If i could rate them lower i would! No reasonable replies as to why a laptop battery has not been sent to me, been almost 6 months since i paid for the product, customer service just gives excuses. Site did not say that this was a China based company. Huge scam.
They are absolutely horrible. Ordered 9-cell laptop battery 3 weeks ago and have sent 3 emails to them with no response. They are IN CHINA. They will not reply and if you get your item it will be two months later..
I ordered a battery for a cf-72 panasonic toughbook on November 19th, 2010. They said it would be delivered in 7 - 15 business days. After several weeks of emails back and forth, the person named Andy, which I had been in contact with told me that the packages had been returned, and I would have a refund in 48 hours. It has been 2 weeks since he said that. I've been ripped off for 100 dollars cdn. Now nobody will even answer my emails inquiring about my refund.
