This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
We sent this to our son & daughter-in-law after our son's release from the hosp. Very disappointed. What I saw in the picture was very different from what they received. There has got to be a way for you to ship a basket the way it looks in the pic. I can see subsatuting 1 or 2 items but most of the items listed were not in the basket. No Almond Roca, Cherry sours, peanuts, roasted peanuts, cookies, lemon sticks, or Ghirrodeli choc. Squares or tropical mix. They did receive Godiva pearls, salted caramel churro almonds (small bag), Strawberry dark choc bar, chocolate sticks, chocolate caramel barrels, dark choc aged bourban caramels, and pomagranite truffels (4).
I didn't especially choose GiftTree. I was looking up Harry and David and I thought this was their company.
I choose this product because everything that was listed were items that they liked. I was very disappointed to say the least. Seriously. I would like my money back.

I received gift baskets of food and wine from this web site - the basket brought indian meal moth larve into my house in which 10 days after delivery I ended up with a terrible infestation of these indian meal moth worms... had to be from the basket this company sent as the infestation point was directly around their basket and there was nothing else new brought into that room in the past 2 weeks, thankfully that gift basket food was kept out of my kitchen so it didnt infest all my other food. When I called the company they denied it could even possibly be from them & the customer service rep only argued with me and accepted absolutely no responsibility... no offers were made to attempt to make up for this disgusting experience! NEVER BUY A FOOD GIFT BASKET FROM GIFTTREE.COM!

I received a notice from GiftTree that the package was delivered 2 days early left on the front porch. It was not delivered to the proper home. My daughter never received her gift!

I was very disappointed my gift for a big customer was not delivered on time for Christmas. I know the weather caused the delays. I totally understand.
I called customer service and I had the most amazing customer service rep James Sargent he was absolutely amazing. He was kind, understanding, listened to my concerns my gift for a big client wasnt received in time and i was totally embarrassed the client did not get their gift. James went over and above he took the time to contact the customer and tell them why it was delayed. You have an exemplary employee he took the initiative to make me happy and go over and above. I will be a loyal customer for this reason. I order a lot of baskets for my customers i real estate and will order from your company because of James. I hope you give him a nice gift or bonus for his amazing customer service.
You dont find that service these days. I used to own my own business and I know how hard it is to find amazing employees like James so I hope you recognize him.
James Sargent is absolutely amazing . He was kind, genuine, understanding and took care of my concerns that my clients did not receive their basket in time due to weather . He went over and above by calling my client . He truly cares and understands your customers . Gifts are so important and you can tell he loves his job and is passionate about it and your customers.

I was told by the person I sent the basket to that a lady called him and was VERY NASTY, Not sure if she was from Gift Tree or where you were sending the basket from, Also I asked for a specific basket and that was not what was sent, is was suppose to be ALL fruit and there were crackers and some other item in it. Very upset with this order, I never had a problem before that's why I use you.

BBQ sauce and rub are good. My issue is the crate was already broken. Screws were stripped and lid wasn't attached. The crate was a main reason for purchasing this gift. Very disappointing.

I ordered a fruit basket, got a notice that it was going to be delivered and then received a voicemail saying "Oh, we can't find a florist to deliver your basket." Very disappointing.

GiftTree always provides exceptional customer service! However, the products do not always match the customer service. I think GiftTree is best for fruit. My husband and I have not had such good luck with desserts. This was our 3rd dessert purchase and so far only 1 of those purchases was phenomenal. Instead of cake for a birthday, we ordered the One Dozen Ultimate Cupcakes-Dark, Milk, & White Assortment. When they arrived, the box seemed especially small for a dozen cupcakes. When we opened the box, they were the size of cupcakes you would buy in a grocery store or bake at home. The picture is deceiving, and the toppings are too. It absolutely reminded me of store-bought cupcakes. They tasted terrible. They were so bad, on the day of the birthday, we went out to a restaurant for dessert instead. Even on sale, we paid way too much for these cupcakes, but we expected the highest quality from GiftTree. I don't think we will ever order dessert again from GiftTree. However, their fruit is amazing and so is their customer service. Desserts--not so much.

I was grateful I received a GiftTree gift card, I usually order for someone else but this time I'm ordering for my husband and I. I contacted customer service because this item says you can get "sparkling" instead of the wine, but there is no option to pick that. When I called customer service, I was told they aren't doing that at this time unless it's a very large order. If that's the case, it would be nice if that was posted because now we will have a bottle of wine and we don't drink wine. We'll find someone to give it to, but that's not the point. Non-alcoholic should be an option especially when it's listed on the item. The customer service is always super awesome though and the representative was very nice and professional!

I would've given 5 stars except the Red Velvet cake was not available for purchase. It's February and Valentine's Day is coming up and I have a few birthdays to celebrate... can't understand why the Red Velvet cake--perfect for Valentine's Day--would not be available. I had to choose something else but at least I know it will be delicious as I've ordered cakes before and NEVER disappointed.
I've ordered cakes before and they are absolutely DELICIOUS! Plus the pricing is very reasonable and often free shipping and coupons are available. I know I can count on the quality of anything I purchase even if GiftTree doesn't have the certain item I wanted.
I LOVE the QUALITY of items every time I order from GiftTree, definitely SUPERIOR by far comparatively! The only reason I gave 4 stars is I feel the selection is lacking particularly in the fruit basket section. My mom loves this fruit for her birthday but she is only one person and there aren't enough options to purchase for just one person. Not only that, I would like to see more selection with fruits and other healthy items, not so much chocolate and candy since my mom is diabetic. But overall, I am so happy with GiftTree and continue to order when I find a product that fits the occasion.
