This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
I recently ordered a gift for my mother and there was a shipping problem. When I notified them, they immediately responded and comped me the cost, even with the delivery only being delayed, not lost. I was impressed.
You asserted that the delivery would be made on the Friday before Mother's Day. Neither Saturday or Sunday were an option. Fine. Friday was good. In fact, you delivered it the Monday after Mother's Day, thereby negating the reason for the purchase. It's really just unacceptable. If you'd told me it couldn't be delivered prior to Mother's Day, I wouldn't have ordered it. But then I assume that was your business model.

I've looked into the cause of this delay and found that the delivery was attempted on May 6th at 1:47 pm, however, there was no one home at the time to accept the package. An adult signature is required for all packages containing wine, so a door tag was left at the time to notify of the delivery attempt. This did result in the delivery being completed on the next business day, Monday, May 9th at 2:21 pm. We are terribly sorry this did not go as planned, but do hope she was able to enjoy the moment and the goodies once received!
I used GiftTree to send a wine gift to friends for Christmas. But it never made it there. Evidently it was damaged en route, but I was never given details. I don't know if it was received and the recipient returned it, or if the delivering service returned it to you. Either way, I was not offered an explanation nor did you send a replacement. You gave me a credit on my account. Then I found it nearly impossible to find the amount of credit when I checked my account. After using partial credit, I later found it impossible to locate the balance when I wanted to access it. I felt like it was hidden so I would forget it existed and I'd just leave it to the company to keep.

The gift package was somehow damaged in route and I was issued a refund in the form of a gift card. I do not know if the package had arrived at it's destination and the recipient returned it or if the carrier returned it before it was delivered. I was not offered a replacement to arrive by Christmas so now I need to make a series of insquiries to solve the mystery.
I don't remember how Gift Tree happened to pop up in my email or on a site when I was searching for gift ideas. It happened that I found what I considered a suitable gift when I looked at their site.
They promised me a $20 discount which to date I haven't gotten. They made me pay extra to have i2 orders delivered on certain days which ups didn't do. I will never buy from them again I will use Wine Country.
I specifically ordered the gift basket to be delivered on December 27 as I did not want it before Xmas! They delivered it on the 23rd which in most cases I understand but it was meant for a special occasion afterwards!

After reading all the bad reviews, I felt that I needed to post my wonderful review about the basket I just had delivered to my mom for Mothers Day. She had to leave unexpectedly for a family emergency and I found out Wednesday May 10, that she would not be home for Mother's Day, and she was pretty upset by it. So, I found the Chocolate Decadence gift basket and ordered it at 1pm. At 3 pm it was out for delivery. And as promised, it was delivered today, May 12. It is perfect. It had everything in it it said it would. And she was thrilled, so in turn I am thrilled. Do not let some old reviews turn you off to a company, glitches happen and companies change processes to make them better. Thank you gift tree for saving my Mothers Day!

While I was disappointed that you could not meet the next day delivery, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call to inform me of that and to offer free delivery. The recipient was pleasantly surprised and was very enthusiastic with gift.

I placed the order, paid for 2 day delivery, needed to send a note to GiftTree because it didn't arrive the day it was supposed to. I was very disappointed with the service, even when Co. Refunded the express service I paid for. The purpose was to get the gift on time.
They did a reimbursement, but they couldn't fix the delivery day.
I've been a client for many years.
My gift was to be sent to a business, and I was very displeased with the delivery service. They arrived at the business at 7:18 PM, obviously it was closed. When I contacted customer service, they said they had no control over this. I told them the gift had to be delivered during specific hours the next day, as my original contract was not honored. This business had abbreviated hours later in the week, and I indicated that if the gift was not delivered the next day, during a specific time frame, I would have to cancel the order as it would no longer be fresh and due to the abbreviated business hours the rest of the week.
Luckily, they did deliver within the time range I specified the next day. But this delivery situation was rather stressful and unnecessary and tainted my experience with gift tree
Ordered basket for Mother's Day since I couldn't be there with my mom. Paid extra for expedited shipping so it would arrive before Mother's Day. Basket was delivered two days late. Called company and they said there was nothing they could do. Wouldn't even refund my extra shipping fee. Will not use Gift Tree again.

I paid to have chocolates delivered with flowers. They were not delivered. I called the next day and they said it would be rectified. It has not been. I want the chocolates delivered or I want my money back!

The lobster dinner was well received but my reason for picking gift tree was the dachshund free gift since the dinner was for my dog walkers. After requesting, I was told it was random the limited supply so feel it was not really available at all.

My son moved from Virginia to Florida and I wanted to send him a Gift Basket for Easter 2021. I was going to send an e-gift card from Whole Foods but decided to order this gift by Gift Tree that popped up on my Google Search. I had never heard of Gift Tree but saw they had good reviews. The most important thing to me was getting the $100 gift basket to my son by Easter Sunday. The site offered to get it to him by April 3rd for an extra $11.95 on top of the regular $16.90 FedEx delivery. They failed to get it to him for Easter and it arrived in the afternoon on April 6th. I was not happy with this un-promised service. I did send an email to Gift Tree to request a refund for the extra $11.95 that was not promised and they denied my very reasonable request. Thank you for your time.

I chose the product for the first time because the advertisement for the Gift Baskets seemed nice. I wanted to send my son a surprise for Easter.

Ordering was easy and convenient. The product that was delivered was way below average than the 'gourmet' products advertised on the product page at the time of purchase and the presentation was 'ok' but lacked refinement.

We were looking for a thank you gift, and found GiftTree. They offered a gift basket that fit what we were looking for perfectly. The recipients were thrilled with the basket and all of the goodies in it.

I paid over $55 in shipping costs to have a gift delivered on a specific day. The delivery was attempted, but the recipient wasn't home. Had it been clear to me a signature was required I would have made alternate arrangements. The two gifttree customer service representatives insisted that it was clear on the site, and after a significant amount of time on the phone, didn't offer me as much as a coupon for a future purchase for the disappointment. While they did call to apologize, that didn't address that I'd spent nearly 30% of the cost of the gift for a delivery that did not occur as promised.

The plant for the visitation did not make it. It was cancelled because it could not be delivered. I was not aware of the cancellation until after the funeral! I have never been more disappointed. I was not notified until after the funeral the next day. I had zero time to make other arrangements. I was so upset and mad. I will never use Gift Tree again.

Please allow more words in the card. It needs to be long enough for at least a couple of sentences & then who it's from. I love gift tree, but when it's a sympathy gift, at least, there needs to be more words allowed.

I ordered my gifts in October to be sent. I ordered early due to supply chain. They were not available and I just found out almost too late to order. You have not equal replacement and only offered me a gift card to replace it with. If I wanted to give a gift of gift card it wouldn't be from gift tree. The only similar items are now 30 more. I canceled those orders and gave my business to another company.
The individual was very nice but she didn’t have a good solution.
I’ve bought 10-15 of my Christmas presents every year here for company gifts. I will not next year.
