This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.

Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...

This company is the worst ive seen, Amanda one of the managers could not admit they messed up my order, so they had to come up with an instant years prior where they messed up yet again and threatened them with disputing the charges if they didn't deliver the merchandise and turned it on me after they cancelled my order because it was "protocol" if you change credit cards on the order. I'm so glad they are not the only company in the USA, but I can honestly say, IT IS THE WORST>

I had to throw out the Champagne and Chocolates that I sent because the candy was totally melted and the wine was bitter from being in a Hot truck for 3 days!
I specifically requested the delivery be to the BACK Door, as the front of the Townhouse sits on a major road, where stopping is Not allowed. The imbecile driver parked in the back and walked around to the front, where he left stickers on the front door that nobody saw! $100 OF A CELEBRATION GIFT WASTED!

THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM GIFT TREE. I ORDERED COOKIE CRAVINGS DUO AND THE COOKIES WERE NASTY. THE COOKIES COME IN PACKAGES. THE PACKAGES HAD MULTIPLE EXPIRATION DATES. THE COOKIES TASTED STALE AND WEREN'T FRESH AS DESCRIBED. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON'T CARE. SO SAD HOW COMPANIES TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY AND DONT PROVIDE TOP NOTCH SERVICE. GIFT TREE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GIFT TREE. RIP OFFS

Ordered from them on December 10th for a Christmas gift and it has yet to be delivered - today is the 29th.
They told me it'd be delivered by the 17th and now the office that it was being sent to will be closed until after New Years. They don't want to help at all saying it's basically not their problem. Won't refund. And if the package never makes it- I only get a store credit, not money back. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They charged me $70 for some chocolate and popcorn- never again. Next time I'll just deliver it myself. At least I'll know it made it.

I would have liked to see what they're product was like but unfortunately they said they could do overnight deliveries but then called me 3 days later to say they still hadn't sent it out.

I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BUY FROM GiftTree. Had the same problem as other customers ordering in advance to make sure it will arrive on Christmas time. One basket arrived three days after Christmas, second 6 days later and third basket arrived 13 days after Christmas! On top of that people that received the third basket are close enough to us to send us pictures of the basket all messed up and with cheap products in it. We spent $430 for cheap snacks! The first two baskets were sent to important people to us for appreciation, we feel so uncomfortable! On Jan 2nd I called to complain about the lateness of the first two baskets and that the third basket wasn't received at all! Guy called James told me the same thing as other unhappy customers. The delivery was only for an "estimated date" and he refused to give back any refund. I asked for a refund on the third basket that wasn't received at all and he said they have to investigate with posts and he accused me of giving the wrong address. So unprofessional! He said he will send me an email. I never received an email or refund from them and later that day the basket was delivered to the right address, almost two weeks from the day I ordered it. I will never use GiftTree again!

Tip for consumers:
Very unprofessionally handling their issues and no following up on their promise to get back to their customer!
