I heard about glambot.com from a girl friend who works at Ulta. I checked out the site and was amazed that they have thousands of items available for purchase. I was able to find a MAC Studio Tech Cream Compact Foundation that is now discontinued. Because it was my first purchase, I was able to use a 15% off code that was emailed to me. Pretty awesome. Although the item was listed as 80% fill, it arrived in almost new condition. Although used makeup is not for everyone, it's great for those looking for a rare item or for expensive brands on a discount. I'm on their email list and this they are always rolling out insane deals, at least once a week. I like to check the site now and then to see what new items they have listed on the site. It's fun to even just window shop!
This is a very shady and misleading company. They have an estimator on their site of what one can earn selling slightly used makeup. Yet they consistently pay about.50 to $1 per item. The BBB needs to shut this "business" down.
Unless you are going to just throw it away, DO NOT sent new expensive makeup to these people. I sent unused high end brands and they gave me a ridiculous offer of less than 60.00 for all of it. I didnt want to go thru the hassel of sending it back so I accepted. But I will never do that again. They sell the products for almost the full cost but cannot be fair to the people to keep them in business.
I made a order with glambot and I'm really disappointed the have basically take more money out of my account when the total came to $181 and when I did the payment I checked my account next day and I have seen they have take way more money out pretty much $100 more. I will be contact customer afairs this is pretty much stealing
I had previous bought a fake version of sugarpill ElektroCute from a local store and I could not find the right one anywhere else. I also had a bad experience with online shopping but gave this one a try for the sake of my favorite brand. Apart from too late delivery, I liked my package.
I placed an order for Urban Decay along with other products 2 weeks ago and I received it after 6 days. But that wasn't the amazing thing. After I had finalized the order, the summary came up and I realized there was $27 on top of what I had intended to pay. It was my mistake, I had ordered for a wrong type, not what I needed. When I contacted their customer service to cancel the order, they were understanding enough to do so and placed I was able to make a correct order. I was saved from extra costs and I was happy with that human touch.

Upon having personal experience with Glambot and having them sponsor me - I can tell you honestly this place is BAD. All of the good reviews are fake or paid, which I think is just disgusting. I sent a huge box of high end makeup and they never sent me an offer. I sent them numerous emails and they never got back to me. They literally stole my makeup. I will never do business with them. Stay away from this company!
I LOVE Glambot, Sometimes I place 5-6 orders per week and the items have always been amazing. My pet peeve is that their CS is pretty much inexistant. I received a shattered palette so I've sent them emails, DMs, commented on their IG post with no response. I would still use Glambot but next time I'll make sure to use Paypal to checkout. I understand that they're a small business and they might be short staffed but please if you read this work on that. CS is one of the most important aspect of online shopping.
I purchase items from this webite glambot, and spend nearly 346.74 US dollar. I order it on jan-feb, now its almost May I haven't received my item. The track also stop until transit, never delivered shipped. Some of my items, the worst, not even have history track that already 1month+. How ridiculous this company! Ive try to email them, and dm instagram, and wanted to comment however they limited their message which make me more think this company is scam. Why would they limits their comment in ig? Because no one public will read em? This is so frustating! I want my item or if you don't shipped, i want full refund! Lets be fair. I wish i can show you my photo of their track history, not even update on where my item is! So sad! Ive trust you, but this is what they gave? Guess I am just another victim of this scam. Sounded so good. I should have known better. They have had a box of make-up from me for a month now. I have repeatedly tried to make contact. I get the runaround. And I no longer beleive I am going to get paid for my items. I am going to chalk it up to a lesson learned. Could have been worse.
I sent a box to Glambot in June of 2020. It is now June 2021, and after dozens of emails sent to their customer service, I have received no response about the whereabouts of my package and products. I know I sent the items correctly, the same as I had done twice before, successfully. This time I sent double the amount of products, took the time to VERY carefully pack them per glambot instructions and expected to get an offer within 6 weeks. A year later, the only response I was given was a generic email with a shipment tracking number that had ZERO information attached to it. They have literally ignored all my inquiries and never gave me any reason as to why or where the massive box of high end makeup I sent just disappeared. I hope this I a one time occurrence, but it looks like they have a good system of hiding from customers like myself. BOOOO GLAMBOT! They take advantage of their sellers and buyers!

If you have issues with blemishes, color differences, etc. this is a brand worth exploring. Because we sell items at a steep discount from retail, Glambot is a great way to try brands and items that you dno't want to pay full dollar on!
I was going to buy from your company but, all the reviews I read are super negative and yor scamming people out of money and very extreme late shipppng. Not mention very expired experation dates. Not worth a headache for me, ill pay full price. Cant risk catching something. Get some sufficient customer service... Glambot.

These guys are really nice like their products. You get exactly what you ordered for just in time. There is a time they delivered behind schedule but they gave an understandable explanation.

I wouldn't recommend Glambot (buying or selling) to ANYONE - not even my worst enemy.
First of all - it's not 100% safe, as stated on their website. How can they even commit to 100% safe is beyond me. Second of all, their customer service is practically non-existent. An error occurred with PayPal and my order was automatically canceled when the site did not register completed payment. So, even though I paid for the products, and GLAMBOT received my payment, they are not going to send those products to me. I've been waiting for a refund for weeks now (it literally takes a few minutes to process a refund through paypal). They don't answer my emails. They didn't even bother to provide an answer to my paypal dispute.
COMPLETE SCAM and horrible disregard to their buyers and sellers.
These are total scammers, I sent closed eyeshadow pallets I received as gifts that didn't have use for and they rejected them and asked me for $17 to return to me, total scammers don't deal with them at all, they should be reported for theft not Judy scamming...
What A CROCK! I spent the time wrapping all of my items and sent them a meticulously clean order with a complete inventory and it was worth at LEAST $5,000 new, so I'm sure expecting an offer of around $400 since the resale of some of my items would be HIGH. They offered me $77. $77! They can jump off a cliff for $77! Then they made me pay to ship my items back and the box had a HUGE rip in the side and half of my makeup is GONE! I wrapped my box inside another box when I sent it to them... I am so mad I am going to go to their warehouse and yell at them IN PERSON! $#*!S! Don't sell to these people!
I sent a sell package to them with 20 swatched, not used high end products from Hourglass, By Terry, Bobbi Brown, etc. My offer was $12. Yes $12. And if I want my items back, I need to pay $15. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I originally thought the website was good, my initial experience was okay. However, I received 3 damaged items so far and their response has been non-existent! Not only do they NOT respond to e-mails/open queries on their Zendesk. They even CLOSE THEM AFTER NOT RESPONDING! I have sent several reminders, I had to re-open the query and now it's gone again. At best they are severely understaffed, at worst they are scamming people by claiming they will respond to damaged item queries within 3-5 business days. At this point I am just disappointed and disgusted with this approach.

I mailed them 29 items of all high end cosmetics. Most all were new. They offered $23! Then they make like 2000%. Its a rip off and not worth your while.

I have used Glambot services over the last few years, however, I will not be using them ever again. In the past, I would receive offers averaging $135.00. This time, I sent them 88 eligible, high end items (Tom Ford, Chanel, Dior, Makeup Forever, and many more accepted brands). These were barely used items with a substantial amount of product remaining ( I have a tendency to use items once, maybe twice before deciding they are not right for me). I was offered $58. Really? 88 full sized items and they offer $58? According to their website estimator, I should have received much more. I have never sent them this large quantity and high quality products before yet always received a fair offer for those. What has happened to this company? Their offer was laughable and insulting to say the least. That breaks down to LESS THAN $1 per item... Needless to say, don't waste your time. Make your money on FB Marketplace, instead. Glambot has just lost one of their Best "sources" of product that make them $$. I will NEVER do business with this company again and strongly recommend you don't as well.

DO NOT send your makeup to glambot. It is a complete scam. I sent in a box of makeup, 40 items + almost 2 months ago and haven't heard a word back from them. Oh, and they claim free shipping, wrong I paid $35 shipping to get it too them. I repeat DO NOT USE GLAMBOT.
