Purchased two previous vehicles, one used and one new. The sales staff was pretty good and worked to get my wife and I into the the rides. The problem is the maintenance department. At every turn over the last 5 years or so we were treated like we didn't know what we were talking about, incorrect repairs being made without consent, and repairs claimed that did not take place. To be fair, the owners were more than helpful when we took our problems to them. And it seems that troubleshooting methods required by the corp aided in incomplete analysis. In the end the problems were all corrected but I just have a difficult time with the auto repair management. When looking for a new car most recently we felt like we didn't have enough dough to make it worth their time so we went else where. That may have been a result of recent repair complaints though. I'd say give 'em a try, the owners when approached are far better than any others I've dealt with when problems occured. The fixer guys,... not so good. Sales team,. Pretty good-usually.
