This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
The package arrived as promised and had a nice presentation. I liked the added touch of including mini scissors to open the package with ease.
First time using and I will definitely be using and gifting from here again. Great gift basket for anniversary that both men and women love!

The items offered on the website were great. However, trying to get the gift delivered was not a pleasant experience.
Received an email that package was lost in transit. Called customer service to ask when the item could be reshipped. I was told one week. I never heard anything, and called again. I was told by the agent that the order had not been reshipped and I would have to wait another week. The agents were very nice, but that did not help my situation. I wanted the gift delivered on Jul 15-16 and it wasn't delivered until Aug 4.
GiftTree seemed to offer different, more unique, items than just the plain flower bouquets or baskets.
The idea of having non-traditional flowers atop cupcakes were intriguing. They were so beautifully decorated.
The items were arranged nicely and the packaging was great. Thanks! It seems the company takes good care in assembly.

Great products and excellent customer service
I really wish I had googled reviews for Gift Tree BEFORE I dropped $100 plus bucks on a gift for the management where I live. The reviews on their site must be FAKE! Once you pay it tells you the crazy high prices to deliver and if you pick standard STILL expensive they take their time (almost 10 days now and still its NOT DELIVERED!) I was due today I get an email from FEDEX that they could not deliver it no in in office at 9:09 am there are always a few people in that office from 9am to 6pm. I call the company and Stephanie could care less that I am upset about this but "don't worry they will try again for the next 2 days"? How hard is it to deliver on the day you say (10 days after requested)? I said can I cancel - NO it's food. But it's food that is going rotten in a truck now. Send them a gift card or shop yourself or use a reputable gift delivery GIFT TREE IS TERRRIBLE! I threw away 100 bucks and got a big headache. Will update if I actually get it with no issues. Can't imagine the quality of it after trying to deal with Customer service.
