This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
The process on-line for ordering the gift was simple and quick. Follow up Emails kept me informed of the progress at all times. This was a WEDDING gift ordered by myself a Resident in the UK for delivery to Relatives in the USA. It arrived on the day requested... all in all a very pleasant customer experience

I ordered something to be sent for someone, and I paid to reroute to a different address-same Boro. It took 5 days for it to be delivered!
No one compensated me. I also paid extra for Rush!
UPS informed me the package was delivered last to them, which is why things got set back!

I ordered a fruit basket for a friend who lives on a ranch in Montana. The timing of the delivery was important because the recipient is only there certain days the the week (having to attend to a family member for health reasons). So I specifically requested a delivery date (Nov 2,2021) so they would be home when the gift basket was delivered. Instead Fed Ex ended up delivering it on Friday October 29th and it sat for 3 days in freezing temperatures before the recipient got home on Monday Nov 1st. The fruit was frozen solid and bot sure if any of the contents were edible. It's lucky the box was consumed by wildlife since the area is frequented by bears, raccoons and other critters.

It looked like a nice gift box and great fruit… unfortunately all of which froze due to being delivered 5 days earlier than requested.
I purchased the delightful basket and it was very disappointing. Just not what I expected based on the reviews and past purchase experience. Wondering if Giftree is only publishing the positive reviews. I purchased the upgrade and all it came with was an apple, green grapes, a banana and orange along with some very basic snacks you can buy at Walgreens such as pepridge farm goldfish crackers and trailmx from Costco! If I wanted a Costco level basket, I would have just bought one there. Next time I'll have to look elsewhere for my gift baskets. Sad, since my first basket I had purchased from Giftree was outstanding. Seems things have done downhill. Hate to think what would have been in the basic basket, had I not purchased the upgrade.

My gift was supposed to arrive on the 29th of January. I paid extra for that assurance. I called Monday morning, the rep couldn't open the tracking for the package. I relayed that I was unhappy and she assured me I would get a call or email from a manager. No correspondence was received. Very poor service.

I had a quick delivery address change and Shelby was so quick and kind in helping me do that. I actually chose you because I had ordred with you in the past as your company name came up on American Express rewards so I decided to try you for holiday shopping.
I was excited about gifting our friends with a quality basket like the one I found with GiftTree however despite paying extra to have it arrive on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, it was not delivered until 2 days later than the date I designated. The response from Customer Service was "the shippers are slow due to Covid". Really? For someone that has UPS at my house EVERY day, I found that to be a poor excuse. Though I didn't ask for any refund, I was told that "no refund on the shipping charges would be given since they can't get a refund from the shipper". Seems there could have been some attempt made to correct an issue and the bad feelings it left but, they chose not to.

A reply email advised that the voucher was time-expired but no expiry date was on the voucher.
OK but replies stopped when I complained about the time-expiry on the discount voucher.

The Website is lovely and nice vari6of gifts. I have used GiftTree in the past and never encountered any problems however this time was different.
The gift was never received on the due date. On the tracking it says 'Delivered' but GiftTree have yet to inform me as to where and to whom the gift was delivered. In the meantime I have sent several emails and am still waiting for a response as to where 'The Gift' is? My son has tried to call several times but cannot get through.
It would seem that when something goes wrong the aftersales service is very poor and unacceptable.
Not great if you encounter a problem.

My only issue was that the invoice I received didn't fully itemise the charges, the gift itself and the delivery were there but those two items didn't add up to the total. So a bit disappointed, but the gift was appreciated and I saw it on a facetime call and it looked good.

For my daughter's birthday, so I chose items I knew she'd enjoy.
1. Gift was scheduled for delivery on 12/22, which was what I told the recipient, but was delivered on 12/20. I wasn't notified until 2 hours after delivery and was unable to reach the recipient to have him check for the gift. I later found out that he opened his front door to get another scheduled delivery and found the gift box.
2. Had I waited 2 days to order I could have taken advantage of the flash sale.

Was wanting to send an edible arrangement for Mother's Day, but couldn't believe how much more I could get for my money on Gift Tree. Delivery was exact time as promised and sent via notification on the day of delivery. Would so use Gift Tree again in the future and so would my Mom. I didn't personally see the basket as it was for a coworker's passing. It was delivered a day late which I have not had happen with previous orders. But, the recipient said it was a beautiful basket. I have always had great feedback on the numerous baskets I have sent. Hopefully the late delivery was a one time mishap.

Originally I was not so impressed with this site. I had received a basket as a gift that came with one opened item and switched one item with another that I could not eat. I also was not impressed with the presentation of my items, it was more items in a box than a basket arrangement. I called them to tell them about the opened item and my unhappiness with the new switched item. They said they would fix it and send out a replacement. I was expecting the two faulty products to just be replaced and mailed to me. What I did not expect was that they would send an entirely new gift basket! The 2nd basket they sent was so much nicer than the first. They sent me a more premium one, arranged nicely, with many more delicious items. I am really impressed with the service and that they did that. Thank You!
I booked my order to be delivered on the 17th, I got it on the 10th.
The worst part was that the fruits were all spoiled already!, also the packages inside the box were damaged. Customer service was fast to solve the issue. I got the refund, but I am still very disappointed.

Jeez, I wished I read this site before I ordered a $135 basket! I ordered, paid, and received all the normal confirmations. Next day I received a call, "sorry we don't deliver in that area (Wilmington, NC, 5 min from Wrightsville Beach) it is too rural." I said it is not. Its at the damn beach. I asked why would you accept my order and take my money if you don't deliver in that area? The customer service rep sounded so beat down, kept saying so sorry, I pointed out look you took my order, and charged me shipping charges, I don't get it. The rep said, they could switch the basket out, and FedEx it? When the "exchange was done" it was $17 less than what I paid, I said REFUND ME, and I am going to slaughter you're scam on Social Media.
GiftTree is 100% focused on making sure everything about the gift is perfect! During my order I filled out a card for the person I was giving the gift to, but I forgot to sign it. Instead of just auto-processing the order, GiftTree saw that I had forgotten to sign the card, contacted me about it, and allowed me to correct my mistake at no cost to me. Now that's great customer service! Not to mention the person I sent the gift to absolutely loved it, and said the package was beautifuly put together, and the basket was superb quality that she was going to keep and put on display!
I didn't contact them, they contacted me about a mistake I made during the order (I forgot to sign the card) to double check if I meant to make that mistake or not. On top of that they allowed me to correct my mistake at no charge. Top notch customer service!

I wanted to send a really nice gift to an online friend who had just got married. The gift basket I chose seemed perfect.
As my gift basket has not yet been delivered (schedulled for December 20) it's a little difficult to give my overall experience. I was tho a little disappointed that the gift basket I originally chose could not be delivered to a Tennessee address. Was it because I chose a basket with alcohol?

I order the flower cupcakes for my mom and she loved it. I love the detail of the flowers and she said the cupcakes were delicious and fresh. I feel it is a great gift for all women for every occasion. It combines the beauty of the flowers and instead of throwing these after few days you get to eat them.
It was a gift for my mother for her 88th birthday and first of all, delivered on time and second, she loved it, all of it.

I had to reenter all the shipping information for the second gift to the same person. The site didn't remember the information so it took more time than necessary.
Site is easy to use! Only wish that there were features/options to spellcheck and edit personalized items during the checkout process. I realized I'd misspelled a word and had to use the back arrow then reenter the payment info again vs. the card message which was easy to update.
