Tried to send flowers online but when it came to paying an error message advised the currency was not accepted? I gave up and used another company - no issues. Received emails saying items still in my cart, then another email advising the payment is pending. No option to cancel order, have sent 2 separate emails to customer service and have not heard back. Absolutely shocking customer service. I can only hope nothing further happens. Really disappointing all round, website looks like it has been made by a 5 year old, which should've been a red flag from the start. Don't bother, just go elsewhere and save yourself the time, money, and frustration!
Since there is NO 0 or STAY AWAY option, I have to give this company a 1 to be able to post this review. Took my money on August 25 it is now September 1 and order was not received. A lot of automated responses NO live agent. An investigation has been launched! If after reading all the reviews and you still make a decision to take a chance consider your funds a donation! Call your bank and maybe they can help you get your $$ back! That's what I did. 55 day waiting period to try and get this resolved through the proper channels.
No number on the site should've told me this is not a place to do business with. Ordered a cake which end up costing me $132 for something that likely cost $30 max locally but since it had to be delivered internationally I placed the order with these folks. Needless to say the delivery never occurred and no one got back to me until i asked them of what happened. They said their outlet vendor does not deliver therefore they had to cancel. Great that they're telling me this info after the occasion has passed. Seems like they don't mind disappointing ppl in their lives and certainly have no concept of customer service. Save yourself the headache and disappointment that will follow after doing business with these folks.
Stay away from this company! They have false advertising. Said they delivered same day if ordered before noon. Then I found out after I paid $80.00 that they won't over the weekend. It's Tuesday night and I am still waiting for a cake to be delivered. These people are terrible.
I ordered a wine a cheese basket for a colleague in Switzerland on December 12 for a pre-Christmas delivery. The cheese arrived, but not the wine. There's bad customer service and then there is no customer service, which is the case with GiftBlooms. No phone number to contact them and the numerous emails that I sent came back with a very standard apology and "we're investigating" for close to two weeks now. Christmas has come and gone without any resolution, leaving me no recourse but to dispute the credit card charge. Stay away from doing business with this company!
Hi, I ordered a $200 gift basket to be delivered to Pr. Rupert BC, Canada, After I did that, I checked the reviews, which weren't good. I was scared that I might not receive it at all. I emailed them to let them know my concern. They delivered a very nice basket, but it was 5 days late. Fortunately, it didn't matter that much that it was late, but should I have needed it on a particular day, that would have been disastrous. I was prepared to take a lot of action should I have not received my basket, but fortunately, I did get it. Thanks Gift Bloom for getting my basket to the correct location, appreciate it.
I'm sorry others had such a bad experience but the birthday balloon arrangement I ordered was delivered to my husband's job just a few hours after I ordered it. I'm very pleased with the service

Ordered birthday balloons a week prior to the day. 2 days after the day, still no balloons. Received an email at 4:30 a.m. saying they will be delivered. There is no Contact number, only a chat bot that directs you to FAQ. Total bust. Should go out of business.

We then received harassing emails for payment.

I ordered balloons for my granddaughters 16 birthday and they never arrived. Still haven't.
I sent numerous messages and finally got a reply saying they were looking into it. Never heard another word.

Ordered an elaborate orchid arrangement in glass vase, and received a half dead, rotten orchid in ceramic pot thrown on on my mother's front porch. Talking to "Pete" from customer service was a complete waste of time, saying that since they "delivered the item" no full refund can be issued regardless that is not what I've ordered in the first place. Sneaky and deceitful business practice that should go out of business, yesterday.
This company is absolutely horrible. They have some of the worst and most frightening services I have ever experienced. The delivery man showed up in an unmarked van, proceeded to ring the bell with extreme force which made it scary to answer. Then after answering the man did not have the gift but required us to walk to his unmarked van which looked like it was falling apart and pick the package out of his trunk. Upon further inspection the gift package which was described to have assorted king size candy bars, came with two different fun size bags and loose chocolates. When asked they said the baskets do vary, however no product that has 2 fun size bags and loose candy should ever cost 75 dollars. This company is sucks a rip off and I will never shop from them again or recommend this company to anyone!
GiftBlooms apparently made just a single attempt to deliver an orchid. Appears that no efforts were made to contact the recipient or me by phone or email. GiftBlooms was non-communicative until I reached out for status - and that required multiple efforts and a reply delay of almost a week. They were quick to deny a fall back refund option based on the flowers being perishable. In fact, orchids last for weeks or months. This was a disappointing experience with GiftBlooms. I don't foresee using them again and will warn others.

Do not order here... total rip off! They easy to take your money, but hard to give your money back when they screw up... don't bother ordering from here... I think it's a scam; the positive reviews got to be a front!
Great company. Easy & fast. Did a gift for someone half way around the world at their job location. Delivered in handful of days, got a thank you from the recipient, who were surprised. They said they loved the package. All around exceptional experience.
I have been shocked by my recent experience with this enterprise. I ordered a very expensive orchid and cake for a loved one's special birthday. The orchid wilted and died after just two weeks. I sent Giftblooms an email with photographic evidence and they never replied. I then sent follow-up emails asking them to comment. Nothing. I then sent an email with the threat of posting negative comments on the website if they failed to response. Zilch. These people over-charge and under-deliver, laughing all the way to the bank. At your own very considerable risk, folks!
Everyday an email stating they were not able to make delivery. They charged $10. More than the online price stated, in addition to adding the $13.00 for same day delivery. Requested refund after 4 days, no reply. I don't believe their make believe business is even based in the U.S. Before requesting a refund, they averaged about a 4 hour email response. I have complained to the F. T. C. And suggest all of you do as well. The name on the bank charge is the name of an individual (non English). Wish I had of read the reviews first.
... and I received an insincere, grammatically incorrect email response when I questioned what went wrong. There response to my question basically amounted to "Sorry if this was an inconvenience". After pushing, I was told all they could do is refund the balloons that said happy birthday instead of get well. They really should have lead with that as it's the least they could do. Never again!
They have ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant surprise! Just bad news, not even able to evaluate the products BECAUSE they didn´t arrive.
