I had a great experience buying my first damaged vehicle. The staff was helpful and I am very happy with the quality of the mercedes I purchased. I will be a return customer, for sure!
There are only 5 star reviews on their web page, but surprisingly you cant leave a review, so how all this reviews got to their website remains total mystery.
However, I was planing to purchase salvage vehicle that was listed on their web page. I sent them $500 deposit. After a super amateur scam fiasco, which I am not going to describe in details here I decided not to work with them and emailed to request my deposit refunded, after no response in few days I called them. * - probably the only person at GAA told me that its going to be a month before I get my money back. After I didn't get any money back after 30 days I called again and was told that I had to wait another 30days. Finlay my bank stepped in and I was able to get my money back.

We do not capture customer deposits unless we purchase a vehicle for them. The credit card companies automatically reflect your credit back to your account within 30 days. Our system only places a hold on your card so that we can verify the customer and secure the vehicle with the insurance auction. I purchased a vehicle in August 2024 and never received the title. I've been reaching out to Jerry for 6 months now and he doesn't respond. The vehicle I purchased was not as described, but at this point I just want my title so I can move on.

Regarding the vehicle, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We sell salvage vehicles in AS IS condition. Please review your customer declaration and contract which you signed. As mentioned in our terms of use, Paragraph B - All items are sold and purchased on an “AS IS” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind of nature.
As agreed to terms of use Section 5 B.
B. Control of products offered. As a result of our status as a venue, we have no control over the quality, condition, safety or legality of the items advertised on the Global Auto Auctions Site; the truth or accuracy of the listings; the ability of sellers to sell items; or the ability of buyers to pay for items. All items are sold and purchased on an “AS IS” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind of nature. We cannot guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. By Agreeing, to use Global Auto Auctions the following Terms and Policy are in effect. You are also agreeing that in the event and Insurance Company and or Auction, sell a particular vehicle that was committed to Global Auto Auctions and its Affiliates, that if resold by Insurance Auction, to another Auction, Broker or another affiliate, you are agreeing to take a comparable vehicle that fits the same criteria, or at least work with the Global Auto Auctions Team to locate another vehicle within a 60 to 90 day period. In the event that you have decided, after the 90 day period has elapsed and you no longer wish to look for a vehicle with Global Auto Auctions, you will need to request a refund in writing. In the event that I elect the Early Termination Fee option, and after a standard Election Form is executed, a thirty (30%) percent early termination fee shall apply and will be deducted from my account and the remaining balance in my account will be refunded to me, within fifteen (15) days from signing the Election Form. The Parties agree that the Early Termination Fee represents reasonable compensation to The Company for administrative, legal, and other costs incurred and to be incurred from the waiver of the 90-day comparable vehicle acceptance requirement at my request. I agree to these terms.
