My wife ordered my wedding ring from Glamira in November 2024 for our wedding in December 2024. What did we receive? The wrong model. A ring that, after just 8 hours of use on our wedding day, was already scratched and damaged. Glamira admitted the product was defective and promised a replacement.
Since then, it has been nothing but lies, delays, and excuses. They sent us an official PDF stating the ring would be delivered on February 20,2025. Now, when we ask for confirmation, they suddenly claim they have no idea when it will be ready.
Are they building a rocket ship or just a basic men's ring?
Months later, I still don't have my wedding ring, and we are still chasing them for answers.
I have filed a consumer complaint and initiated a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is a joke, and their so-called "production process" is just an excuse for never delivering what you paid for.
