This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
On the letter ( note) that I paid $ 10 extra for - your company did not put my name on the note. So - when my customer received the gift package - they did not know who it came from...

I gifts came well packaged and on time. The people I bought the gift said that it was well packaged and looked great! The cheese slate is really nice too! I will be buying from here again!
I ordered the Metropolitan Gourmet Gift Basket for my niece for Christmas. I placed the order online December 7th. My niece lives in North Carolina and Gift Tree shipped it from their North Carolina warehouse on Dec 12th, for a delivery on December 18th. The basket was just delivered this morning, January 6th! I called their costumer service number several time and was told they couldn't do anything about it... it was the US Post offices' fault! First of all, WHO ships baskets with the Post Office this day in time? They promised me delivery before Christmas and they should have used a more reliable delivery service like Fed EX or UPS! They took my money and washed their hand clean of the responsibility of seeing that my basket was delivered when promised! I will Never use this company for a gift again!

I sent this as a gift to my bestie who lives in another state. She LOVED it, it is such a unique idea! The bottle is awesome! I'll probably send more of them to more friends!
It was a gift to my mother for her birthday. She called beyond excited about how nice it was when she received it and has since said how delicious everything has been. It delivered on time.

First time using GiftTree, my experience was this:
Looking on the internet for a housewarming gift for my brother and my SIL. Already had in my mind all the puppy things—new house comes with puppy (Amazon helped solve that part.)
Amazon couldn't help with something curated and thoughtful.
So stumbled upon GiftTree in my search.
Once they finally got it, they liked the gift basket and it arrived well packaged.
But it was SO MUCH coordination that I had to do on my end with UPS and GiftTree, and …. Sadly with the gift "receivers." (Spent time locating how to talk customer support at GiftTree, spent more time on hold with UPS, back to …GiftTree)
Anyone reading this gets that cycle I bet.
But, It ruined the surprise and the fun of it.
It's was a gift for my daughter in NYC. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived! My daughter was very pleased with the surprise and said the contents were very good.
I send all my clients a gift & "Gift Tree" online site is easy to make an order & they have great speedy delivery. I have never had a gift delivered damaged which is a great relief
Package with wine and chocolates was delivered on time with the appropriate add ons! First time user and would use this service again. My wife loved the gift and the added detail.
It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but you deliver it on Saturday. No one was going to be home all weekend so the items just sat in front of the door melting in the sun.

The basket is beautiful and the recipient loved it but it took a week longer to deliver due to weather conditions. I appreciated the communication to let me know about the delay.
I don't know specifics since it was a condolence gift and I did not want to ask - but the gift arrived quickly and reliably, and the recipient seemed appreciative.
Looked appealing online. Price was reasonable.
Gift arrived to my hosts while I was visiting them and I was very embarrassed by the size of the basket and snacks. Not anywhere near worth the price.
