This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
Unfortunately the bottom box was dented in pretty bad but the rest of it looked great. It's a Christmas gift so we haven't tried it yet.

Easy to purchase and schedule
Spent $130 on a gift basket with flowers balloons and chocolates and had it delivered to my fiances clinic to surprise her! Only to be told at about 2pm that they do not deliver flowers on valentines dayafter they took my money and confirmed delivery for valentines daynow I have to wait 3 days to get my money back. Now they have all my card informationthis is the most unprofessional and unreliable excuse for a scam that there can be. DO NOT TRUST THIS TRASH! RUINED EVERYTHING I FEEL ROBBED
I ordered a Deluxe Gourmet Gift Basket with One Bottle of Champgne for $149.99 or $181.37 after service and delivery fees. What was delivered was nothing like what was pictured online. My recipient received a $18.99 bottle of sparkling wine from Safeway in a poorly wrapped basket with rainbow color ribbon and bright orange crinckle cut paper strips (this was especially embarassing as this was a birthday gift for a grown man). I even confirmed on the phone that the contents would include a $50 bottle of nice champagne. I contacted GiftTree about their satisfaction guarantee and they told me that they would only refund the $19.95 service charge. After telling them that I didnt want money I just wanted the product delivered that was advertised they stopped responding to my emails and now I can not log on to my GiftTree account no doubt so that I can not review the item.
This is called deceptive advertising and it is theft to take someones money and not give them what they agreed to pay for.

I have reviewed your order and it does look like the gift was set to be delivered the 13th, because the 13th and the 23rd would be right next to each other on the shipping calendar it's very likely that the 13th was accidentally selected. I am very upset with Gift tree. I ordered a bottle of wine to be delivered on October 9th. They shipped it via UPS. Since wine has to be signed for UPS would not leave it at the recipients door. I advised UPS and gift tree that these people were not home during the day but after 3:30 one of the teachers would be home. UPS came coming at the wrong time for two days. After 3 calls to both the sender and UPS UPS said that the sender must advise them. GIFT TREE lied and said that no one at UPS contacted them but they would contact UPS. Then on Veterans day when the recipient was home ALL DAY UPS made no attempt to deliver and told me that the address was wrong they still had not heard from Gift Tree but supposedly changed the address to the correct address. The next day Saturday they informed me that the wine was being returned to the sender as no one was home.This was also a lie as I had talked to the recipient who waited at home all day. When I contacted Gift Tree told me that I must wait until they received the wine back and then I would get a gift card. I don't want a gift card. I want my money back I can find no information on their website that states they do not grant refunds. By the time I get a refund if I get a refund Thanksgiving will be over and this was a gift for Thanksgiving. For shame.

I appreciate how frustrating it is to not be able to pick a delivery time, my own work schedule never seems to align with the drivers and it can be ever so irritating when a signature is required.
