This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
I have used Gift Tree for several years to sent client baskets during the holidays. They are always beautifully prepared and have arrived on the date I specified with the order. I will definitely continue to use Gift Tree.
He order was a last minute request for me but so happy that i was able to get quality baskets in 2 days!
The baskets arrived a day early! They are baskets I have ordered in the past that i get the most complements from, I was delighted to see them for myself!

Easy to order, photos of baskets look lovely. However, I am extremely disappointed with this order. I read what the contents of the basket were supposed to be and based my choice on that. The recipient sent me a photo of what was received and it is nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I paid over $90 Canadian for a basket with 6 small items of popcorn and a few nuts and chocolates, value at best $20.This was my first order from your company and it will certainly be my last. I feel completely "ripped off" and embarassed at the paucity of what was supposed to be a meaningful gift. Buyers beware!
I liked the look of your items on line, and the prices seemed in keeping with the usual, IF they were honestly described and IF whoever actually filled the order followed description of contents. At least delivery was as promised, on time.
I ordered a fruit gift basket on a Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. I paid $10.95 for overnight delivery. It was not delivered on Friday or Saturday. It was delivered on Monday. 3 days late. I complained but they would not refund my money. They said "No refunds". The service is terrible.
Given the choice of when we wanted our gifts to be delivered we chose the week of Christmas so our recipients could use the gifts while entertaining during Christmas. Our gifts were delivered a full week before the scheduled date and did not look like what was shown in the photo. It was disappointing given we were able to select when we wanted it delivered.

Positive experience, great variety of choices and easy to order even being overseas. The package arrived on the established date and the result was of great impact. It was much appreciated for the contained products and for the well-presented packaging, good job!

Wish I had read the reviews before using this company! I paid extra to have a flower arrangement delivered to an office building by 2pm on a Thursday and it arrived on the following Monday. Not only was it DAYS late, it looked nothing like the picture (what I ordered is the photo on the left, what was delivered is on the right). I was completely embarrassed by what was sent. I would have preferred to not have anything arrive at all!

I ordered a gift basket for a customer which was delivered promptly. I had just ordered another gift basket when I received a call from GiftTree asking to review their service for the first order. I mentioned to the woman that the service was great and I'd already ordered another basket. She then proceeded to log in to my account for me and add a discount of 25% on the new order, saving my $30+ and free shipping. The whole process took under 5 mins and I've already been reimbursed for the discount.
The gift came quickly and promptly. The friends who received the gift were so thankful and thought it was beautiful. They even asked where I got it from so they can send a gift from Gift Tree too. Thank you for such a great product and value.
After finding out that my order was not received, and being very upset about it, I called the Gift Tree and spoke to James. James listened to my upset and was very understanding. He engaged me in pleasant conversation, which calmed me down. Because he understood why I was upset, he worked very hard to see to it that I got the gift that I wanted sent. He sent it out and it arrived when he said it would. It was after Father's Day, and I explained to my husband that his gift would be late, and he was okay with that. When it arrived, my husband loved it and enjoyed tasting the wide variety of goodies. He invited me to join him, and I was so pleased with everything. We are still enjoying.
I do want to say that I was so impressed with James and how he handled my complaint, that I have made a commitment to myself to use Gift Tree for gifts from now on.

We paid extra to make sure it was delivered on time. It wasn't delivered at all! They blamed the vendor they used but wouldn't even tell us who that was. The agents were very rude (notice I didn't say customer service as there is none) and we eventually were connected to the manager to make sure we got our money back. Let's see when we get our credit card statement.
I could only find a particular wine on GiftTree though it was marked up 3x the regular price. So I ordered it and it came in a box that was falling apart. If I had sent this as a gift I would have been embarrassed!
Basket was good, but I had specifically inquired about not including a greeting card and was told a card would not be included. However, the basket had a card that said "No message requested". This was the very thing I was trying to prevent when I asked the Service Rep...
Having an engraved name plate option made this gift box filled with fresh fruit and yummy items made this particular gift a truly special gift for my client appreciation gift. Thank you. I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Had more than a cardboard box or basket option for a gift basket.
While obviously I'd rather a delivery arrive early than late, I was a bit frustrated to learn the recipients didn't get their anniversary gift ON their anniversary. They also travel a lot and I only had a guarantee that they'd be home on the 12th (when I scheduled this for), so I got lucky that they had just arrived in town on the 10th (when it was delivered). I was not aware that the $4.95 charge meant a signature was required when the gift was delivered because it had alcohol in it. Then I was concerned because the recipients worked during the day. One person was not home to sign for the gift but the delivery was attempted later in the day and they were there. I had sent 2 of the same gift to different family members and they both got their gift. My worries were for nothing. Thank you.
I paid extra for 4 baskets to be delivered by a certain day and they were NOT delivered by that day. When I called customer service they didn't do anything and just told me it's not guaranteed. Horrible customer service. I should be refunded the extra money I paid for shipping.

I was behind on my clients' holiday gift-giving this year. GiftTree's customer service was outstanding and provided my clients with beautiful baskets and a personalized ribbon. The baskets arrived just days before the holiday break. I've gotten wonderful feedback on the baskets.
Ordered an $80.00 gift basket to be sent to a business in another state. Received a text message from recipient with a photo of the basket and I was in shock! They received about $10.00 worth of the cheapest fruit. Sooo embarassing! Called customer service and they said they would re deliver a new basket and it was never done. They are now claiming they will refund $40.00 to me. Still does not fix the situation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Because of the weather I was notified that it would come late (by feb 2). I agreed. But it came on Feb 3. Which was a day after her birthday. They specifically stated that the latest was on the second of February.

One item was not delivered even on the second date they asked if they could switch it to.
The other one, a plant in a box, was left by the front door in front of a house in Minnesota, so of course was frozen.
Not a great company. They promise delivery dates they can't "deliver" on.

My recipient received rotten fruit. They sent me pictures of the basket I sent them and, not only was it missing products, but the green pears had holes in them and the red pears had bruised spots. They had to throw out half the basket. I was so embarrassed. The basket looked like I spent $20. GiftTree isn't cheap and I felt I wasted $100. I called to complain and they said they would resend the basket. It's not been received yet so we'll see how that works out. I will never use them again.
I first sent an email to complain. No answer from them. So, I called and the agent who said they saw my complaint and they had an order to resend the basket. I’m giving it 4 stars because, even though they said they saw my email about damaged fruit, no one bothered to respond to tell me the duplicate was scheduled to be sent out. I had to call THEM. However, the person I spoke to was pleasant.

Could not complete purchase on website. Had to call to make purchase. Purchased 2 easter baskets delivered to the same address. Required to pay 2 separate delivery fees and was given a day for delivery. The baskets were not delivered on the day specified. Entire experience very frustrating.

I have looked into the delays with your gifts and found that there were severe weather conditions with an unseasonably late snowstorm on April 12th that caused these to arrive a day later than expected. I know how upsetting it is when plans change last minute, and I am sorry that this impacted your order. We generally are not able to reimburse for weather delays, but I've processed a credit of one of the shipping fees back to your account due the checkout difficulties. You'll see this in your account in the next 3-5 banking days.

I ordered a $100 basket with wine and when it arrived it looked like something I could have picked up at five below. It was a tiny basket where everything was stacked inside and shrink wrapped. Not at all what I expected. Doesn't look like it's worth $20. The wine wasn't inside the basket but wrapped in bubble wrap next to it. Very dissatisfied with the quality and appearance.
While ordering was easy. We selected the Best for a floral arrangement and what was sent looked like something from the selection that you get in a grocery store. We also ordered a box of candy and wine. The wine we got engraved which was the best thing. The candy was never received and this was a birthday gift.
Not sure now, I should have went with another vendor but will not use gifttree again.
