This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
Most of it being my fault being 85 and handicapped, I went thru the packages fast and selected what I thought was a nice package and it comes with comments like the paCKAGES WERE very small although they were very tastry
We needed to get a gift fast and yours program was the first one thought of.
The basket I ordered was quite small and underwhelming for the price. I guess I should have measured the dimensions to understand how little it would be.
They are liars! If you pick something that states (guarantee delivery same day if ordered before 2 pm) and are counting on it to get done forget i!. I ordered small regular flowers nothing exotic and a simple fruit basket nothing you can't run to the grocery down the street and get to be delivered same day. Ordered at 8:30 am, they call and said their partenering forest did not have the fruit basket ready because it takes time to get the freshest fruit can in be delivered in the morning. I said sure but need to be in the morning my mother in law is having bypass surgery the next day and need to have time to enjoy the gifts. Yes mam will do! LIE! It is 4:30 pm the next day still not delivered but the reason is the forest did not have the exact flowers yesterday (LIE)! The I call this after noon earlier they said it is on the truck and will be there soon now they are saying maybe around 6 pm! She can't eat after 9pm and now has a basket of fruit and flowers she will only see for a few hours when she should have been able to enjoy then for a day in a half. She will go to surgery and be in the hospital (ICU 3 days floor 2 days) the flowers will be dead when she gets home and the fruit rotted. I expressed this at each call and no one gave a crap! My Advise Call a direct place within the area you are send and deal directly with them. Gift Tree got my 130.00 dollars and cause me distress, disappointment, anger and sadness if you want to risk feeling the same way give them a call put you loving thoughts in their hands!
The cukescakes received were just as advertised. They were beautiful and delicious too. Cakes were well packaged to prevent spoilage and any distortion of the gorgeous decorations.
It seemed like a trustworthy company and their products appeared to be of high quality.
I chose the cupcakes because they appeared to fit the occasion and the person to whom they were being gifted. They were very tastefully decorated and very attractive.
I love this company! The people that I have sent gifts to they like the quality and the packaging of the goods. The order arrives on time:)

Basket was great but I paid extra for early delivery and it showed up a day later, shouldn't have requested early delivery as it cost extra and didn't happen.
The basket I ordered was supposed to be delivered TODAY (March 17th). I ordered AND PAID plenty of time in advance for this to be delivered TODAY. Yet, it was NOT DELIVERED as ordered. This was an important gift for a 90th birthday.

It was a lovely basket but due to the extreme heat the chocolates melted but I think they put them in the freezer and refroze them, they really enjoyed the cookies/biscuits

What Gift Tree did to me is called "bait and switch". Charged me top dollar for beautiful flower arrangement that they displayed on a website picture. Sent me email that gift is scheduled for delivery and then at the last moment informed me that flowers are not available and instead they would replace them with so called "designer choice". They refuse to show me how the flowers look like and did not allow to speak with a florist. I did not have time to reorder another flowers, so I was hoping the Gift Tree would have curtesy to replace the arrangement with something comparable to what I have ordered. What they sent instead did not worth even fraction of what I ordered. That was just an embarrassment! When I called customers service they said if I have problems they would have to collect the flowers back. It was terrible, as they did not embarrass me enough.
What a rip off! Just want to warn fellow shoppers, so they be careful and would not become victims of Gift Tree with theirs rip-off service.

It is greatly disappointing to know that the bouquet you selected was not able to be fulfilled in the Fort Pierce, FL area. Upon calling out to several florists in this and surrounding areas, we did contact you the day prior to the requested delivery date to discuss options of what could be done and moved ahead with your approval to deliver a designer's choice arrangement.
While setting proper expectations, each designers choice is indeed a one-of-a-kind creation and we are not able to pin-point exact flowers that will be used in these arrangements. I do see that a 50% refund has been issued back to your account and again am very sorry that this was not a great experience.

Did not recieve. I checked with the recipient and she did not recieve it. I spent extra money to get it there and never received. I'm not a happy person right now.

The gift was great, but didn't have a card identifying who had sent it. This was the 2nd time I have used this service, and this happened the first time also.
I likes the variety of choices.
I thought my father would enjoy the products included in the basket.
Thank you for your recent order! It pains me to hear the card messages weren't received with your gifts. We take extra measures to tuck each card in safely with the little sleeve attached to the scissors that come with the gift and tie it tightly to the ribbon. Once another service was chosen my Gift was delivered on time.
I was very satisfied.
Went to order another basket for a client. The delivery charge was $25 plus. The front page of your website said FREE SHIPPING. I canceled the second order.
Was told the destination address triggered the shipping charge. Frazier Park, Kern County, and Huntington Beach, Orange County, depending on where you are located - does not seem to be a big whoop of difference.

My first reaction when I saw your product on your website was "WOW". I was not disappointed in my purchase and my family on the East Coast who received it were equally impressed.

Excellent fast delievery of a 3lb. Choclate Turkey for my niece who was going to cook cornish hens instead of a turkey! WHAT?! She loved the surprise but is still not cooking a whole turkey! :D

I have used your service for many years and have almost always been impressed with both the quality and delivery punctuality of your product and service. Sadly I can't say that this time around. Imagine my surprise when I paid extra to have my gift delivered on the 23rd of December and it has been delayed til the 29th with no explanation whatsoever (the 24th or 26th would have been fine). I would expect to be refunded the extra delivery fee in this case. I was also promised a 15% discount on 4 orders I made on the same day after receiving the email offering such. I initially only used the code on the last one and notified the customer service rep of my oversight. I was assured via email that the discount would be applied. Looking at my credit card statement online I see no such credits. I would have liked to have seen some transparency where it was clarified as to why I did not receive the discount and why the delivery is so late. I have received neither. Please be forthcoming regarding these issues.
