This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
My husband had a procedure and was to go to the lobby and call me or Lyft to pick him up. I tried to check in the afternoon as I hadn't heard from him and he wasn't answering his phone. I called the doctor's office and they were not answering their phone. Because he is disabled I was alarmed. Thankfully another of our doctors is in the same building so I called them. One of the staff went to the office and was told he had left some time ago. The staff member went downstairs to the lobby to find my husband completely confused and very sick. The doctor came right down and took him across the street to the hospital. We felt that was above and beyond and so we chose to get them a gift from GiftTree. We have sent gifts from them before. They were thrilled and loved it. My husband is much better now!
The birthday delivery day was scheduled for 15 th March... they tried on Saturday 13th in vain cause it wasn't expected by recipient. Birthday date didn't arrive and caused disappointment. Package arrived at 3pm on March 16th!
Put in an order to be delivered on the 22nd of Dec. They switched the warehouse on me to the other side of the country and changed the delivery date to the 28th and notified me after the items were already shipped, so I was not even able to cancel the order. When asking them for a refund they said no and that the items were shipped. I've called at least 9 times asking for some kind of help. The best they would do is call all the recipients informing them it was their fault. They are not understanding at all, these were holiday gifts for some very dear friends and business colleges. I will never use them again, not even if they gave me a credit. I want a full refund.

Horrible. Ordered a gift 45 days in advance (order placed on Nov 17th for delivery Dec 29th-30th) for a New Year's eve gift for the hostess. Gift never came.
I called Gift tree on Dec 29th to make sure the gift was still arriving on time - customer service said most likely yes? Went to party no gift. Thanks Gift Tree. Never again would i use your services. Called again on Jan 5th to find out where the gift was. It was in Oregon. The gift needed to be in South Carolina. I contacted customer service via text. Completely useless.

When I placed this order, I requested that it be delivered for Mother's Day, May 8th. I was told that it should arrive there
Thursday, 5th. It did not & when I checked the order again it now said estimated delivery date May 12th. This was Not acceptable. I called the company again & this time I spoke to James. He confirmed that indeed it was scheduled to arrive days after Mother's Day. He apologized. He said he would do his best to get the gift there by Mother's Day... AND HE DID! The company took $100 for a Godive chocolate tower to send a brother's family in Miami. The order was placed before Dec 15. By Dec 22 nothing arrived. I asked that they resend another item of similar value. They said I would have to wait until 2 days AFTER CHRISTMAS! Total ripoff! Don't use them!
This is my 6th order with gift tree and the second they have messed up bad. All day on Valentine's Day the wife thought I didn't get her a gift and was upset. She didn't know that I ordered her a gift on Jan 3rd and PAID EXTRA to have it show up February 14th, then it never showed up! Cuts service refunded me in the form of store credit. Very disappointing to say the least.
I paid A LOT of extra money to ensure that an already overpriced gift was delivered to Kansas TODAY. It is sitting in Nebraska. They overprice and overpromise on cliché and boring gifts. I will never shop there again.

This company is complete trash! Spent an hour trying to place an order. The janky website wouldn't complete the order, so I called customer service. Spent another 15 minutes trying to place the order online just for the rep to tell me that it won't become available for another 3 weeks. Stay away at all cost to protect your sanity.

The Belgium cupcakes were delivered too late for the get together we were having for Easter: - (
The Belgium chocolate advertised was misleading. We thought there would be Belgium chocolate in the middle but "we think" the Belgium chocolate was the icing. Cupcakes were very messy when trying to pull the paper cup off. The cake part was just ok. We threw them away … wasn't worth the calories.

I wanted a fruit basked for my family member, I was told that was not available in the area that it would be delivered to and all that was available was a box with oranges, pears and apples. I think that is very boring, particularly with oranges and apples because one can get those at any supermarket. And I wanted a basket and not a box. And it makes me not want to purchase on the site in the future, but for some of us it gets to be very expensive. I understand the shipping, et cetera, but if I cannot get what I want I wouldn't be willing to purchase again.

From what I can tell the baskets turned out to be a great gift but I am a little frustrated that I picked and paid for a date for all of the baskets to be delivered and two of them arrived later than that date.
It was the first website that came up with high reviews when I googled "Sending gift baskets"
I had purchased two 5th Avenue Grand gift baskets, and requested that one of them be delivered on the 19th of December, the other on the 21st of December. I received "great news" from Gift Tree that both baskets were delivered on the 16th of December. Do you people not possess calendars? Why do you even bother asking for a preferred delivery date?

Very poor service … The gift basket was supposed to be delivered December 14th. Now you are saying December 21st. Unacceptable. The recipients will be leaving on the 22nd to travel for the holidays. There will be no time to enjoy the basket. Very disappointed in your service. Will not use your service again…ever.
My father-in-law is about to receive his uptheenth GiftTree fruit basket for his 100th birthday. This is because of all the companies I have tried Gift Tree always has satisfied his taste for fresh fruit.
I believe that satisfaction of the recipient is all that matters.
Although I understand that the packaging for the basket is necessary for shipping, but this is not what I was expecting. For 80$ I was expecting something more substantial and I must say that I am very underwhelmed with what was delivered. It is a gift and I did not open it but from what I see, very very underwhelming.

Ordered a VERY expensive package on Monday - delivery guarantee of Thursday - website changed order status to delivery on Friday. On Friday, friend still had not received order ($18.00 delivery charge!); called Monday to inquire, was told order had been cancelled on Thursday! Customer service was NOT helpful, continued making excuses one after the other! I do NOT recommend them; I will NEVER order from them again!

I have ordered products for my mother in Florida three times from gift tree and two times they have failed to deliver the item the first time the item completely disappeared and this last time it was supposed to be delivered the day before Mother's Day and it got there the day after Mother's Day. Give tree thinks that if they don't deliver a Mother's Day gift on time they can just refund you the shipping and everything is okay but all of a sudden there with mother know that this is not the case that doesn't make everything better.
I called the day after Mother’s Day to voice my concerns and complaints and they said they would call me back and they still have not called me back so I don’t assume they are gonna call me back at all they’ve got the money they don’t care

I reviewed your previous order with us and found that the package was misdelivered by FedEx and they had marked it as successfully delivered to her door. Once the lost package was reported to us, we immediately upgraded the gift from a tea gift to a wine gift and had it overnighted at our cost through UPS to ensure it was received quickly.
It pains me to see that you've been on the negative end of these delivery experiences twice now. Everything is so pretty! Nice website I ordered them for Friday the 12th they arrived Thursday the 11th. Since I did not order them for myself, I do not know how they looked. I hope they looked wonderful.
While I loved the gift basket I bought, and my dad loved it for Father's Day, the delivery experience was very disappointing. When I purchased the item, I paid to have it delivered the Saturday before Father's Day. After I already clicked purchase, I was told supply chain issues would mean it gets delivered the following Tuesday, with no difference in cost. Then on Tuesday, with no notification from the company, UPS changed the delivery date to Wednesday. After initially submitting this review, GiftTree gave me a call, and was very helpful in resolving the issue.
On Sunday, March 19 I placed an order for champagne, a bucket and a box of chocolates. When looking at the shipping options I selected next day delivery and was charged $14.95. This gift was to be timely and I was excited it would received the next day. Unfortunately, I was notified the gift would not be delivered the next day but March27th, 1week later. When I called, I was told it was shipped, and I could not cancel the order. Unfortunately, no one will be around to accept this gift on the 27th, which is why I paid for next day delivery. Looking back at my receipt I noticed standard delivery was noted on the receipt. If you look at the amount charged, I paid for next day delivery. Please cancel this order and refund my money full.
