This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
Items were primo quality, arrive on time and I was able to pick a specific date. I had tried first ordering from another company but their website ordering and customer troubleshooting were so messed up I turned to GiftTree and had no troubles. Thank you!
Although my gift arrived a day later than I wanted, the extra shipping charge was refunded without hassle and my sister and her friends loved the gift basket. Things were handled the right way for a high end service.

The delivery is delayed for 1 whole day, no response from the company. I paid more than $27 to receive the Italian charcuterie by December 23, it seems someone took my box, the company seems fast to take your money but delivery is another story

My boss was so happy with her gift! She said she almost threw it away not realizing there was another on layer of goodies under the wrapping! So, my only comment would be to package it differently!. Other than that it was excellent! Very happy!

They ruined the Holidays for me. I ordered baskets for my employees on Dec. 4th with a ship date of Thurs Dec. 17. Nothing was sent. Then they confirmed and assured me the gift baskets were being send out Sat Dec. 19, Sunday - Still nothing send. Then, last minute on Mondy night Dec 21, I get an email stating that the two baskets are not avail and they would grant me an extra $50 towards a high priced basket and overnight shipping. Empty gesture b/c there were no baskets available at $50 more than the $150 basket I purchased. I suggested we send two baskets equal to the value of the one basket (using $50 credit) since there were no comparable baskets left. They said no and were not willing to help me after they totally screwed me over. They expect me to send a lesser quality basket than what I paid for or wait until after the holidays to send something of equal value when it comes available?! Will not be doing business with them ever again!
I too ordered a candy and fruit basket. There was no candy or nuts as promised. There were 3 apples, 3 oranges, and three pears. For this paid $120.00. This company is a true rip off. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I paid extra to have the basket delivered on Friday and it didn't delivery until Monday after 6 p.m. If you are going to offer expedited delivery at a cost, then you need to get it there when you say you will.

I found it on google and I saw tons of positive reviews and I got the instinct they were legit and genuine.
Awful. The cupcakes arrived stale and 3 days late. My gift didn't make it to the event they were given as a gift for, and I ordered delivered one day before the event in case there was an unforeseen delay.
They refunded the order, but I would not use giftree again unless they offered a discount for the next order, which they did not do.

I gifted them for a party I could not attend so the hosts could put them out.
I placed two separate orders. Paid for 2 day service on one in order to arrive in time for a party. My gift still didn't arrive for 2 days after the party, 6 days total. No explanation. Second order was to arrive on 12/21. Finally showed delivered on 1/9/2022. However my gift recipient says they have not received my gift. Emails to customer service were of no help. Not impressed.

Easy to order. Very fast delivery. Customer service contacted me because an item in my order (wine box tote) was out of stock. They had a replacement ready to go which was appropriate and probably of greater value than the one I had ordered. All I had to do was agree and the item was delivered the next day.
I was looking for a special bottle of wine (nicely) presented for my partner. GiftTree seemed to have the better quality options available with good shipping options and timely delivery, especially when compared to some other gift sites.
I purchased a gift for a co worker and had it delivered to the office. However due to current events going on now our building was shut down when the item was to be delivered. I never received an email updating me on the delivery, the status, was it delivered, was it returned back? I've tried to call several times and all I can get is a recorded message.

I like the baskets very much however the pricing is a bit steep. Do you really need to charge an exorbitant fee for a bereavement ribbon? With the price of the basket a ribbon of choice should be included. Shipping fees are also quite expensive. Again I like the baskets but feel like you "nickel and dime" on things that's should be included.
I was offered a 15% off if I signed up for emails and later during checkout a 20% off and neither was applied to my order. Quite the bait and switch.
With follow up from the company I learned that it was simply my product choice that was not eligible for the promised discount. There should be much better language about exclusions in the future.

It's an annual event for me to find the right gifts for my family scattered across the US. I always come back for the best gift baskets. After all of these years, I was angry that you substituted cheaper baskets for the ones I ordered after you accepted my orders in the first place. You should have substituted more expensive baskets at no additional charge. Each year I carefully selects baskets that I think reflect my feelings toward my family and place my order. You violated my trust in Gift Tree and you can e sure that I will search other campanies' products next year. I appreciate that you delivered the three baskets earlier than promised. I also saw the ~$30 credit on my credit card, but think the actual refund should have been closer to $60, since there was about a $20 differential in price. Needless to say I am not a happy camper and am really disappointed in you this year.

Received a basket as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products included. Size of each item was substantial, variety and quality were excellent. After receiving the gift I used GiftTree to send several baskets to friends. I'll be using this company again!
Was a surprise gift.
I cannot even give this company 1 Star-but had to to write the review! I take care of my dad with Alzheimer's so decided to order on line from Gifttree. Big mistake! They charged my card on Sunday, confirmed the deliveries for 2 of my orders yesterday, yet called me today, Valentine's Day at 1PM to tell me that they could not make the deliveries to my two sisters because they called their affiliates TODAY and they are too busy to handle the orders! Had they checked yesterday and let me know,, I could have made other arrangements. Customer service rep even argued with me saying they were too busy placing other people's orders yesterday so they just tried to do mine today! I will NEVER place an order from them again. Stop taking orders if you can't deliver! Horrible customer service!
I went on the gift tree website to order flowers for my mother in law's birthday. The next day, when it was time for the flowers to be delivered, I received a phone call from gift tree letting me know that they did not have any flower companies near her area I could deliver.
What I could not understand is why I did not receive a phone call the previous day when I ordered the flowers. By the time I received this phone call, it was too late for me to contact another company to get flowers to her on her birthday. I was absolutely shocked that this happened, and I will advise anyone not to use their flower service.
This was the first time I have gone through gift tree, and will absolutely be my last.

Package was promised for Wednesday delivery before Thanksgiving. There was an extra delivery charge. It did not arrive. Supposedly, UPS left it at front door on Friday at 6pm (2 full days late) but the basket was never received by anyone at the house it was supposed to go to. Where is the basket?
The second time when the delivery has not been made. Why market yourselves as same-day delivery when you are unable to make even 5th-day delivery? Extremely frustrating since these deliveries are made for occasions, and missing the day means missing the occasion. You guys don't even have the decency to inform the customer when you miss a delivery, and one has to contact you, which is another ordeal since you don't have any customer service after 5 pm. In that case, you should ensure that deliveries are also made before 5 pm. The worst experience I have ever had with any site. Thank you for spoiling the occasion twice!

It was my FIRST and LAST time with this company. They delivered the gift 3 days after birthday.
In the order, they promised that it will be on time. It was so important to me at this time!

I get it that shipping during this global pandemic is challenging but don't wait 8 days to send me shipping info and only after I reach out to you do you send me a non working FedEx tracking number. But I will give you a thumbs up on getting my gift to my dad on time.
