I HOPE THAT BASED ON SO MANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS, THIS SO CALLED "COMPANY" MUST FACE A MUSIC. WOULDN'T BE SUPRISED IF AUTHORITIES WILL TAKE CARE ABOUT THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS...

Ordered anniverariy baloons and roses. Gave them my and recepient number in case is a problem to deliver.
They have a time to deliver (my mistake i did no check before) from 8am to 7pm. Call them that day and asked for real time delivery so I could make sure somebody is at hme Everything they said was a pure lie. Once they get your money you are on your own with curiers who god knows who they are and nobody knows what they are doing.
Got message its been delivered at 4pm. NOOO was NOT. IRoses and baloons been dropped off like amazon box when temp outside was 25 deg F
Nobody tried to call me or recepient. They dont give a s...t
Waste of the money
Avoid them as fire

JUNE 2020- I ORDER AN EXPENSIVE CAKE FOR MY SON'S BIRTHDAY. EVEN THOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY $19.99 CAKE WAS SHIPPED OUT ON 6/9/20 AND UPS DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED FOR 6/11/20. MERCHANT CHARGED ME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, THIS IS A RIP OFF!
I EMAILED TO COMPLAIN 5 TIMES AND GOT THE ORDER CANCELED. I HAD TO CALL CREDIT CARD TO PUT STOP ON PAYMENT. AWFUL SERVICE

The site said they could deliver the day I asked for and then when there was no confirmation of order I had to bug them everyday until I got an answer that they CANCELED the order a week after I placed it. I would find it more reasonable if they responded the day I placed it saying they couldn't do it but the lack of communication just shows a lack of professionalism. I won't be using this service again.

I ordered a doll for 96 dollars for valentines day. A steep price to pay for something I could get for 20 dollars locally. But because the site stated 5-7 day delivery to Norway, I decided it would be worth it to pay the price. In short, I ordered the doll on the fourth, but it arrived on the 19th which was five days after the date i needed it and more 15 days after the day i ordered it. I reached out several times as I was concerned about the arrival of my product at the time I needed it. Not only did they never respond, they continued the delivery four days late without notifying me, although the site policy stated that it wouldnt do so without my consent. They have no care for the consumer and are a bunch of scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.

For the store in SWEDEN (Gothenburg):
The gift was delivered with one-day delay, but it was in an excellent condition and exactly the same with the one in the photo of the company's webpage. I don't know if the delay has to do with some kind of miscommunication between the people running the online shop and the stores in each country that they collaborate with, but at least the store in Gothenburg, Sweden, that delivered the flower I ordered paid a lot of attention to the quality of the product.

Wow, I wish I would have read all of the reviews before I made my purchase. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day to be delivered to her job. I ordered 6 balloons and a small truffle candy mix; the order was placed on Feb 12. On Feb 12, I got 3 emails, one was for the order confirmation, one was a receipt, the other was order status. Great so far, although I did question the pricing ($95) but I was running out of time and didn't have time to do any serious price comparisons with other businesses as I was making this order while I was at work. Valentine's Day arrives and I'm checking my email throughout the day for a deliver confirmation or a status update but I get nothing. When I get home from work that day, my wife comes in with this piddly excuse for a balloon bouquet and a dinky box of chocolates not much bigger than a deck of playing cards. I admit, I ordered the small box of chocolates but for the extra $15, I thought it would be something worthy. Also, instead of the 6 large balloons that I ordered, there were only 4 in this janky arrangement. Oh, and the delivery was made at 5:05 PM! That may have been a blessing in disguise though since there wasn't really anybody around to admire/snicker/mock this pathetic arrangement. I guess the moral of the story is to do your research... start with avoiding this company, I am very displeased but I don't have the energy to chase after any sort of refund, it's only $100 and my wife was pleased with the gesture. Oh, and my order still says "processing"...

Scam Artists?

My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Sept 15 was Colombia's version of Valentines Day and I placed an order with them on Sept 10 with a debit card. The money cleared my account on the 12th. The day of delivery they messaged me on my Whatsapp account from a "do not call" number saying my order was on hold. Checking my order on the website, they were requiring images of my credit card and photo ID. Email to customer service is the only form of contact: I complained, as they had their money and the transaction had cleared. They held me hostage until they essentially perpetuated identity theft. Then they did not deliver my order, but said it would deliver 2 days later. On the 17th, they emailed asking if I would prefer the 18th or 19th for delivery. I demanded immediate delivery which did not occur, but my order was placed on hold on the website again. Late on the 18th, an email informing me what I had ordered over a week earlier is "out of stock". (Rather than telling me at time of order so I could do something prior to the holiday). They sent me images of three Christmas baskets to chose from for a September delivery for a romantic holiday gift. Basically these thieves had ruined the holiday and had no intention of ever delivering my order. My only response at this point was to demand an actual telephone number to speak to a person. Which I never received. You will note, no number or physical address is on the website.

I sent my daughter flowers and a candle from the Egersund store in Norway as a housewarming gift. I paid extra for a vase (she might not have had one) and a ceramic heart as part of the flowers and when my daughter sent me photos with thanks, these were not evident. I asked if she received them and she said no but when I emailed the company they basically said tough luck, but here's 10% off your next purchase. AS IF I'd order from the again. The flowers cost £50 and through further conversations with my daughter I found out that the delivery man was on the phone when he delivered them so chucked them on the doorstep - she seen him walk away on the phone so it wasn't like she didn't come to the door quick enough! Terrible terrible customer service. Their exuse for not delivering the vase and heart (and wrong, DEAD, flowers!) was because noone was in the first time they tried to deliver - so they took away the vase and heart as punishment for wasting their time. Utterly appalling.

DON'T USE!

My friend ordered a gift for me for Christmas, it never arrived. A man called me from 0034 968 752 283, he said a third party company is trying to deliver and no one is in the villa, I told him I do not live in a villa! I gave directions to the address, which he confirmed was exactly what he had on the order and still nothing arrived.

He called again stating the order was a 'F***ing' mess and laughed.

Nothing has been heard from this company since! No-one answers the number above and no response to text messages.

The terms and conditions on their website have been concocted to cover their fraudulent behaviour! They will not refund if the address is wrong (how convenient!) They promise aftercare sales, this is clearly false representation and of course they promise satisfaction guaranteed, from the comments below there are a lot of unsatisfied customers.

No attempt to deliver has been made.

There have been several complaints registered on Better Business Bureau and the Complaints Board about the Jagma Group LLC./ Giftblooms. They are not reputable and unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

I ordered a gift to be sent to USA from Australia, first they said you've chosen from the Australian catalog (which wasn't true) and they couldn't proceed with the order, then they sent me a link to purchase something else and when I asked for the same gift from USA catalog they said they can't proceed with that order but suggested other gifts which where twice more expensive- so I didn't have a choice so I paid another $30. After second payment they say that they will be able to do the delivery either on 10 May or 13 May and asked for confirmation, I replied it fine whever you can do the delivery as it was supposed to be sent 7 days ago for my friend's birthday. They reply saying that my order has been cancelled! And my money was already taken I asked for refund but they didn't replyPLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Scammers
