This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.

Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...

I paid extra money for these to be delivered by a certain date because the recipient was leaving town afterwards. They arrived the following day instead despite me paying extra, so she didn't receive them (her mother did). I would never recommend this company.

I reached out via phone. Left message via email. NEVER heard back. Order (over 100.00) never arrived. UPS or someone pilfered the package as it was opened and items taken. Gift Tree never reconciled, refunded or returned message or contacted me. TERRIBLE service. Will NEVER use them again. In this day and age of digital orders. How can a company be so ignorant!

This is nothing like what I expected. It's just a bunch of products that need to be cut and assembled on your own board. I could've bought all of these in my local grocery store for less than half the price that I spend on it. Very big disappointment.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I needed flowers and champagne sent to friends in Nashville who were getting married. The delivery was for the next day... I didn't receive a confirmation email and called today to find out what happened... they said, "sorry, we dropped the ball... would you like a refund?!?!?" NO! I don't want a refund... I wanted my flowers yesterday when I requested it delivered! No apology, no care... I'm totally embarrassed and have no recourse! DO NOT ORDER FROM GIFT TREE!

This is not GiftTree's fault, but FedEx delivered my shipment (which was supposed to go to my daughter in an apartment - it clearly said "Residential Delivery") to someone at a pharmacy. It was even signed for. So now I'm in the hell of FedEx claims while they pretend to figure out what happened. Meanwhile, my daughter's graduation gift was ruined and I have no options. I won't order from here again mainly because they use FedEx. Very expensive and disappointing.

Hi I paid $50 for a Saturday delivery and the packages arrived that following Tuesday. You also sent cheese and apples across the country with no freeze pack or any hygienic considerations, how is that possible?

We use it often. But I really hate tracking food across the country - makes no sense. You should have produce hubs closer to the address you're delivering to. You sent apples to LA from the East Coast? Apples and Cheese? Across the country?

Never purchase anything from GiftTree.com nor trust the reviews on their website!

Another scampi online shopping website. I ordered a set of birthday balloons from gift tree.com last Wednesday for my friend's boy's birthday, and even asked for the delivery the day before the actual birthday, just in case anything happened. It supposed to be a next day delivery, and until now, I still haven't heard anything from them! Called them couple times to follow up my order status and no one would give me an answer where the order was! I thought I had done my research well. This gift tree has whole lot of good and excellent reviews on their website. They are FAKE! Don't trust them!

I placed 2 orders on Christmas Day and paid for expedited shipping charge for delivery on 12/31/21. When I checked on status, the orders were not even processed - called customer service and got a very nice women who helped me, looked up the orders but the best she could do was get them to their destinations (florida and california) on January 5th. If I did not call, I feel like they would have been delivered even later. The product itself is very good quality -just disappointed when promised a delivery date and not fulfilled as promised.

A very nice and helpful woman. She did the best she could to expedite my order.

I received 2 baskets as gifts, one with 1 bottle of wine and 1 with 2 bottles. The baskets have a great presentation and the snacks and wine are delicious. However, there were less snacks with the 2 bottle basket and more with 1 bottle basket. When I unpacked the 1 bottle basket there were a whole layer of surprise snacks under the top cardboard layer so I expected the same thing in the 2 bottle basket, but there was nothing - I thought they forgot to pack the bottom layer. The greeting card is beautiful that is enclosed. Overall a very nice presentation.

My intent is to update the online experience described below which I encountered on a weekend. I phoned customer service during the following week and had an excellent experience.

Half of your offerings have no descriptions. Usually, there are descriptions so that you know what exactly is in the basket. I was going to submit a second order but got frustrated with the lack of info.

I spoke with a supervisor who was able to reduce the cost of the basket to the price I had previously seen on a Sunday when there was no description of the contents of the basket; I could not access customer service; and was therefore, hesitant to purchase it until I could verify the contents of the basket. I was most grateful because I have had very happy feedback from the recipients of baskets I have sent on previous occasions. This particular basket perfectly suited the tastes of the person to whom I wished to send it.

I originally received their catalogue in the mail and liked the combination of wine and accoutrements for gift-giving occasions. I tried them for Christmas gifts and got very positive reviews from the recipients.

I had to call your customer service because your Description and your list of What is Inside does not match. I was assured that the description and the Taste tabs were correct but he list of what was inside was lacking all of the items. I will have to hope that Joleen was correct as I must order it today as I am going out of town. On the 17th, I will have to check with my brother to see if the salami was included and the wines were as described online. Your picture of the gift box shows items surrounding it that do not appear in the description or list of what is in the box. Very confusing purchase.

Additional response: I'm not sure what went wrong, but I thought I ordered my gift to be sent for Christmas. It arrived at the recipient's home two days ago - over a week before Thanksgiving! What an embarrassment for both of us.

I cannot review it because I only left a message on their machine and I don’t have my order number. I said I would call back with my order number and have not yet done so. I will do that tomorrow

We used to use Gift Tree for all of our corporate gifting. It has always been overpriced - but we used them anyway because the gifts were presented well and arrived quickly. It was our tradeoff for saving someone from doing this in-house. But now the prices have gone up even MORE, and the shipping took two weeks! It just isn't worth it anymore. Quite disappointing.

I ordered a fruit basket to my mother in law who was getting surgery. I specified a date for delivery. It was delivered 4 days early. They were not home. They live in the middle of no where with no neighbors. I am assuming by the time they return home many animals will have feasted on some very expensive fruit. I ordered what turned out to be the nicest ever fruit basket. Each piece of fruit was perfect, in a beautiful wicker basket and all tied up with a big bright green bow. We had it sent to our home, as we are next door neighbors, so that we could present it to them. One of them has been quite ill, but definitely perked up when she saw the cheery fruit basket.

I have used GiftTree for several years to provide gifts to family members that I can no longer visit in person. On this occasion I received feedback from a family member, who was totally displeased with the quality of fruit included in the gift basket. In their opinion, it was not suitable for consumption - not something they would pick when shopping for fruit. I had to offer apologies for the less-than-desirable experience and hope this is indicative of future service, if I take the chance on using this option again.

I have worked with gift tree for many years and their customer service is amazing! If they ever had a problem with my order they would contact me right away. Their baskets for shipping arrive very professional with it's own pair of scissors which I thought was an awesome touch and really make the gifts special. I would highly recommend them. We also use the Gift Basket Connection https://gift-basket-connection.com which ultimately the gift tree network. I prefer using the Gift Basket Connection to place my online orders because of the immediate chat service they now are offering as well as their customer service.

I paid extra for my gift to be delivered by a certain date. Needless to say, the gift did not arrive on time. Gift Tree provided an email for comments/questions about their delivery. The email address came back as 'delivery incomplete'.
Those are two red flags for me - not meeting paid-for expectations, and not being able to reach customer service. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Very disappointing. For amount of things you get, i feel like I've been robbed. It's literally like 4 mini tiny bite size cookies in there. I bought it for family of 4, it's only enough for 1 person. Will not buy again for sure. There is more paper padding than the actual goods. I wish they would tell in their description the amounts of the basket's inserts. It's a joke. I definitely could find a better use of $100 spent here.

BUYER BEWARE: Received catalog. Called to order gift baskets and the prices they quoted on phone were NOT the price in catalog. They increased price by approximately 20 dollars per basket. If I were in a store and there was a price on an item...they could not charge me more at the cash register. This is just wrong. They said in the back of the catalog it says prices are subject to change. I looked. In the smallest print possible at the very bottom of catalog it says that. No one would see it if they weren't told where to look. This is WRONG. I won't buy from them again because I cannot trust their catalog is a true reflection of their prices.

Update: sent email via contact form on their site, not only did they email back, they also called me! During the time I submitted the contact form, another rep reached out to verify if I wanted to sign my name on the gift being sent, I did, so double score for Gift Tree.

Original issue: Promo code did not apply to item ordered. Even though, TWO promo codes provided by the company. Seriously mislead.

Summary, if you have an issue, just reach out to them, they will promptly make it right.
