This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
Presentation was awesome, and the contents were incredible. There was one problem, the ice packs were left out, so the chocolate treats melted. Called customer service, and immediately there was a response, three days later a replacement basket arrived perfectly, no charge.
Ordered a charcuterie board that arrived spoiled. They wanted to resend but my sister will be out of town. Asked for a refund and they refused. Got an email that they resent one and it will arrive during the two week period they will be gone. Another spoiled gift is on its way!

This is my first time using Gift Tree. I received an email message denoting that my orders were shipped. I have received only 1 email alerting me that the 3 other order had been received. The time is past for receipt of my gifts. I am greatly concerned.

Gift Tree seemed like a high quality organization.
We had a discount so it may be the reason but for a $50 gift basket and $12 shipping charges, the cookies were small and not much fruit. Didn't make a nice impression on the person receiving the gift.

Your website is easy to navigate and the many gifts on display are nicely described. I placed my most recent gift order on Dec. 26th and to my astonishment it was successfully received ahead of time on Dec. 29th! Never expected a last minute gift to arrive by New Year's Eve. I am so impressed with GiftTree that I no longer use other companies for gift giving.
I placed my first order with GiftTree after discovering it on the internet and was immediately impressed with the large assortment of attractive gifts as well as their sensible cost. I selected an anniversary gift and to my amazement it arrived in less than one week! GiftTree has won me over and has now become my go to for gift giving in the future.
The gift basket I ordered arrived broken. All of the items survived, but the basket was broken. I sent a picture to Gift Tree (to the email they indicate can receive complaints). No response from GiftTree. If GiftTree can't even be bothered to respond with an apology, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Easy to order online, my recipients liked what they received, the food was high quality. My only beef is that the description of the contents and the photo of the gift basket were nothing like what was pictured and described. There seemed to be less than was promised but I'm glad my recipients enjoyed what they got.

Hope the wine is as good as the bottle looks! Have not yet tasted it, but the gift recipient was very pleased. The printing on the bottle is gorgeous, love that you can personalize the wording to say whatever you like. The gift card is lovely. All-around first-class in every way.
Due to the nice selection of sympathy gift baskets that included wine, I placed my order. It was very easy to place, which I did online, and I got a confirmation once it was delivered. The confirmation was appreciated because I knew then that the recipient who lives out of state received it.
I needed to send gifts to a few of our corporate clients. It was easy to personalize and purchase items and get them sent relatively quickly to offices all across the states. I was also able to provide a selection of options to my boss that fit within our budget and our branding.
I found GiftTree on a list of the best gift basket companies for 2022, and this was the one we chose.
Ordered online. Said they would deliver gift for daughter's birthday that day. It didn't arrive and I wasn't notified until I tried to call and the number wouldn't answer. I emailed and got a response that went back and forth apologizing but not offering other options. "If you'd like to have something else delivered let me know". "Okay, how do I do that?" I can give you a phone number. The number was the same one that didn't work. They then said they would cancel my order "tomorrow when I come in". Totally frustrating and unforgivable.

My wife and I sent what we thought was a large fruit basket but a vendor used by this company sent a much smaller basket nothing like we ordered! I wrote a letter to Gift Trees Customer Service Manager Sara Marlo who quickly responded in a very apologetic and sincere manner. She offered several options including a full refund if we wanted it but I told her we just wanted the basket we ordered sent out! She assured me she would do that right away and she did and the recipient just sent me a picture of what they received and it was absolutely wonderful. We are very satisfied at this point and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

My original package was damaged in transit. I'm not overly upset about that, because these things happen once in a while. But before I was even aware of it, I received a phone call apologizing and asking if I would prefer a credit or if I would like the gift re-sent. I opted for a replacement, and it was shipped out the same day -- arriving the next day. I couldn't ask for a better or more pro-active customer service team. Thank you!

I have ordered from GiftTree on several occasions, and have only once encountered an issue with an incorrect order. I used their website's customer care live chat and was connected with an amazing customer advocate, Ashley McCombs, who went above and beyond in both understanding and remedying the issue. I will continue to use GiftTree exclusively for all of my gift-tower needs.
With Mom being half way across the country this was the best way to have a celebratory Bloody Mary for Mother's Day without being there with her. She called me immediately after she opened it wanting to know where I found it so she could send to some of her friends. This was ordered as a gift sent to my mother-in-law in California. She texted me a picture of the gift basket and I was somewhat disappointment. On the website the bottles of wine and additional snacks were packaged in a lovely basket with a bow. She received these items packages in a cardboard box. Not as special as I expected.
I needed a gift basket last minute. I know this is tough so I made sure I selected something they identified as same day. I choose a whole fruit gift basket with a bottle of Champagne. Easy right select some fruit, place in basket add Champagne done. Apparently not, they contacted me 3 hours later that no florist in the town could fill the order, but I could do a flower bouquet instead. The best part though was they had no problem processing my payment and even after they canceled the order, I still had to call them back about my refund which will take 3-5 business days. What a disappointment. The best part is the local grocery store was able to fill my order and deliver the basket in 2 hours. Way to go Hy-Vee!

I ordered and scheduled the delivery, and I was a little apprehensive that it would not work, but GiftTree kept me updated on the details of it and it arrived with no problems at all. The basket was already arranged and the recipients were very satisfied.

I gave this as a gift to my sister in law as a get well basket. It was delivered on time. She said the fruit was very good, there was just a few brown spots on one of the apples. Otherwise, I think everything was good.

Do not use this company. Terrible. I orderd a beautiful, expensive floral arrangement for the daughter's 30th birthday and what arrived at her door was absolutely nothing that was promised. The pictured arrangement included an adorable birthday vase with curled ribbon down the sides... Not only was there no resemblance to what I requested, it also arrived a day early... Thankfully she was a home to receive the flowers, if not who knows the condition they would have been in.
Never again! The a to z selection we made for $199 was a horrible choice. Many items were missing and the VERY few that were substituted, were horrible substitutions. Your chat rep Christine C. Told me she could refund half of the item. That is absurd! This was a wedding gift for our COO and we are extremely disappointed! You left out an entire Godica biscuits collection, Marcona Almonds, Black Pepper Gouda and the Charcuterie Trio! You substituted a tiny bag of crackers for all of those!
horrible! leaving out so many items and substituting them with nothing is a complete rip off. she offered a $100 refund. I could have bought everything in the box for less than $50! I will be disputing the charges with my bank, we are not paying for such a disappointing gift. The rep said items are subject to substitutions of equal value...there were NO substitutions at all. TOTAL RIP OFF!

First and foremost, I am truly sorry for the substitutions that had to occur. Like other retailers, we feel the impacts of supply chain constraints, and it was never our intention for these changes to come as a surprise. We did refund more than half of the order cost as there is nothing more important to us than the customer experience.

We ordered centerpiece arrangements for thanksgiving this year and we received enthusiastic thank you notes so we ordered some pricy variety food baskets for Christmas, one of which was delivered to our home. It is very small and its too late to do anything about it. No good feedback from shipments.

Not at all happy with the service. Will not order again the deliver was promised on the 23, then 24, and then sent me a email that it would be delivered on the 25th. We know no one works on Christmas Day that was a complete let down for me as well as the person receiving the gift. You live and learn I guess!
I ordered the gifts through Harry & David and I guess Gift Tree is the one that handles it. This is why I won’t order anything else. When you order something 5 days in advance you expect it to be delivered when shipping tells you.
