This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
Disappointed that I could not re-order The Godiva Chocolatier Collection. You indicate you are sold-out of it. Please Have enough on hand for next year. You know it is one of, if not, your BEST product. Thanks for listening. God Bless 12-3-22
Delivery was promised three days before anniversary, did not get delivery until anniversary day False information. I have another delivery on March 29th, I hope I am not disappointed again. Does anyone read these experiences. A reply would be nice. Annoyed customer
NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a sympathy fruit basket from this site and it was just terrible looking. It looked nothing like the photo, half the size and contained cheap fruit. The advertisement displayed apples, big oranges, pineapple, nice pears and grapes. What was received was apples and mandarins. I sent the company a photo of the gift basket received and they offered little to no help. 19.99 refund for a $100 basket, with a bright bow (not black as pictured) Customer service was useless. They simply stated the photos pictured are what your order "COULD" look like. Customer service lacked any regard or customer satisfaction. This order was placed as a sympathy gift so someone could feel a little better and all it did was cause me embarrassment. I wanted a nice gift and even paid to upgrade to the premium basket. Not worth the money at all! This company makes profit on falsities. Would not recommend.

I have had great results with Gift Tree products and always experienced on time deliveries. Only issue I've had is that the pears delivered in cold winter climates have been frozen. I will continue to use Gift Tree as recipients always comment on the quality of the products!
Convenience and quality
I live in the uk and ordered a hamper for my daughter's birthday who lives in San Francisco. Website was easy to use and I was kept update with emails, there were a few adjustments made which Gift Tree made easy. My daughter said she enjoyed the Hamper.
Ordered from England to send to daughter In America so didn't know the company or anything about them but very Happy with delivery and goods delivered, my daughter was over the moon. It was two days early but that wasn't a problem for me, vert Impressed.
The basket was mostly chocolate items but the ice packs were not enough to keep it from overheating. All the chocolate was degraded, with a white film and chalky texture.
Also, it was somewhat underwhelming compared to how it looks on the website. Very disappointing as I didn't have time to get a new delivery since it was for a scheduled event.
GiftTree was nice enough to provide a gift card for more than cost of the purchase and was very helpful.

With the current supply chain and deliver issues nationwide. I was so pleased that GiftTree the tea set the next day as promised!
Very upset with the shipping process. I paid the extra shipping amount in order to have my gift basket to my brother-in-law on his wedding day. I ended up coming for days after the date it was supposed to. I don't feel I should have to pay extra shipping when I could've just paid standard and got it there late as it did.

Fantastic. Gift was sent to my mom who is difficult to buy gifts for. She turned 90 yo. Jewelry and flowers were out. A friend suggested I send a gift from Gift Tree. Mom was ecstatic to receive the basket.
This was a gift so I didn't try the products. However, the recipients were very pleased with everything. I had to change the address and the customer service operator was extremely helpful. A good experience all around.

Half of the order arrived late (day after happy birthday celebration) therefore plan B to dinner was requiered, birthday cup cakes to place the candles and sing never arrived. They were cancelled 2 days after requested delivery date.
Our best friends were celebrating their 50th Anniversary while they were on vacation down South. We wanted them to know that we were thinking about them on their special day, so we decided to send a Wine Basket. We researched and found the one at GiftTree that looked like a basket of selections they would enjoy. It was delivered on time and they loved it! We will definitely order from GiftTree again for those special occasions!
Once my receiver sent me the photo of the gift, I realized that the chocolates were different from the ones pictured on the website. They were replaced with something cheaper and even with the champaign this is way too expensive. Will not be ordering again.

I am highly disappointed in the service, due to the product arriving a day late and the overall appearance. I ordered the Delightful Combinations-good but it seemed to be quite slighted. It looked nothing like the beautiful presentation and fullness of the basket on the website. The quality was well below the price.

Was told my item I chose had to be replaced due to covid. The replacement was so disappointing. Nothing at all like the display and it don't seem like Gift Tree care. I think it could have been a lot better than what was received.

I bought this item for my brother for his birthday. According to the website, it would not be shipped until a Friday (my brother's birthday was on the Wednesday, two days before). I accepted that fact, I should have planned sooner. To my absolute suprise and delight: this item arrived two days early on my brother's exact birthday! He loved it. Fantastic!
Not good enough - this was a fairly expensive item I purchased but the contents were disappointing.
There was enough fruit but very few snacks and individual small pieces.
This was the first time I ordered from you and it will most likely be the last.

It was fairly easy to do the orders online. Even though I had a difficult time uploading my excel sheet, so I had to enter it 51 of my orders separately. Some orders are still out, so get back to me when it's all done.
They were all professional. Time wait was not long.

I ordered flowers for a birthday gift only to learn after I ordered that GiftTree no longer serviced the area. This was disappointing for 2 reasons - first because this was a repeat order (have ordered for this particular birthday gift 3 years previously from GiftTree) and second because the online order site did not notify me during the order process that flower delivery was no longer available in that area. Consequently I had to go through a request for refund process. Bummer.
We were greatly disappointed and truly sorry as well that the delivery in this area has become no longer available. It came as news to us and we have updated this zip code in our system so that the items we do have available here will be suggested immediately if it is entered in the future. We understand that a refund does not fix the situation and would love to help cover the cost of a future delivery. Order was placed 11/30 and requested to be delivered on 12/16 and the order was not delivered as requested. I made three inquiries to ensure proper delivery and unfortunately Gift Tree dropped the ball even though they were given ample amount of time to ensure delivery. I am very disappointed with how this order was handled.
Customer Service couldn’t do much. They are not in charge of having orders ship on time from what I gathered. I made three inquires to customer service and still my order was not delivered to the recipient with the delivery date requested at time of placing my gift order over 2 weeks ago.
Because I ordered in the past a few times and had a good experience with Gift Tree up until now.

I have reviewed your order and found that the scheduled delivery date when the order the order was placed was 12/19/22, and there was a deliver attempt made on 12/19 but the receiver wasn't available. UPS then attempted re-delivery the following day and was able to successfully delivery the package. Because the gift contained alcohol, an adult signature is required to be able to deliver the gift.
Despite this matter I hope the gift was enjoyed, and that you had a wonderful holiday. Thank you!

I am disappointed with the delivery time on one or more items. I am still waiting for a refund on a previous order. I like your products but not your service. I ordered 50 gifts from another company yesterday for my clients.
A product I ordered was not like the picture when it arrived nor were all the products in it. I called Maryiah and she never responded with a refund as I was promised. An order I just placed a week ago took 3 days longer than what I was told to be delivered. Gift tree has slipped tremendously.
