This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.

Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...

Gift arrived to recipient in very bad shape, cheese melted, fruit too ripe to rotten and wine overheated and cork almost dislodged. Recipients complained and another basket was received in very good shape and pleased with final product because packaging was improved and ice packs were used.

I placed an order of flowers for friend's birthday. Their delivery confirmation said it had been delivered. Not true. It was delivered 4 days later. They said no one was at the home. I said, why didn't you call me? Or leave it at the door? This company sucks. Bad customer service with no common sense, which makes me think it's all BS. Do not order anything from them. Go with another company!

I ordered a gift basket for my step-father's son's passing. I saw a basket on gift tree with a black ribbon which I thought was appropriate for the occasion. Well, see the picture below for yourself on what I ordered and what I received. Not at all the same. Sure, the website has disclosures about receiving some different items, but the whole theme of the basket was about grief and mourning, so what's up with the purple ribbon? Not to mention the grocery store stickers that were left on the fruit. I brought this issue to customer service, and they gave me a $10 gift card. Thanks Gift Tree, the cheapest item on your website is $19.99 + shipping.

They got one thing right, it was delivered on time.

I can certainly appreciate the disappointment that was caused when this gift arrived with a purple ribbon instead of black, as it misrepresented the feeling you wished to convey. With our hand delivered gifts such as the one chosen, we ask our local designers to create a special gift for the recipient in the theme that is chosen. We do not guarantee any specific ribbon or color, though we ask them to be aware and conscientious of the occasion. It sounds like that did not happen here, which is why we extended the $10 in-store credit for use on a future purchase with us. From looking at the pictures, it appears that our designer did replicate the basket to the same value as the advertised gift, and we feel that they did what was asked of them. Purchased a gift for my manager for Boss's Day. The selection options were difficult to choose because there are so many amazing options within a great price point. When I accidentally purchased over budget, Gifttree responded quickly and refunded me. I purchased another gift, and it arrived in style, prior to the date of delivery offered. Gotta love that!

CS was prompt in issuing a refund on a product that was purchased in error. (over budget) as I am from Canada and realized after the purchase was made that the purchase was in USD. Gifttree was prompt in refunding me.

Unfortunately this did not work out and was ultimately embarrassing for me as the gift not only arrived a day late for someone's birthday when it said it would be there, but also was apparently Not properly refrigerated prior to delivery. It was a charcuterie board and the cheese and meat was all ruined. I would never order anything from Here again as I've lost confidence. Very disappointed. While I appreciate the credit back, which was the right thing to do, it's extremely inconvenient and embarrassing to now order another gift and have it be so late.

Well, I like your products, but your delivery service not so much. As an example, on this current order, which I purchased on August 13, I gave you a delivery date of August 28.That's 15 days to get the package there. I have now received a message that it will not be delivered until August 31.
That is after the recipient's birthday. How is the package going out by covered wagon?

Then asked if I wanted the extra delivery fee returned... really? So sad to fail to deliver this welcoming gift to a new young Chicago couple on their arrival day! Ordered Balloons for my Niece's 4th Birthday. The balloons were supposed to be delivered ON her birthday and I clearly indicated the correct date. Balloons were delivered a day late... and with mixed balloons - both boy and girl balloons. Not very special. And not WORTH the $10 per balloon that I spent!
I guess you get burned enough... that you learn! Will NEVER order from them again. They spoiled the surprise... and the balloons were marginal at best! You are better off going to the dollar tree, selecting what you want. And spending $5 instead of $50.
Extremely UNHAPPY!

P.S. Watch. Sara M - will get on here. And say the SAME canned response.

The delivery was shown for Dec. 23 which is why I ordered from GiftTree and not another service. It was changed to Dec. 27 delivery several days later. At that point it was too late to reorder something for that date. The recipients were out of town on vacation beginning Dec. 26 and won't receive it until Jan. 8. There was fruit in the basket which will be bad by the time they get the package.

They were polite and gave a credit for the paid delivery by the date which didn't happen. It ended up to be an expensive gift even without the extra delivery charge which part will be spoiled.

The package i ordered was supposed to be delivered today. UPS for some reason needed a signature...what the hell is up with that. The adults are working and kids are in school. If the signature was really required they should deliver when people will be home. This is food that may spoil.

Strike two on the second attempt! Package was not packed on ice and did not do anything differently to assure package didn't melt. Customer service said she would overnight. The cheese was like soup, the olives were hot and all of the meat was hot. Looking to be refunded. My client was dissatisfied for the second time. Very disappointed. I am a real estate agent and use your service to gift my clients. This client has asked me/you not to attempt to deliver this again. Im pretty sure their grossed out.

I ordered gifts for my sons school teachers with their name engraving. First off, i had to pay for shipping for each diary separately even though i was shipping them all to my house. I called them about it and they said that's just how it is- each diary will be shipped separately. Looks like gift tree wants to make money from shipping too!

The diaries arrived 2 days after the promised date and we couldnt even give it to the teachers before the school closed. NEVER buying from these guys again.

Process seemed simple.
I'm based in Japan, sending my Mum two Mother's Day gifts.
I ordered a gift basket and a bouquet of flowers. Tracking update mentioned that they have delivered both items, the gift box was delivered however my Mum didn't get any flowers.

Unsure if I can get a refund for the flowers as it cost a significant amount.
Very disappointed.
