This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
They were delivered as promised and much appreciated by the recipient. We received a picture of what was delivered and they were just like the picture ordered.

The first delivery was extremely hot, the cool packs were hot as well. The second delivery was better. Cool packs were still not cool. There should be a better way.

Fake reviews and cheap/overpriced product.
I initially left my review on their website. I wasn't even that critical, but I wanted to share some concerns. It turns out, they won't publish any review that is even remotely negative. This is a very misleading practice and borderline fraud. Do not support this company.
Aside from this shady business practice, the actual gift basket I received was terrible. It cost about $80 and was filled with large boxes that had a few ounces of actual product inside. I even had a candy that was in a box... inside the box was the candy in a wrapper. Inside that wrapper was the actual candy within another wrapper. The idea is for their pictures of the baskets to look like you are getting so much stuff but your recipient is left with a bunch of boxes and barely any chocolate/candy/etc. So the buyer feels like their purchase of $80 (in my case) is justified. Since they aren't getting the basket, little do they know that they just got ripped off.
Do not buy from this company.

I ordered my sister the Wine gift basket for her birthday. I ordered the basket four days prior to her Birthday. I received two confirmation emails. Then... on the day of her Birthday at 2 pm I received an email that said they were not able to fulfill the order because they could not find a florist with a liquor license. I was in meetings all afternoon and did not even realize that the order was not going to be fulfilled until 4:30 pm. By that time I was out of options. I was very embarrassed - and felt horrible about not being able to send my sister a gift on the day of her Birthday.
I asked them why they sent me two confirmation emails before finding a florist with a liquor license as I assume this would be key. The representative lackadaisically told me she did not know, and she was sorry. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she was as lackadaisical as the representative, and obviously did not care. After reading all the reviews, I would imagine she does not care anymore, as Gift Tree does not seem to care about fulfilling the orders, fulfilling customers expectations, or providing any kind of customer service to right a wrong. I have learned a very valuable lesson - order locally, do not trust these large companies to do what they are paid to do - they do not care! Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from Gift Tree!

So disappointed. I thought the great reviews would make GiftTree an even better choice than the typical Edible Arrangements or what have you, but it turned out completely unsalvageable. Their delivery was definitely on time as scheduled, but when my mom opened it, all of the fruit was rotten/spoiled. My mom is a very traditional person with many of her Asian immigrant experiences still a prominent part of her life, which leads the way to understand that growing up, even the things that were rotten were always salvageable in some way, whether it be cutting away the bad parts or eating even the smallest piece that was still good because, "There are so many people who don't have food, and I used to be one of them, so don't waste food that can be eaten. Otherwise, give it to people who need it." For my mother to say it was completely rotten is a huge failure. Maybe it was the large volume for Mother's Day, but even then, getting rid of your inventory shouldn't be worth sacrificing quality.
Hello, Very disappointed with the entire experience. This was a Christmas Gift for my sisters family, 15 people. Order #*******-cgif-2791 - Italion Cheese and Charcuteri package. First off your website offered Free Shipping up until Midnight on 12/19/22 which wasn't true. I placed the order on Sunday morning the 18th. Plenty of time for you to have the ordered sent out & received by the 23rd, which your website stated as a delivery date and was selected. You company didn't even have sone of the items I ordered in stock but assured by Sara that there still wouldn't be a problem for it to be received on the 23rd. The order wouldn't be shipped until 12/22/22 and now looking at my tracking #1Z5R13Y*******333 won't be received until 12/27/22. Her children will not even be there anymore. Scott Morrison

Apparently the gift was lovely and well received. My only complaint is that I requested it to be delivered on Feb 10th and it was delivered 2 days early.
Used Gift Tree multiple times and every basket has been incredo my well received. High quality items, well packaged and delivered promptly. Plus, the customer service has been excellent.

I live in a high rise condo and had no idea that my order (which was a gift to a friend) via UPS had already been attempted to be delivered but to no avail since there wasn't someone at the front desk to sign for it (because it had alcohol). Next thing I know a third and final delivery attempt was being made (which was already a few days past the requested delivery date) and it would be returned if a delivery signature could not be obtained. Although I understand the reason for the signature, had I known how much of a hassle this was going to be and that I could not trust that my gift would actually be delivered on the requested date, I would not have made the order. I guess what I'm saying is that if alcohol is involved, it would have been nice to get a disclaimer or warning as part of the check-out process that this order is dependent upon an adult being able to sign for it upon delivery. That would have given me pause and at least I'd know that if no one is at the front desk of my building when a delivery is made that I might not get the delivery. And yes, maybe there was some information in the small print somewhere, but I want it more obvious.
