
Come on people - be honest, don't you know in advance about the costs?
I placed an order for Red Wine & Snax Gift Box on 8/21 and never got e-mail confirmation. Luckily I printed the invoice. The gift never made it. Made several attempts to call and no one picked the phone (the voice message advised me that the google subscriber is not available). Sent e-mail - bounced back at me. Tried on their "live"(?) chat - no response at all. Stay away form them. Don't use them!
Do not waste a minute of your time or money ordering anything from this company. My order was never received by the recipient and the customer service personnel was unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I have never been more disappointed or disgusted. Find another vendor! This company is the absolute worst! I gave it one star because otherwise I couldn't submit the review. But make no mistake, they are not worthy of one star.
The delivery itself cost me 20$, I thought it was worth it because it says it will arrive the day after.

I placed an order 8/7 with this company to have a fruit basket delivered to my coworker who is in the hospital on 8/8. Not only did they double charge me, they told me on 8/8 that they would be unable to fill my order until 8/10. The customer service representatives repeatedly talked over me when i attempted to ask a question until I was literally screaming at them on the phone. They offered to deliver chocolate to him today for an additional fee of course. Never again!
