This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
I've never personally been sent one, but I really enjoy how they take the stress out of business gifting. They save addresses from previous years so it's very easy to order for coming years.
Disappointed. Original delivery date indicated January 4. It arrived 10 days early when folks were not home.
Who knows if it will be still good upon their return.

Always a great experience throughout the process. From ordering, to tracking the sales team and customer service has surpassed all other sites that I've used.
My gift item was not delivered when promised even though I ordered it in plenty of time. I also sent emails inquiring about the delivery and received no response.

I've used Gift Tree many times before and their service & product on my most recent order were great. Ease of ordering. Recipient was very pleased with the fruit basket from gift tree.

My son lives 2000 miles away in California. They just bought a new home and Gift Tree made it easy for me to give them a nice welcome gift as I was not able to visit at this time.

Ordered 5 items. I have a PO Box which I listed. They e-mail me after I ordered and said they don't mail to a PO Box and I sent them my physical address. They also charged me a service charge for shipping with Fedx. They mail the packages using the Postal Service to the Post office. They did not use Fedx. The post office was not the one that my PO Box is at so they followed the packages to the Post Office of my PO Box and in the process one of the packages is missing. I send an email to the company and they have not respond at this time.

Quick delivery and kept me informed about the orders. Would recommend more options and not so many peanuts with everything. Get more chocolate or things that some people are allergic to.
I use this site for Drs birthdays and always pre-set the birthday gifts to go out. The website only allows me to setup up to 2 months in advance not more. That would be a good update.

I had a bad experience with delivery, my wife got this gift early one day before her birthday, I tried to short this problem but staff did nothing for me

I can understand why you wanted to let us know about this early arrival and I'm really sorry the gift arrived the day before it was expected. Because of the delays the shippers are continuing to experience due to the impacts of COVID-19, we have adjusted our transit windows to account for a potential delay and ensure the gift arrives as close to the expected date as possible. Regrettably, we've learned that when requesting packages to be held, even for just a day, the shippers are not at a point where they can handle these requests timely. This results in packages having an additional 3-5 day delay sometimes once the hold request has been made. It pains us to know this spoiled an otherwise joyous occasion. We hope you can understand our goal was to deliver the gift on/before and not after the special occasion. We would be happy to call and extend an apology to your wife if this would help mend things! Please don't hesitate to reach us back with any questions or concerns.

Easy ordering. Nice variety. They loved it! It came exactly as stated. Prices really add up (signature for alcohol, etc.) So plan on spending around $30 more for your gift.

Everything went well, however, I think you should send the buyer a picture of the actual basket being purchased. We never get to see it, and it would be nice.
