This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...

The item never arrived. I ordered it for a funeral, and it did not arrive. The funeral will take place early tomorrow morning, and I will not get it in time.

The delivery service kept putting deliveries on hold despite the fact that all the addresses are correct. We received more than 10 notifications saying that deliveries were put on hold.

Your website advertises free shipping, however shipping had been added to orders. I have attempted to contact your website regarding this on numerous times, however I didn't receive a reply.
As stated earlier I contacted them as free delivery was offered but was included when I checked out. I quarried this in an email to GiftTree but didn't hear anything back
I chose GiftTree because i thought it was the best fit for what i was looking for. I needed to send basket to various areas on the U. S mainland as well as Hawaii just before Christmas. This was completed on schedule without any issues.
I chose these products based on who they were intended for, price and contents.

BFF loved the trio case! I was able to send her California wines instead of me. She said it was beautifully presented and the specific wines I ordered were ecstatically received.

I didn't like the presentation. I thought the gift would come in a nice basket. Like it appeared on your website. It is misleading.
Instead it arrived in a brown box! It looked cheap.
Ordering was great, REQUESTED the items be delivered on Dec 16th to get free shipping….both were delivered TODAY…Dec 10th….do you really think these "snack items" will be here in a week? The date of deliverers was given for a reason…PLEASE DO AS THE CUSTOMER ASK!

First time around trying to order this item my charges included 3 peak charges; system gave me 12-22 for delivery which was good but then told me it wasn't available; charged me shipping on 12-22 but not for 12-23... this system is truly messed up

I like the products on the website but hesitate to order due to the very high delivery fee charged. Therefore I don't order as often as I would if the fees were lower.

I needed a quick gift to send someone in another city and state. The gift arrived to the hotel on time and the receiver of the gift was amazed at the quality. Very nice and elegant gift!
I sent a gift basket as a birthday gift. It was meant to arrive Saturday sept 18. It arrived at the b and b Thursday sept 23. The birthday girl had to drive an hour back to the B and B to pick it up.

Every step of this process, from ordering, to website info, to payment, to delivery, was simple. The gift was delivered on the day that was requested.

I paid extra to have the gift delivered on Saturday 4/3 the recipients birthday, it wasn't delivered until 4/4 the day after, I didn't pay to have it "maybe" get there by 4/3. I understand that what with Covid things are going slower which is WHY I PAID MORE to have it make it there on time. When I called to ask for shipping refund I was told I was "lucky it got there by 4/4" and there would be no refund.
