This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
The gift I ordered was delivered... later than expected but that is ok because I know everything including the mail has been a little slow.
I was more disappointed when I had to contact my friend to ask if she had indeed received the gift. I came to find out that they had no idea who the gift was from because it arrived without a card or any other identifying information. To them, it was just a random bottle delivered without thought or sentiment. The opposite of what I wanted. Again. Very very disappointing especially for the price.
We have ordered from this company so we have a gift history code etc.and this code as well as others are printed on the catalogue I received today. This catalogue shows the Hampton Country Estate gift basket to cost $149.95. I went on line to order it. There was no request for any codes and they wanted $199 for the basket. I called their number and was switched around and then put on hold indefinitely. Very poor regard for a returning customer

I've been a customer of GiftTree ever since I received my first gift from them six years ago. It's become my go to gift giving site for all Corporate and Personal gifting. I like the wine and champagne gifts in particular. Also the brands of sweets and confections offered are reputable brands. The overall look of the gift presentation is the best feature.
Easy site to navigate gifting options and the variety is great... premium brands with reasonable pricing.
This particular order was for a wedding gift, champagne bottle and box set. Presentation is why I chose this site.
Shipping dates-paid extra to get gift delivered before Christmas, but it will arrive 3 days late. A gift basket ordered days later from Wine Country arrived on time. If GiftTree continues to be unreliable, will have to shop elsewhere.

My present was late and nobody had let me know. Only when I contacted you you said you would send it again. You should have refunded or something because my present arrived 7 days later without any notification. Bummer

I found ordering to be easy for our Administrative Professional's Day baskets. I did appreciate the call to confirm my order. Only continuous improvement would be to put a photo of what the basket will look like when shipped.

Ordered a wine, fruit, cheese, cracker box to be delivered to a friend for her birthday on the other side of the country. Realized that I had to change delivery date after ordering. Contacted company via online chat-very responsive and immediately changed the delivery date. Friend who received the gift loved it.

I am kind of surprised you are asking me this... other than paying for the gift I bought, I don't know anything to give feed back on, except the fact that the promised 2 days delivery will actually take a week... I short, since my gift has not even been shipped yet, I don't know what my "experience" has been.

I was very pleased with the selection and quality of the selections, everything was easy to find and it was easy to navigate through the checkout process, my son was the recipient of the gift basket and he will be the one who tells me about the wines and the other items, but he did tell me that they look amazing. The shipping was awesome as well, he received the order mid day rather than 'by 7:00 pm as stated in my email delivery statement. So thanks for making my experience an excellent one. Ease and convenient
I ordered the 'standard' version which looked good instead of upgrading the item. My wife was extremely pleased with it and commented multiple times that the floral arrangement looked perfect. It had a variety of colors and flower types without a bunch of 'fill' needed which she also liked.
It was a very COLD day when it was delivered and the florist enclosed the item in a plastic bubble so the temperature would not have an adverse effect on the life of the flowers. What can I say other than 'cool'!
I've ordered from them multiple times before and was never disappointed. There were several items to choose from and the price was decent too for what we received. I will not hesitate to use GiftTree again for my next order.

This was my 4th time using GiftTree. Recipients are always amazed at both the presentation and the quality of products they receive. I've used them for both happy and sad occasions. The problem with other similar companies is that they are not consistent. Great gifts and customer service for one gift, and disappointing the next time. But with GiftTree, you can depend on their quality and superior customer service each and every time. They are now my go to company for gift giving.
I had a terrible experience with this company and do not recommend them. I ordered a gift basket and flowers for my daughter for her birthday and Easter. They were supposed to arrive on the Friday before Easter and neither of them did. I emailed customer service and never received a response. The gift basket finally arrived on Monday but the flowers did not. On Tuesday, I received an email from GiftTree that the flowers would not be delivered with no explanation. They did offer me a refund for the flowers but prior to that there was no communication about the status of the order. I will not use them again and will certainly not recommend them to other people.
I've used GiftTree to send multiple clients gifts, and they've all loved them! I like the variety of items to choose from, including wine, food and spa type gifts. Additionally, they offer great service, reasonable prices, and timely shipping! I recommend GiftTree.

The photos on the website show the gift basket products spread out/up for a good impression, which is fine. But they're not delivered in the same way. On the website $150 basket is shown as being impressively displayed upwards, but when it was delivered it was all crammed down into a little basket and didn't look like much of anything.
I understand you want to show all the products and sell baskets, but you should also include a picture in the image carousel of each product page for what the finished basket will actually look like when it's wrapped in plastic. I was pretty disappointed to spend that much money and it was 1/3 the size of the display shown on site. I spent $150 and it looked like I bought one of those "Movie Night Snack Packs" at the grocery store. Disappointing.

This was to be a surprise birthday present for my daughter. She was sitting at her work station immediately inside her front door when the courier left a note to say he tried to make the delivery. She never heard him. After much to-ing and fro-ing she eventually got her delivery 2 days later.

It seems to me that you guys are the only ones that have any name brand of wines there is and that's a good things, little pricey but still good. My friend bought me this wine from California and I had a hard time trying to find it on the website until I came across you guys. Thank you.

There are many sites which brand themselves as corporate gift sights. Gift Tree is head and shoulders above all those self-anointed as remarkable sites. My experience with Gift Tree has always been one where the recipient has asked where I found such a quality vendor. You always find the gift that impresses at a budget that does little harm.

I signed up for email and texts and there was no where to use my 15% off coupon code. I tried the 20% off code that popped upon my screen and it said my purchase didn't qualify with no explanation as to why. False advertising and overall frustrating experience. Also, adult signature fee? First and last Gift Tree purchase.

Spent almost $200 on a gift basket that claimed "gourmet" and the recipient sent me a photo and I was shocked. Inside were cardboard tasting water crackers that are sold at Target for $2.99 and four (4) bags of popcorn! Literally nothing listed on the description and nothing even close to the photo. I was embarrassed to have my name on this. Very disappointing. The only good thing was the script on the note- but not $200 good.
I have purchased from gifttree multiple times several years ago and back then I was happy. Not the standard your baskets used to be.
Sympathy gift.
I ordered a wine basket from a different company, and it failed to arrive at my Brother's after 11 days. When I called to question what happened, they were accusatory and rude. The address in the "Ship to" line was nothing like my Brother's, and they had received a signature from some unknown person. I asked them to send it again and they demanded full price, with a 10% discount. So I called Gift Tree! What a different experience! Hearing my tale of woe, they offered me a significant discount. I ordered one of their largest wine baskets and it arrived in 3 days! They were so delightful to deal with! My Brother called and told me how beautiful the basket was, selection of wines, and lots of goodies. He said it was "Over the top!" I will always use Gift Tree in future!
