This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
This was my first time using GiftTree. I sent the treasure chest of fruit and chocolates, plus some farmer soaps to one of our employees. It arrived a day early, but she was excited and thrilled! She is saving the treasure chest to go with her decor, and she loved 'digging for treasure' to find what all was inside. Great job! I will for sure keep you in mind for future gifts. I love the variety of your choices.
From the time I called, to the time it was delivered, as normal for the past few years, I will give Gift Tree the highest mark I can and then add 10 more points. It's been a pleasure doing business and plan on doing business in the future. The people that take the orders are the best I have ever worked with.

They over charged me. I cancelled my order and called a florist direct. Saved a ton of money and helped a small local business. Better quality from going direct because I could get exactly what I wanted. I'll never use a wire service again. Thanks for trying to steal my money and screw me over. BTW the florist told us that wire services do not give the florists delivery fees or service fees that people pay when they order from these sites. I actually saved $30 on a $100 order.
I ordered packages which were mailed, but there was no indication about who sent it on the outside of the package. This caused some confusion for the recipient. The gifts were nice and they liked them.
When I did my order it says it will be deliver the next day. It was delivered 3 days later because your florist supplier don't carry fish fruits. Why do you sell fresh fruits basket if you don't have them fresh in stock. I paid $24.00 US for a 3 days delivery... not good

I am 84 years old and found it very easy to order. I'm not that good on the computer that's why it was very important. This gift is for A retired catholic priest so this was absolutely perfect. Not too personal but very nice.
The hamper was apparently lovely so thank you. Disappointed in the fact error with order on purchase and emailed company the same day to get no response to message. In addition specified delivery date for someone's Birthday for it to arrive 3/4 days later
Being a new customer, I didn't have a benchmark on ordering from Gift Tree. I am please to report all went well! Finding they had a good user friendly site and what was ordered, promised date of delivery were spot on. Thanks Gift Tree.

I ordered the fruit and cookie gift basket for a friend recovering from heart surgery. I wanted something healthy but with a few sweet treats. He loved it and thought the basket was beautiful. I wish there had been more than one orange, though.
I paid for overnight delivery and the gift did not get delivered until 48 hours after when when it was promised. I will never use this company again and will be sure to let my friends and social media followers now about my experience.

Unfortunately... I ordered a basket on 12-16-22, I selected 12-23-22 for delivery. It is now 12-26-22, that gift I sent for Christmas, was never received! Not only that, there was no one in customer service from 12-24-22 thru 12-26-22! GiftTree targets the holidays for the most profitable season for their company, but not important enough to provide customer service on the holiday's Eve?!? I'm so disappointed! I'm embarrassed! I will never use this service AGAIN! 2 thumbs DOWN!

Hello, I have been purchasing from gift tree for many years. I have never had any issues. The baskets are always lovely and my parents always enjoy the wine. Unfortunately, this year the package contained melted chocolates. It was hot outside but I would have hoped that they would have had ice packs with the chocolate. Other than a few melted items my dad enjoyed the basket.

I know when I order a basket on line it's not going to be as cost effective as when I put one together myself. I have reasonable expectations. I ordered 2 gifts from GiftTree. One was a Nuts an Chocolate Wishes Tower that was expensive for what it is, but as expected. I'm just glad I didn't have the As Good As Gold basket delivered directly to the recipient. I would have been embarrassed. The online picture looks much bigger than it is. I could carry the quantity of snacks in the 49.95 +11.95 basket in my pocketbook and the basket isn't the kind of quality that makes up for the disappointment. Customer service was very nice. I felt bad complaining. They offered to give me credit for the cost of shipping, but I won't be ordering from them again.
Buying a gift from Gift Tree it's always a great experience, because the customer service is always on point. They have all my information on file from previous orders, and my client got the gift on the day that he was expected to get it. I never have any issues with this company. I give it a five star rating every time. For what the person gets as far as the experience & a unique gift, it is all worth the special price that we pay per order.

I have been a frequent and loyal customer of Gifttree since 2008. This month, I ordered balloons and chocolates for a friend's birthday. They delivered it a day late. Instead of what I ordered, my friend received a bunch of flowers.
To make matters worse, the flowers were chrysanthemums, used by Asians exclusively for funerals. My friend received funeral flowers for her birthday!
To compound the damage, they did not respond to my emailed complaint. This is my only unhappy experience after ordering from them many times and getting exactly I ordered. Will not give them business ever again.
I ordered a birthday basket for my sister for delivery on or before Friday, May 5,2017. I placed this order days in advance to ensure this would arrive on Friday the 5th... one day before my sister's birthday on Saturday, May 6,2017. As of Friday evening, this package was showing as still sitting in a transit facility and the delivery date was now scheduled for Monday, May 8,2017. I spoke with customer service and they pointed out that I was NOT guaranteed delivery for the 6th because I had it shipped UPS Ground. I'm unhappy because what is the point of being given a date for delivery when placing an order if they won't deliver on the date requested... UPS ground or any other form of delivery? I will never purchase anything from Gift Tree again. In today's age... you burn a customer once and they will take their business elsewhere, because there are many other companies doing the job right.

First and foremost, I am sorry that this experience was not what you had anticipated. I can appreciate how upsetting this has been with the gift being for such a special occasion.
As you mentioned, with ground shipping, this is unfortunately not a guaranteed delivery date, rather a delivery estimate. Although that delivery estimate is a fairly accurate eta, gifts can arrive before, on or even after the estimated delivery date with the standard ground shipping. This is the same with all shipping companies and I do hope there is no further disappointment should you decide to shop with another company.
In the future, if you did need a gift by a specific date, I would recommend having your delivery date a day or so prior to the special occasion or opting for one of the upgraded express options of 2 day or overnight guaranteed delivery. I would be happy to issue a store credit to cover these costs on your next order as we do value you and your feedback on this order. First, I paid almost $30.00 to have the gift delivered on my daughters birthday... it arrived the day after. My daughter sent me a picture of some of the fruit. NOT pretty at all! It was bruised and rotten looking. I also sent flowers, spent extra to have them delivered on her birthday... she has not received them yet. Will never order from this site again.

This company is dishonest. We ordered over 60 gift baskets for my clients, and the representative told us that the shipping would be free. After spending many hours to complete the address forms and picking out gifts for my clients, we were told about additional shipping fee and upscale charge (?) of over $500 right before finalizing the order. When asked for the explanations, they accused of their carriers for the additional shipping charge and never explained what the upscale charge was for. We have worked with Harry & David and Wine Country Gift Baskets for the past 6-7 years and never had experience like this. We just wanted to try different company this time for our clients and picked Gift Tree based on their review. We were very disappointed and wasted so much time! We had to spend more hours searching for another gift basket company and making orders again. I usually don't write reviews, but this time, I had to make sure to let others know so no one else waste their time!

Easy online purchase. I'm glad it updated me on payment, that the order I first had in mind was out of stock and there would miss the Christmas delivery. So I chose a different package and it got there on time as specified.
