Buyer beware. Purchased a $50 gift card from GiftCardSaving.com on May 22,2024, and immediately checked the balance which showed $50. I checked the balance the following day as well, still showed $50. Today, August 19th, I attempted to use the gift card, but the balance is showing as $0. Unfortunately, the guarantee was only for 24 hours after purchase. I contacted GiftCardSaving.com and the customer service said it was out of the guarantee period. I went to check other unused gift cards from this site, all either deactivated or $0.
I having been selling gift cards here. Each time I list cards of higher values on their site, let's say $200+, they hardly pay.
I have listed my card with value $500, they sold my card but refused to make payment. It's been over 3 months now, I keep sending their support emails but they have decided to become dafe and dumps.
I don't know why they always refuse to pay me each time I list cards of higher value. This is my worst experience with them.
And customer support too have refused to be responsive. This is very bad.
Also, the giftcardsaving team have always refuse to make payment on time, usually some weeks after payment date. This is also a bad experience

Although the experience has been great sometimes, I have these problems with them
1. Failure to make payment on time
2. Failure to make payment for higher cards, usually $200+
3. Unresponsive customer support

Usually sold Gift Cards on their site.
Some paid for, some not paid for.
