The system allowed me to pickup a delivery date, which I did since gifts sometimes are meant to be given in honor of the particular events. Not so fast to be happy
Though, my gift arrived a week before the chosen date. When I called the customer service to ask them why so, the agent was kind of nasty saying they tried to get them out as fast as possible. Sound good-Hah? But then why to allow us to choose it?

Ordered 6 baskets for delivery on various dates this week in time for christmas.
It seems that every single one has had the delivery date pushed back (some by over a week! AND AFTER CHRISTMAS) without any notification or explanation. One order is still showing as "processing" a week later. Again, no notification or explanation.
This is the poorest service I've experienced from any delivery order I've made in the last 30 years. $700 for this?! Definitely will not be using them again.
Tip for consumers:
DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE .... unless you don't mind if they possibly receive it 3 weeks later

Good overall website. Ordering was easy, got 10% off at checkout. Awesome. And then they delivered my gift by throwing it over my recipient's fence into the snow, and y'all offered a $10 refund. Unacceptable.
So far theyāve only solved it with a $10 refund on a $70 gift.

These were all gifts for others so not sure yet how well they were received by our clients. My call to customer service was good. I had inadvertently put in the wrong street # and it was promptly corrected.
Prompt attention to the matter and put me at ease that the address had been corrected. Was so worried that a client gift was going to be delivered to a wrong address.
The other company we have used for many years was going to charge us a very large amount for shipping since it was considered last minute. We chose to go shopping elsewhere and enjoyed the discount and free shipping option offered by GiftTree.

Thank you for making it easy to purchase gifts for multiple people. My only issue is that I ordered 3 champagne crates and none of them were available. The agent that answered the phone was able to get a replacement, but it definitely caused anxiety if they would arrive on time.
I have nothing but glowing feedback from any time I've sent a GiftTree basket. It always makes the recipient feel so loved and appreciated, and having gotten one myself, there's just something magical about unwrapping that basket and going through the goodies inside. It's like Christmas every time!

Arrived nicely packaged with all the treats I was expecting. Gift was enjoyed thoroughly by it's recipient and was a perfect option for the "someone who has everything" but whom would never splurge on this type of stuff.
I have ordered several gift baskets over the years. And recently, I was able to get free shipping for gifts delivered in the mainland and the ones shipped to Hawaii were free but charged $9.95 for Fed Ex. Everyone actually received their gifts 1 day ahead. Just keep in mind that they are not sent as pictured in the photos, but are packaged carefully for shipping reasons in the basket, in a lined cooler with ice packs which is so great because I was afraid of the chocolates melting. I always pay extra foe the personalized ribbon and everyone always love it. These make awesome gifts for any occasion and even better when they're on sale.

Usually, I've had a very good experience with GiftTree; however, this time the package I ordered arrived one day later than the requested date. Otherwise, the receiver was very satisfied with the gift.
In future, it would be great to see a wider selection of products that are vegan or vegetarian-friendly.
After writing this review, I never saw the response from the company until recently! I almost didn't bother emailing them back because I was done trying, but I decided to anyways. I simply emailed the person who responded and didn't expect anything in return. I was very delighted to wake up this morning to a credit in my account from gifttree.com. I don't know if they have new people on customer service or something, but THAT is better then any of the other customer service I've received. I respect when a company notices they've made a mistake and they go above and beyond to fix it! Especially after like six months after the fact!

My husband ordered me Mother's Day flowers and ordered the additional bear to come with them. He wrote in the letter attached to the flowers that I would be receiving a bear. Well the bear never came. I contacted the company and said that I wanted a refund. We weren't satisfied with their service, and they have a "satisfaction guarantee" so I brought that up when contacting them. They said they would give me a refund on the bear first. And I said I wasn't satisfied and wanted a refund. They said they could refund the bear. And I said I wanted AT LEAST a partial refund for the flowers since they were incomplete without the bear they referenced. The lady I was chatting with online ended the conversation...
So I never got a refund for the bear I never received, and when I called again to ask for the refund of the bear and of the flowers, she told me it was too late. Uh, terrible customer service. I contacted them the day after Mother's Day and the lady ended the conversation on me. Not my fault.
My best friend lost her husband of 24 years to heart failure and kidney cancer. She never liked receiving flowers from him on any occasion, but he would buy them for her anyway because that's what gentlemen do. Being her friend for 35 yrs I had to come up with something else because after losing her husband she's really going to dislike flowers. She sent me a text after receiving her basket writing " Thank you so much for the basket. Love it!."
My gift basket was stuck at UPS for over a week, after reaching to customer service team, they immediately send out a replacement basket without charge. I am surprised on how proactive and fast the team is in addressing my issue.
Good assistance from sales person when I asked about 5th Ave. Wish I got a better discount for being a loyal customer and no shipping surcharge since plenty of time. Maybe next time. My friend got it in few days surprisingly.

One of 3 orders was shipped 3 days later than I chose when placing the order. Then kept getting delayed and now stuck in a UPS facility. If the company would have shipped on time this would have arrived when I scheduled to have it received.
Also, the "Peak Season Surcharge" is a complete BS fee. Getting more business (hence more revenue) during a certain season is a cost/benefit for a company. Yes, there are additional costs during a season, but you are also gaining more sales revenue. Companies that charge a fee like this come out of the gate as super shady to me and will probably be my only purchase from the company.

I ordered the largest basket for my husband for Christmas. It was a beautiful basket filled with chocolates including three full size boxes. Instead, I received the cheapest version of the basket. It was much smaller, lacked all the decorations, and was missing several items including the three full size boxes. When I called customer service the message said they would contact me at their earliest convenience. What does that mean?! A day, a week, A YEAR?! My poor husband was so excited to get this and now he's just sad.
