This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
Ordering was easy although I cannot log in to my account to correct my password. I sent a gift basket to my son and also my daughter. Both lived out of state. I was shocked when I received a photo of my son holding the gift basket I paid almost $100 for. It was so small. Not doing that again. I feel like it was way too much money for the value they received for that $100 family present.

The Good As Gold Basket looked nothing like was advertised. I was highly disappointed. The second basket (Fresh Fruit Trio Cheese and Wine) took several attempts for delivery because an adult signature was needed.
I thought the quality would be good based on the reviews.
There was a large range of gift baskets and prices to suit all occasions, and it was so easy to order once the decision was made. It was very satisfying to be able to track the progress of the delivery and see it had reached its destination.

Gift was delivered a day early than I requested. The people receiving the gift were out of town but would be returning the day it was supposed to be delivered. The pears were damaged. I called to ask to replace them and was told they would be shipped in a couple days. This was a Monday. By Friday I called to see what the status was. I was told nothing had been done. Pears were finally received the following Wednesday.

Ridiculous! This company's website clearly states that as the receiver of a gift, if you are not fully satisified, they will exchange the gift and do anything to make you happy. However, upon receiving a gift that I would not use, they refuse to exchange it because it has been personalized. I am unhappy with this company. I will never shop here and I recommend you do the same.
I ordered from Malaysia, when I received the email saying the gift was delivered and my friend didn't inform us of the gift she received I panicked. I texted her 1 day later only then she checked the door and saw the gift. Maybe the delivery person should call and inform the receiver on the delivered gift if possible. Whatever it is, thank you, it was great service.
Basket did not contain the type of cheeses that were in the picture on line. The cheeses that were shown were more of gourmet, the ones that were sent in the basket I ordered I could have bought in the grocery store.

I wanted to send a care hamper to my sick (and grieving) friend all the way on the other side of the world and GiftTree was the perfect choice. I loved all the options available and was able to choose the right one for my friend. The hamper was delivered on time and she loved it.

I thought I could get each glass a different logo but realized I couldn't. Maybe this should be an option even if one had to pay more. I was very disappointed in the etching of the glass. You hardly could see the writing on the glass. I would not order this again.

I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to friends for a party. Selected a delivery date of 12/22. Received message, basket would be delivered 12/14. Then received a second message that it was delivered 12/11. Both dates too early! Very disappointed.

I paid extra to have the gift delivered in time and it came a day late. They took a long time to prepare the gift and tried to send it over night. I believe this is why it was late. Otherwise, the gift was great.
Used Chicago Flower Source (Gifttree customer service). Ordered a specific bouquet of flowers and received an entirely different bouquet. Different flowers and colors than promised. Talked to customer service. They did not care, and would not refund. Low quality flowers and poor service.
I was very pleased with everything especially the customer service when placing the order. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the delivery date. I requested it be delivered on my mothers actual birthday and it came 2 days early.
I ordered a gift, and it was delivered earlier than scheduled, so definitely that is a positive. Regarding the quality of the gift. I haven't given the gift out yet or tasted it so I can't comment on that part.

I bought two gift baskets for Mothers Day and I pay the shipping fee to have them delivered on May 8th. While one of the baskets arrives on time for one of my daughters, the other basket got delivered on May 10, defining the whole purpose of the gift. On top of that, I communicate with customer service and they simply say delivering on the time you are paying for is not guaranteed, and they could not do a refund! So why are they charging extra for express delivery if is not guaranteed?!

I ordered a gift for someone the second week of December2020, today is 01/06/21.It was specified a business. They attempted to deliver 9pm, no business will be opened at that time/I contacted the person who was receiving the gift, no one contacted him or left a card. The person phone number was given at the time of purchase. I asked them to email me and let me know if the package could be sent to me. Noone contacted me. Still waiting for delivery. Maybe next Christmas.
Hi. My recipient seemed to enjoy the product very much. So in that sense, I was satisfied. Otherwise, I was disappointed when a certain delivery day was promised but it didn't arrive until the next day. I understand when mother nature interferes but that wasn't the case this time. Sometimes expectations need to be met, and when you pay for those needs to be met, it can be disappointing when they aren't. This will be a factor in determining whether I use GiftTree again or not.

Easy ordering, but the flowers and colors looked nothing like the picture. There were more greens than flowers. I was disappointed. The flowers should have at least been the same type of flowers and colors.

Hi they missed my son in laws birthday and he didn't receive it until after 1pm the following day. The package looked smaller than the picture showed when I ordered it, but it turned out to have everything in it that I had ordered.
Very pleased with the contents. I questioned where the delivery was the next day to his birthday and was told that I would get a refund for delivery. That was good.
They were very sorry that the gift didn’t arrive on the correct day and said I would get a refund for delivery, so that was good, but I’d rather the gift had been there for my son in law’s birthday.

I used GiftTree to send a wine gift to friends for Christmas. But it never made it there. Evidently it was damaged en route, but I was never given details. I don't know if it was received and the recipient returned it, or if the delivering service returned it to you. Either way, I was not offered an explanation nor did you send a replacement. You gave me a credit on my account. Then I found it nearly impossible to find the amount of credit when I checked my account. After using partial credit, I later found it impossible to locate the balance when I wanted to access it. I felt like it was hidden so I would forget it existed and I'd just leave it to the company to keep.

The gift package was somehow damaged in route and I was issued a refund in the form of a gift card. I do not know if the package had arrived at it's destination and the recipient returned it or if the carrier returned it before it was delivered. I was not offered a replacement to arrive by Christmas so now I need to make a series of insquiries to solve the mystery.
