This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
Are there even any words? Gift basket delivery was late, so my mother in laws birthday was over, you can see what they advertise vs what they deliver... and as for the wine? Cheap moscato that even had a "great value" sticker on it...
I ordered gifts for two friends. Unfortunately one package arrived damaged. I contacted gift tree and they immediately made good on the order. (I sent a picture showing the damage). Other than that, my friends were thrilled with the quality of the package (wines and chocolates!)
I use Gift Tree at least once a week to send an employee a tribute for hospitalization, death in the family or birth. I can always find a gift that is appropriate for each occasion and always get good reviews from the receiver.
I was very pleased with the selection and the fact that you delivered this gift basket, on time, eventhough I waited until a week before Christmas. I will make sure to use your services in the future.

I ordered a $70 gift basket of candy for my best friend that was supposed to have oreos, twix, kit kats, etc. and it had total crap items when it was delivered (off brand chips, popcorn, nuts). I was very disappointed and asked for a refund, only to receive a $15 gift card for more crappy products from their site. NEVER order from here!
I spent $95+ on a fruit and cookie Sympathy basket. My sister sent me pictures today of stale cookies and moldy pears and apple. She threw the entire contents of the basket away. I thought I would give this company a try, as it was promoted by American Express (I will contact American Express, also). I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. A refund, not replacement is expected. This was shameful customer service! I'll use the reliable Harry and David as I have for years.

I ordered with plenty of time to ensure delivery for a very delicate event. At the last second, it was postponed 3 days and completely missed all the people that were supposed to enjoy this basket of food. For what I paid - this really stunk.

This was our first bad experience with Gifttree. We ordered a charcuterie gift tray and it arrived spoiled. We called they apologized and said they would resend overnight and would be well packed. Just learned they sent it standard delivery and with the holiday now will arrive four (4) days later. Ugh!

Wanted to send my daughter something nice for her birthday and only had a few days. GiftTree delivered right to her workplace and she was thrilled. Ordering was easy and I will utilize their services again.
Ordered this for my brother and his family last Christmas together. He has cancer and dr says he has weeks left, so ordered his favorites. Order with 6 day later delivery and they accepted. Well, gift tree decided to change the order without letting me know. Decided they ran out of the ordered champagne- Veuve Clicot and sent rot gut instead. No sure what else they changed. Even shipment and delivery emails said they sent what I ordered. Found out from my brother. No notification or offer to discuss from gift tree. Finally confirmed from ups notification by clicking on picture of what was delivered and that took me to a page that said that changed order. I can't begin to say how disappointed, embarrassed and mad I am.
Not sure where this goes, but this will live in infamy for me

The basket I chose included Moet and Chandon and chocolate treats. This was perfect for the adults but I also wanted to included the children in the celebration and there were no choices for kid-friendly sparkling cider (like Martinelli's). Found out that you can add Martinelli's when you purchase a floral arrangement, which I did. However the local florist GT partnered with doesn't offer this option and refunded my money for the add-in.

Everything you want to add down to a delivery date is costly. In the end my bereavement gift was late. I guess if I'd paid extra it would've arrived on time. They gave me a delivery date and didnt keep it

Why respond to my inquiry on an email that cannot receive responses? Rather than have a refund, I'd like a replacement sent to me at the below address. Gift Tree was Fantastic. The Monterey wine basket was phenomenal (According to the recipient) The quality of items and quantity within the basket - you name it! All great and a perfect gift for the current chaos the world is experiencing. They even went above and beyond after UPS botched the delivery. I will be a customer for life!
Such a bad experience. I order gift 2 times, both arrived way after the date that I paid for. I paid for ice, however the chocolate was hot and melting. They are very unreliable and don't trust their words. They never call to say anything to you, they just deliver your gift anytime and they don't even care.
I called the first time to inquire about my delivery, they apologized and reimbursed the delivery fee. The second time I was so disappointed again and did not even bather calling. They never called me to give an excuse why they keep delivering my gifts late. I think this is just a pattern.
Because the items appear beautiful and I did not better.

I do appreciate your amazing service that you rendered time after time. Thrilling company - starting with your Customer Service representatives, they are courteous and warm. The products and magnificent and the shipping process is excellent, merchandise arrived in excellent condition, always on time despite the pandemic, superseding allotted time for example today I was given a delivery time of 7pm and this package was delivered hours ahead of schedule I am indeed satisfied...

I understand that products delivered will not be 100% exact as advertised, but that the floral arrangement received looked like a $10 bouquet bought at a supermarket with a $2.00 very ugly vase that it was put together in less than a minute...
I was buying this birthday floral arrangement I saw online for a very special person birthday and paid a total of $75.00 for it.

Excellent service and easy to order! I was a little concerned as it was supposed to require a signature but the UPS delivery just buzzed my son's apartment building and dropped it off inside the lobby without him signing but it was there when he went down to get it thankfully! My son was very pleased with the whole basket!
I ordered my my mom new beginnings bulb garden and it didn't mention that she had to water it to make it grow. Also showed it arriving in a cute blue metal basket but it didn't. It arrived in a basketweave covering a plastic pot. Not okay. Do not recommend. I'm so embarrassed. My mom didn't understand what she received. Here are pictures of what it was supposed to look like and what she got. So sad and embarrassed for this company.

I ordered the $199.00 Charcuterie and received a pale imitation of it---a little basket with a small amount of items. I have received full credit for a purchase in the future but the gift I was going to give to my wife on Christmas will not be there.
The person I dealt with was polite and helped me out but the fault lies not with this person but those who shipped the wrong product in the first place.

This purchase had no issues. Last two, something was wrong with one or two items. They fixed the first one, but the second one, they did not fix. Wanted all kinds of pictures which I sent but no resolve. Overall, most issues were minor and recipients were happy
One of the two baskets I ordered came to our house so that we could deliver to our family. I was so disappointed to see the gift basket it was small containing small packages of snacks. I will likely not be giving that basket or will supplement it with other purchases. I'm also going to be embarrassed when our son in another state receives his basket - what a disappointment.

I ordered a basket at the last minute to be delivered to my Mother for Mother's Day. She was thrilled with the contents and the fancy-ness of the basket. She was also excited about how many of the elements could be reused. Would definitely recommend GiftTree. An extremely pleasant and easy purchasing experience.
After not receiving an email confirmation after placing an order, speaking directly with GiftTree customer service, it was confirmed the original order was in the system but not processed. GiftTree guaranteed delivery on 12-24-22.
However, today 01-02-2023, I received notice from the gift recipient the delivery was made to the wrong address and only today, did the incorrect recipient hand-deliver the parcel.
And while calling during posted business hours, how is it the customer service telephone number answers the call is received outside business hours?

I paid for overnight shipping so that the gift basket would arrive by my brother in law's 50th birthday. They shipped by regular ground instead so it will get there a day after his birthday. Disappointing. It really screwed up what would have been a nice surprise on his birthday. Boo!
