Always happy with your service and products, I have used Gift Tree many times and anyone that I have ever sent their products to are always impressed. The site has a lot of options to choose from and the gifts always arrive on time and the presentation is always perfect.

The gold "50" wine stopper with Crystal studs was purchased as part of a 50 th wedding anniversary gift. It came in a nice little gold box with a ribbon bow and was set in white silk. Nice presentation. Not of high quality, but nice for a little extra gift.

I ordered from Gift Tree for my Mom's birthday and it was the best surprise! It's nice to change it up a little and Gift Tree had a unique selection. It was delivered in perfect timing and she loved everything in it. If you're a wine and cheese lover I highly recommend.

Ordered xmas basket and some of the fruit was rotten. Called and gave my phone # to automated system to hold my place in line and get a call back but never got the call. Emailed and got a response asking for pictures. I sent them and never heard back

Ordered a $ 100+ fruit basket for my son-in-laws brother on the 16th of September. Their father whom I known for decades died unexpectedly. It is now the16th of October. And still no fruit. It is yet to be delivered! Yelp website gives them the same type of horrid reviews. Called Gift Tree. Asked them to send an apology note and a small gift. They do not want to do anything. Do not do business with this organization. I did not check the is company out. But please do so.

I had no problems doing my order. I am a senior so not too good at doing things on line. I made a phone call and very easily was able to place my order.
The person I spoke with was very helpful. I order went through and arrived at the destination successfully.

I was expecting to receive a good looking basket full of things I can gift (obviously the reason behind the purchase). I needed to go to the store to buy completely new items and a new basket in order not to be ashamed at the one that came from Gifttree.

The product was fine; the delivery was deficient.
I received an email that my gift was delivered; I thought it very strange that I heard nothing from the person who was supposed to receive it. After 2 days, I texted him and asked if he were at home - explaining that I had sent something and was told the gift was delivered. He was at home and the gift was not there. Upon searching his neighborhood, he found it on a neighbor's porch. The neighbor was away and the package sat there for 2 days. That is unacceptable to me!

I saw that calls could only be answered M-F. Then I saw a section to email and did that. Then my return email stated that I would receive a response M-F. There needs to be someone who can handle problems - we do not live in a M-F world.

Wanted to order multiple items with engraving. Had to work around the system and was a bit aggravating. I have now received the product and very nice. Product is what I expected and engraving really sets off beautifully.

I don't understand why they charge a delivery fee to deliver on a certain date, when the package arrived in the date that was free. And please, don't give a gift card for the fee when I will never use this service again!

The rep were nice, but per their supervisor nothing that could be done with refunding the delivery fee! Terrible service! I do not need a gift card to buy yet another over priced gift basket!

Easiest customer service contact in the history of the world! I misspelled the last name of the person I was sending to—I did my order online—-and realized my mistake. I called the customer service number and expected a long hold and nightmare on the other end. I got a person and had it fixed with confirmation in under 2 minutes! I'll use them again!

I was late in ordering a gift for my mom's birthday, mostly because I didn't know what to get her. I ordered a gift basket, delivery cost included. Even though I ordered it Sunday evening it got to her on Tuesday, and they live in rural eastern Oregon. I was pleasantly surprised and my mom enjoyed her gift basket.

Every time I have sent a GiftTree basket the recipient's reaction has been overwhelmingly positive. This time not so much and it was probably my own fault. I didn't check the list of included items and I thought the basket was something different. I wanted soothing items for a sympathy basket which was the category I picked and I thought "Fit for Royalty" would deliver.

We sent this fruit basket to one of our employees dad after he had surgery. He was really impressed as was our employee. We also sent out flowers to an employees wife and a care package to him as well as another order of flowers for another employees wife. Everything was done beautifully and we received awesome reviews on each and every gift.

I order wine gift for my sister from Norway. I found this site on Google and would like to recommend it to others. The delivery came at the agreed time and was very nicely wrapped. I will definitely buy several times from here. My sister was super happy with the gift and the wine was very good.

Only realized after I had purchased the gift that there was a bigger gift basket. When I saw the size of the gift basket I selected, I was almost embarrassed that the recipient would receive something so small. The pic makes it look like the basket is 3 feet tall when in essence, it was just 12-inches. Don't know if I'll use Gift Tree again.

The birthday bottle of wine is fantastic, the person who received it was very happy and surprised of the quality of the etching and how the gold make it so beautiful. This was one of the best and special gifts that I have giving to my daughter in law, I'm very happy thank you

I was worried about the delivery, not getting there on time but I received a response right away with the delivery time and it was delivered at that exact time, thank you

Our daughter had been ill and needed a pick-me-up. We ordered a chest full of fruits and other comfort food for her. It arrived on time and she LOVES the chest. The fruits and all were just what she needed. Great idea in a time like this

Amazing variety of gifts to order yet not overwhelming. Reading the customer reviews also greatly informed what I wanted to order. Order arrived EARLIER than my projected delivery date which was super amazing!

Website was easy to follow and prices were fair. The timeline was great and I really appreciated no additional shipping costs. My only request would be a few mire choices like a teapot, some tea choices, mixed with wine and cheese and tea snacks. When sending to a couple one may not drink alcohol. Satisfying voth this would be s good choice.

Although the card was missed on my gift, customer service responded immediately and issued me a gift card which was nice. The best part is they recognized the issue and realized why I was not happy so I appreciated that.

Easy ordering but was fooled by something online that said you could order same day delivery if you order early enough. The day I wanted them delivered, I signed on early and it told me the soonest it could be delivered was 3 days later. That was a disappointment.
