This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
I paid over fifty dollars more for the delivery to take place on Saturday December 17th. But only today (Monday December 19th), UPS tried to deliver when no one was home. Because of wines in the package, the gift required a signature.
The UPS tracking site said delivery would take place by 9 pm, and for needing signatures, it would be logical to do so after work hours. Yet, they tried delivery right before noon!
Chat box that gave no useful assistance,m. In summary the info given stated that the UPS delivery was out of your control, just to watch for UPS tracking notification.
Also, I called twice unsuccessfully during the past few days. Currently, I’m on hold again.

Easy to maneuver website, good product line, no shipping charges for normal shipping dates, easy processing of the order, not even a processing fee! The easier the better, and that's what this was! Customer service has been superb when I have had questions. Thanks!
As a first-time user of Gift Tree, I wasn't sure what to expect. My sales reps could not have been nicer and more helpful. They took all the time I needed to get my order for 3 gift towers placed. They took care of everything I ordered, including very specialized gift cards, and 3 different addresses. When one address came through as an error, I got an immediate email, which I responded to and everything was resolved. I love that they sent emails as to when items were shipped, and then when they were delivered. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely use them again. Not to mention the free shipping on the items I ordered. They were delivered 2 days earlier than expected. The small charge for handling is nothing compared to the exorbitant shipping charges and additional surcharges from other companies. A great experience!
This was beautifully wrapped and presented. Gorgeous boxes and a lovely card. The recipient was very pleased and said it made her feel special. Since it was a gift, I cannot review the quality of the snacks, but they certainly looked tasty. I liked that I could select the date the gift would arrive. No problems with purchase or delivery.

Attractive packaging with good "wow" factor. Was looking for a gift that would be useful and fun and not just add to the clutter/unnecessary objects.
I ordered from this company in October for a Christmas delivery on 12/22. Today 12/23, not delivered, and will not be delivered for Christmas. Terrible customer service by 2 out of three customer service agents, I corresponded with, James was the only one that even seemed like he even cared. I spent over 6 hrs on the computer trying to get shop, order, and have things delivered. Costing me a lot of money and they sent the other basket I ordered early, which had fruit in it, hopefully it is not bad by the time my family in Louisianna get to open it. I see on facebook they still are saying they can do delivery before Christmas, while they tell me that the power is out in the warehouse. 3 different excuses given. This company takes orders that they cannot guarantee delivery, yet tell you to pick delivery date.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust this company to deliver when you need, I ordered Octs and I sit today trying to figure out what to do as my brother in MS is not getting my gift.

one basket sent to LA and they got it on the 20th, the party it is for will not be there until 24th, it has fruit so who knows how it will be. I will find out once they get it.
Ordered a beautiful New Baby flower arrangement to be delivered to my brother who lives 1,194 miles away as they welcomed a set of twins. (I ordered from their town - same day delivery). When my brother sent me the pic of the flowers thanking me, I was soooo pissed. It was embarrassing, it looked nothing like the photo online, it was very expensive, looked as thou flowers were thrown in a vase. So disappointing, one simple gesture turned into a disaster. A special moment ruined. I will never order from them again.
They do not bundle ship. Each item is separate cost. Customer service admits they have received many complaints but nothing changes. Not only is this costly for consumers but leaves a large carbon footprint. I suppose the company doesnt care that they lose a huge percentage of business.

At this time, we do ship our gifts individually in order to prevent any damage occurring during transit. By shipping in this manner, we can ensure only the best quality even with the occasional shifting that can occur while on a delivery vehicle. Although this does mean multiple shipping charges, we prefer to see it as great gifts arriving quickly and without damage.

If I can choose zero stars, I would. This company is horrible. Wrong delivery date, item completely less quality than what you pay for. Horrible costumer service. Stay away from this website, all their positive reviews are fake reviews.

Mother's Day was Sunday, I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. To top it off my mom who collects wine loved the gift, gets no better than that. The customer service was great (no robot voice), and as I do not drink I can assume the products are of good if not high quality.

I bought my mother a gift basket from this site for her birthday. I ordered the basket 10 days before and called to make sure it would arrive by her birthday. So her birthday comes around and she did not receive anything from gift tree. The next day i live chat with a service rep named Jessica and she proceeds to tell me that if i had upgraded the shipping it would have gotten there on time. I told her that 10 days is plenty of time to have gotten it there by the date i requested. She then told me to call next time i order so that they could talk to me about shipping options. Needless to say i will not be using this company again.

I see that ground (standard) shipping was selected, and this is unfortunately not a guaranteed delivery date, rather a delivery estimate. Although it is a fairly accurate eta, FedEx and UPS Ground can arrive a day or so in either direction of the delivery date depending on local traffic, delivery volume, etc.
While this is not ideal, if time is of the essence, we do have other options available as well to ensure your gift is guaranteed to arrive just when you need it.

I haven't seen the gift basket so this review is not about the product but the experience ordering. The website is well set out with a broad variety of gifts for many occasions and easy checkout. I had a bad experience with delivery being late after paying an extra $50 to have it delivered 2 days after ordering it didn't get delivered until the following Monday. Let's blame covid!
As the sender of your products the experience could not have been better. The ordering process and more importantly ability to send to many different recipients was great, all the way down to individual confirmations of each shipment. As for the quality of the product, I did not send any to myself and I doubt the people receiving an unexpected gift will complain. I'm only hoping it was worth the $1500+ i spent.

Bulk ordering was difficult because items were sold out, not available in certain areas, or the quantities that could be ordered were limited. Ordering items took much longer than it should have, and I ended up having to go to other companies to replace items that could not be delivered by your company. I also received follow-up emails telling me that orders I was able to place could not be fulfilled and needed to be substituted with other items. Out of the 23 gifts I originally planned to purchase from your company, only 3 people received what they actually requested. And only 4 others received replacement items (and I know my replacement item was not even close to what I originally requested). I am very unhappy with this experience and will not try purchasing from you again when buying gifts for multiple people.
Ordered as gift for son and daughter in law, they loved It! The only thing lacking in my experience was a shipping update. I would have liked to be notified when it shipped. Other than that, easy to order, was delicious and I got kudos for a great gift!

I ordered for Friday delivery for a reason. According to your website I could have chosen Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that was the couple's anniversary. When did arrive... Saturday. Did anyone notify me, nope. Did anyone email, call, text, No!
Well I tried too, I kept being told my password was incorrect, so I had to change it 6 times. Finally just gave up.
Because you sounded reliable, but I guess I was wrong.

The online ordering was good. However, I paid for express shipping. The first gift was delivered a day later than I paid for. Things happen. I requested a refund for the express shipping. I was denied. I was provide a link that they say explains it. If that's your policy, fine. But when I am ordering gifts I'm not reading the fine print, links etc... Gift giving is supposed to be a nice experience; not a lesson in legal disclaimers (in my opinion!) IMO good customer service would take care of this issue. Especially for a first time customer.
I will not do business with them ever again.

Ordered the Park Avenue gift basket and what I received was nothing like it. Paid $700 for a gift basket that came with different bottles and items described in catalog. No where near $700 value. Called customer service and was on the phone with rep and manager. Sent pictures and no resolution. I was offered a $25 credit/refund which I refused. Just wanted to return gift basket and receive the correct one. Good thing I had gift basket shipped to my home and not to who I was giving it to or it would have been a very embarrassing experience. Gift Tree lost a long standing customer.

I paid extra so that I can ensure my delivery will ARRIVE on a specific date. But it still arrived a day later, and with no proper updates, and they lied about it as well. They said they delivered it on the day but no one answered the door. The recipient literally stayed at home all day to receive it, he was never called, and there was no doorbell either! When I told them to show me proof, they weren't able to do it. I paid extra because my recipient is leaving for a flight the next day and they assured that. Shame. Don't order from Gift Tree. Very disappointing.

The delivery was late and caused problems for our friends since they were going out of town when the delivery was rescheduled. What should have been a pleasant gift turned into an inconvenience for our friends. Email was used for notification. With other companies for deliveries that cost a lot less, I have gotten phone calls and text messages if there was an issue with delivery, a much more direct, efficient and prompt notification process. Even Amazon for $4 items has a process in place that tracks deliveries via text messages. I expected much better customer service considering how much our gift cost and how much more I would have spent with future orders if I was satisfied with this delivery. I have now gone elsewhere for my other gift items.
