They will charge you, then tell you different fees that need to be paid for your items, then you hear nothing back! I'm pretty sure this whole thing is a scam, just can't tell you which company because they use different names, Prime Global delivery, global prime, be careful, they got me and I've never been scammed, they will pay for doing this! I promise you! STILL NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND
Tip for consumers:
Be careful

After 2 days and $1,650 I did not get the kitten they were to deliver for $150. Then it was $ for a crate, then it was $ for a health certificate. This is after I asked 3 times why they were not honest about the total cost up front, to which no reply was given. After refusing to pay another $1300 for a health certificate (which it should have already had) they threatened to turn me in for animal abandonment. I pose this question? Why would I accused of abandonment of something I never received? Your choice but it's a scam! I had to give them 1 star in order to post otherwise I would not give them anything. Especially $$$ they just come up with reasons to ask for more in order to get your delivery.
Tip for consumers:
Yes, stay away for your own sake.

I've ordered from online shop which used this company to ship. Paid $25 for delivery, they did not let me know anything and put package on hold. If I did not call and text them they would not let me know whatsoever. Told me package is on hold and they want me to pay additional $125 for delivery which is completely ridiculous. Absolutely do not recommend this company!

I have recently opened account with Globalprime and so far so good. What really interesting about this broker is they provide trade receipts of clients trades with LP and also the good reviews in FPA. Hope Globalprime does continue the same services for ever without getting greedy any time in future. I really appreciate the services offered by global prime. Well Done.
Tip for consumers:
I've had a great experience with Global Prime. All praises to this broker. Anyone needing a really good broker, they should absolutely give Global Prime a go.
They took all of my money and left me with nothing, i tried to contact the authorities but they just couldn't help me, i was introduced to broadoak-capital com by a friend and i still thank God for that day because through them i was able to get all my money back.
Global Prime never contacted me until less than 48 hours about a critical change to my trading account which, if I didn't take action would mean I'd lose tens of thousands of dollars. The change was a huge reduction in leverage.
They tried to help but given the short notice and my trading style the only option was close the trades myself or let them be closed by their system (which would be worse and I'd likely end up owing them far more money than if I just closed the trades manually). They offered me the option to apply as a Pro Trader which would mean I could keep my current leverage and it would solve my problem. I went through the application process and they gave me Pro Trader status. That was Friday night. Then, over the weekend they took that status away, reduced my leverage, and then didn't want me as your customer any more - after 6 years of trading with them.
But in addition to the sucky situation I ended up in because of them, I do feel it's worth really honing in on the fact that they gave me answers to the Pro Trader questions, and that they paid out my remaining funds into accounts where they took no steps to confirm they were actually my accounts. I think that is additional concerning behaviour from a regulated broker in Australia. The largest moral issue I have with them is that they gave me Pro Trader status but then without notice or reason retracted that status and closed my account. What an awful thing to do when there was so much money at stake.
I ended up losing around $15,000 because of them.
When I complained the situation they closed my account entirely and ceased all communication with me.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid them. They take no responsibility in informing customers with sufficient notice about account changes that will ultimately end up in you losing money.
