I ordered flowers to be sent to a family in Japan on the death of their father. They were supposed to be available next day but they were to be delivered two days later. I accepted this due to be international (ordered from Australia) but on the night before delivery, I received a phone call from USA telling me that the arrangement of flowers I ordered werent available and would be replaced with a bunch of flowers. Due to cultural restraints i neede WHITE flowers not a bunch of red flowers, AND i was being asked for and extra $16 for the extra costs in delivery. I had already paid for delivery. I felt this was a scam to up sell the $66 I had already paid. I explained this the the caller, saying I didnt care which flowers were sent, but I needed them to be WHITE and delivered the next day.
I was on extreme time issues due to the funeral, and the order was cancelled the day after the flowers were due to arrive.
I received an email saying Gift Blooms didnt service the area requested, and a refund was being issued.
Ill never use this service again.

So far, the gift I sent, still have not received. I sent, Antiquary 12year old whisky, process sence 20th of april 2021, and havint heard any updates from gift bloom. I hope I haven't been scammed.

I just read some of the bad reviews and I have to say I am surprised. That is totally contrary to my experience. To me, this has been by far the best experience sending flowers internationally (Germany). I had done it in the past with other services and the flowers were never great or fresh or looked as advertised or at best fine. I was a little apprehensive at first, because I had not heard of this company. On top of that, the confirmation email ended up in my spam folder. I thought I had been stiffed and even wrote an email complaining. However, that was the only hiccup. Note that I did not read the negative reviews, because I may have not used them if I had.
The flowers were a Mother's Day gift and arrived the day it was scheduled/promised. My mother was not home, and the florist left the flowers with the neighbor. The florist not only left a note in her inbox, but then called later to make sure she had received the note and the flowers. On top of that I had written a note for her in a area provided during the online process. Now usually that gets printed directly onto a little card. They actually provided a beautiful card, that open up and all, and copied the text not printed from a computer, but handwritten!!! But that is not all, I had written the note in Spanish and they copied word by word without any mistakes (remember, this is in Germany!). Not sure you will get the same service everywhere, since they rely on local florists, but this one was perfect. The flowers were beautiful (18 roses - picture attached), the fact that the florist followed up to made sure that she received them, and the handwritten card was an extraordinary experience. I would use them again.

I have never shopped with this site before and i never will again. I placed an order in June so it was plenty of time with Gift Blooms for the delivery of a birthday cake for my friend in Texas. They took the order and at no point said they could not deliver it on this day.
Yesterday my friend's birthday came and went and no cake arrived. He told his family a cake was coming so they did not buy him a cake. Since the cake did not arrive they completely wrecked his birthday and upset me in the process.
I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND MESSAGES TO GIFT BLOOMS AND THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES. The customer services skills displayed thus far have not been great and they have informed me that there will be no refund since the cake is out for delivery and will arrive at my friends house today, which is beside the point as they have failed to deliver on time as per order, so legally they have failed in their agreement with me. They refuse to give any form of compensation or refund to me for the inconvenience or disappointment they have created to me and my friend.

IF YOU WISH TO BUY AND GET YOUR GIFT THERE ON TIME THEN I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE. THEY SAY THEY ARE EASY TO CONTACT BUT ACTUALLY I HAVE FOUND THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE.

Terrible service. Order placed previous week (13th July) with delivery date for 18th July. Today, in delivery date, I received email with order cancelation, as you cannot delivery it, in day when I expected gift to be delivered. You had 2 wd plus weekend to come back to me with this info so I could arrange a backup plan. Plus your web shoud show me that for this post code service is unavaiable. To sum up: THANK YOU GIFTBLOOM FOR RUINING MY SURPPRISE AND DAY! And for refund you're going to send me, you should also add the provision I paid to my bank for this transfer and even double returned money. No more deals with you.

Totally Unsatisfied!

I ordered a floral arrangement and a balloon for a friends birthday a week before the event. On the day of my friend's birthday I kept checking the status on line but all I could see was the order was in the "ordered" status. So I waited to hear from my friend that they had received a nice surprise for their birthday but that didn't happen... finally I contacted the company at 5PM and was told they deliver until 7:30PM and I would be notified by email when the items were delivered... at 6:55PM, I received a email that the items were delivered... I spoke with my friend at 10PM and asked if they received my gift and they had not... so I contacted the company again only to be told that according to their records the item was delivered at 11AM. Which it was NOT! So even though I was given a delivery time and a conformation email, no items were actually delivered to my friend... the items were delivered the next day... a day late... a day after their birthday. When I inquired to the company the told me that the contract was fulfilled... they weren't a day late processing my payment and taking the funds ($75)... their customer service is one of the worst I've experienced... I mean they use local florist to fulfilled the orders, how difficult is it to stick some flowers in a vase and attach a balloon and deliver it in a timely manner... I know because I have worked in a florist... it's really an easy concept and execution... I dont recommend this company and will not ever use them again... if you decide to use this service - I say proceed with caution and use at your own risk!
