This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
I honestly expected this to be a local delivery, given the address of the business... I was kinda bummed to discover it shipped from the other side of the country, and I could literally have ordered from anywhere else instead... I really thought local deliveries would be made, well... locally.
I was also told, upon ordering, that an email containing information to log into the account that was created would be sent to me, as well as a notification of shipment. I never got either. And they didn't end up in the junk folder, they just never materialized
Because the address of the business as listed on the website is in the same state and general region as the recipient was. Turns out that didn't count for anything at all.

I left a part of the order incomplete and they notified me of the step I missed. This would not have effected them completing the order or mailing it out... Here is my response to them for the email before they shipped my item...

This was my first time ordering from gifttree.com and I really liked the variety of items they offer. I ordered a fruit and cookie sympathy basket and loved the ability to add a special ribbon. No issues with my order and I paid extra to get it there on a certain date, it arrived with no issues. Very happy with this purchase!
I ordered Balloons for my granddaughter for her birthday and they did not arrive.
I called this incompetent Company and was informed that the accounting department
Cancelled the order without informing me. There was nothing wrong with the payment.

At first, I was skeptical from ordering from GiftTree but my fears soon disappeared when I got praises from my orders. Never actually saw the products but according to the recipients they were wonderful and beautifully created pieces. The chocolates were quality products and the presentation was exceptional. GiftTree would definitely be a part of my gift giving companies to order from.
Had ordered the spring bouquet cupcakes for mil's birthday. At the last minute was told they didn't have the supplies needed to make it but could upgrade us to a layer cake instead. Had a little confusion with fed ex but it was delivered safe and sound and she loved it.

Sadly my order could not be fill as Gift Tree no longer has partners in that zip code. I will say that I had not expected problems, so once I received the order confirmation I didn't follow up checking my email until it was too late. But the website should not have accepted the order if they had no one to fill it in that zip code.
Overall just fine. Although it would be nice if they would check the name the email is addressed to as it was not correct.
I have used Gift Tree many times in the past without problem. That is why it never occurred to me to check for an email telling me there was a problem.
Hard to improve on the 5 rating. But it would have been nice to be able to choose the type of birthday balloon i.e. Specify male or female
My experience was very good. I talked to James who is an asset to this company! He was very pleasant & knowledgeable & answered all my questions & so very helpful. Gift Tree is very lucky to have him in there employ. Someone else to my order since James was busy & she did well also & helpful. Only thing was a signature needed fir the liquor which was not done but gift arrived day earlier than expected. Great company, thx you for this service
I ordered a gift basket from GiftTree for my daughter's birthday, it came in exactly on the day I requested. My daughter was delighted and very happy with the items inside as well as the basket overall. This is the third time I have ordered from GiftTree and they haven't disappointed me once again. I found the ordering very easy and website navigation to be user friendly. I loved the variety of products in the basket. Here is the only issue. The basket. Nothing like the high quality one in the photo, it reminded me of the woven plate holders for paper plates in the 70's. It barely held the contents in the basket and I took a picture because we had no idea how it struggled under the weight of all the food and wine. When you order high quality, you expect at least something similar to the photo.

Product is great, and arrived well. Minor disappointment in it arriving 3 days earlier than requested. Also the way the gift basket was displayed online is a lot nicer than the way it was actually packed. Understandable to safely deliver the product, but not as cool.
Clear indication on what's in the box, and nice options. Clear website, found it easily when searching online, was exactly what i had in mind.

I ordered a bottle of champagne in a gift box for an anniversary present. UPS messed up and delivery was late. The champagne that I ordered didn't exactly match what was delivered, but the gift box and champagne that were sent were of excellent quality. When I expressed my concern with customer service about the late delivery and different champagne, Sara went above and beyond to make the situation right. I will definitely order from them again!

We ordered a sharing tree value 100 for my niece recovering from surgery.
We had trouble with the website and clicked on delivery for July 6,
On that day we finally got the invoice that said delivery would be July 13 which was unacceptable. When we phoned to ask about it we were told if we wanted it delivered before the13th we would be charged 22 dollars for 2 day delivery.
Then UPS delivered it a day late
My niece loved the gift but in my opinion their customer service needs improvement

I ordered 25 bottles for work. I admit being a little sporadic as I waited for approval but once in the clear, I found the ordering process to be tedious and loathsome. I felt I was a nuisance to my rep who assisted me. I specifically had asked about ordering the wine crate with a red wine but instead just got an order of red wines. While the bottles looked nice, I don't believe they were up to the standard that I thought they would be in. I also asked for an additional bottle to be added and never got that bottle. I was never charged so no harm no foul but still, I was left a bottle short and to explore an alternative gift option for that client. I appreciate the assistance in getting me these wine bottles but I won't be back again and will consider a different avenue for future gifts for my clients.

Lovely website easy to navigate. It's often difficult to make a purchase on US websites as I live in the UK and many companies don't accept my credit card as the billing address is not in the US. Thank you.
This is the worst company to order anything from. I placed this order 3 weeks ago to be delivered on August 27 for my sister's birthday and now I find out you don't even know when it will be delivered. How can you trust a company that can't even ensure deliveries are made? I talked to you customer service and they offered no compensation for this fiasco except to say sorry... You can believe that I will never be ordering from this company with this kind of non caring customer service. And I will be posting a review of your company as well to warn others of your uncaring company and non delivery as scheduled with an " Oh well' attitude. I'm very disappointed.

Found this lovely gift basket with a great assortment of goodies. Sent it to my daughter in Florida. It arrived a day early, but since there was alcohol in it, there had to be a signature. It was brought back the scheduled day of delivery, signed for and ENJOYED. Would use this service again in a heartbeat.
This is my first order. The selection was easy. It is for a friend. I paid 4.95 for ice packs that were only warm water! To spend over 100.00 dollars on a gift was very disappointing! I'm glad I opened it before I sent it over to my friend who was doing favors for me. I was very disappointed for a first order.

The ordering and delivery were great! What I did not expect was the actual gift basket. What was received looked nothing like the online example. The container is great but the contents were less than pictured and not as attractively packaged as displayed on line. When presented as a gift it looked plain and not professional. The contents were delicious, just not much of it.
